This was a great little apartment to stay at, super close to the Vatican and other left bank areas. The food in the neighborhood was awesome. Marzia was very helpful at checkin and Monica was nice and super communicative throughout our stay. It was nice to have a washing machine after staying at a place without one before this.
It worked out perfectly for our stay. Living area had a good amount of light. Great appliances! A very short walk to the Vatican. Gorgeous, fragrant jasmine on the staircase to the building. We were greeted in a friendly manner and enjoyed our stay.
The property was excellent! The location is amazing, right next to St. Peters. Easy access to train, metro, restaurants and supermarket. The host communication was perfect and helped us set up transportation to and from FCO. What an amazing place.
Roman Dream II is a perfect "home base" when visiting Rome. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Vatican with easy bus access to sites around the city. Monica is an excellent host who answers questions quickly. The property is clean and comfortable. We loved the darkening shades and have already planned a return trip to this beautiful city. This property is highly recommended!
Nice and clean flat close to the Vatican and other âmust visitsâ in Rome.
We will very much recommend Monica and her sister Marzia to everyone that need a place to stay when visiting Rome.
This apartment is located in a beautiful area within a block of the Vatican. Nice area for walking, dining, sholling and aweing some of the most important sights in Rome. Highly recommended.
Monica and Marcia were both genuinely kind and accommodating. Place was located very close to Vatican area, easy to walk. City bus stop was also very close for transportation to other sites. Being âflat landersâ from Florida, the walk up the street to the apartment was tough, but doable. Great visit, thank you.
Nicely appointed ( blow dryer, washing machine, coffee maker, etc) and a comfortable bed in a generous space so close to the Vatican , restaurants and shops.
Highly recommend the host as well as their
communication was excellent
Beautiful place, good location, no smart TV, no USB or 120 volt outlets, we walked to everyplace with no trouble. Good place to stay for Vatican visits.
Our home-away-from-home in Rome was wonderful. The apartment worked beautifully. Lovely apartment and good location away from tourist hoardes but close enough for easy access to Ancient Rome. Our hosts, Monica and Marzia were great and very helpful. Highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Rome.
The property and location was quiet calm and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and very helpful. I would have liked to stay longer than 5 nights but may be next time Thank you for letting use stay in your home.
This apartment was in perfect location for easy walk to St Peters square. the home was very well kept modern and clean
The owner was great with communication. Warm and welcoming and available to address your needs.
Enjoyed my stay and would book again
We are visiting family that attends the North American College in Rome. This property is a 10-15 minute walk to the NAC and 5-10 minute walk to St Peterâs square. Perfect location for our stay.
Thank you Monica and Maritza for communicating well and making our stay wonderful.
Nice, clean, well equipped apartment. It is perfectly situated to explore all of Rome.
The host is very kind and helpful and speaks very good English.
We are very happy :)

Our familyâs stay here was absolutely perfect! Monica and Marzia were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is very conveniently located right near the Vatican. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the things we needed. Especially nice to have good AC with the heat! Would absolutely stay again! Grazie!
This may have been my most enjoyable lodging experience ever. The apartment is conveniently located a stones throw from St.Peterâs and near several ground transportation options. Modern, well-lighted with plenty of room. Good kitchen supplies and appliances! Monica and Marzia were responsive to my inquiries and changed bedding and towels weekly. Thanks!
Quiet, clean, safe, fully equipped, modern property, close to the Vatican (5 min walk), and well connected to central Rome with public transportation. Everything exactly as advertised. Has a garage spot in the basement (costs a bit extra, but it is well worth it) so you can park your car there safely. Excellent communication with the owner. Will recommend it to all my friends.
If you want to feel like you actually live in Rome...
I cannot speak highly enough about this property. It is very conveniently located to St Peter's, yet, in the evening, feels miles away from the maddening crowd. It is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. We only stayed four days, but would have been happy to stay four months, or even four years. It would be perfect for someone on a budget, as there are full cooking facilities available, and plenty of dishes as well. To top it off, the owner and her sister are most helpful and accomodating.
This home was absolutely amazing. Monica was so accommodating and her communications was truly fantastic. That made the whole trip less stressful and ultimately improved the overall experience.
I stayed with my 2 daughters 11 and 14. They loved it. I felt safe leaving them at home while I ran to the store. I felt like the area was very safe and family friendly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.
Grazie, Monica and to your sister for her help as well.
This apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of room for toiletries and a nice shower. The location is very close to the Vatican and bus stops. There are plenty of nearby restaurants.
It is an uphill walk to the apartment, which is clearly shown in the photos. My husband and I are active seniors and had no problem with this.
Rome is a very crowded, busy and noisy city. This apartment is very close to sights, but situated such that there is no noise from street traffic. There are a lot of apartments, so you get some everyday life noise from people coming and going and living.
We enjoyed the apartment and would stay again if we come back to Rome.
This is a wonderful little apartment in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Itâs close to bus lines that will take you into the heart of Rome and an easy walk to the Vatican. Be sure to stroll through St. Peterâs plaza at night. Itâs calm and beautiful. The appliances are modern and easy to use. Great dish wear. We didnât cook other than make coffee in the morning so didnât use pots and pans. Thereâs plenty of drawer and closet space (with plenty of hangers).
Itâs a good two block walk uphill to the entry to the apartment, so youâll need to be in good walking shape to do that.
We highly recommend it!
This is a cute little property in an excellent neighborhood. Older guests may find the climb up the hill a bit taxing, but that is not a substantive complaint. St Peter's square is a stone's throw away, and good amenities a very close by as well (two grocery stores, a pharmacy, several restaurants.) Connections are also good -- San Pietro station is nearby, the #64 bus is close, Ottaviana metro stop is about 3 or 4 blocks away. What more could you ask for? On the negative side: though billed as sleeping three, the bunk beds provided don't really work unless two of the three are children, and even then you're expected to sleep all in the same room. More suitable for a single person or a couple.
