Le ChĂąteau Relaxeau est un condo 2/2 joliment dĂ©corĂ© pouvant accueillir 6 personnes au Waterwheel Condominiums, qui surplombe l’herbe verte verdoyante, d’énormes arbres et la piscine au bord de la magnifique riviĂšre Guadalupe, prĂšs de la convergence des riviĂšres Guadalupe et Comal. Descendez de l'ascenseur pour vous rendre au troisiĂšme Ă©tage d'un condo offrant 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain. La chambre principale a un lit king et la chambre a une reine. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble et d'un tout nouveau canapĂ©-lit. Des draps de haute qualitĂ© sont fournis pour tous les lits et les bains. La toute nouvelle table Ă  manger peut accueillir quatre personnes et quatre siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires se trouvent au bar du petit-dĂ©jeuner. Ce condo est entiĂšrement meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ© avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Ce complexe propose Ă©galement 2 piscines, 4 bains Ă  remous, des barbecues au charbon de bois et un espace vert verdoyant et luxuriant, propice Ă  la dĂ©tente. DĂ©tendez-vous sur le patio avec un verre de vin et laissez vos soucis s'envoler!

Les promenades Rockin 'R River prendront place juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et pourront amener les invitĂ©s Ă  flotter le fleuve Comal ou la riviĂšre Guadalupe entre le Memorial Day et le Labor Day. Pour toute rĂ©servation en dehors de ces dates, le magasin est Ă  seulement 0,7 km. Vous pouvez faire flotter sur la riviĂšre Guadalupe et sortir juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de ce condo. À distance de marche du cĂ©lĂšbre parc aquatique Schlitterbahn et Ă  moins de 1,6 km du centre-ville de New Braunfels. Visitez la ville historique de Gruene, Ă  moins de 5 km. 2 vĂ©hicules sont autorisĂ©s. Ce condo est au troisiĂšme Ă©tage et dispose d'un ascenseur. Pour effectuer une rĂ©servation, vous devez ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© de 25 ans ou plus et sĂ©journer Ă  l'Ă©tablissement. Animaux interdits. Le HOA du complexe avait dĂ©fini des rĂšgles visant Ă  garantir Ă  tous les rĂ©sidents du complexe de passer un moment merveilleux. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problĂšmes d'intrus. Les gardes de sĂ©curitĂ© sur les lieux sont lĂ  pour s’assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent sur les places de stationnement appropriĂ©es. Ne soyez pas offensĂ© par les politiques concernant les bracelets de stationnement et les cartes de stationnement, ils sont vraiment lĂ  pour vous faire passer un moment fabuleux!

With the tube rentals closed we brought our own and used the condo river entrance to float! The pools and hot tubs were a little full at night but there are two to choose from. We will definitely be back!

Nice Condo that needs some repair

Reviewer Comments: Condo has good room, but needs fogged windows repaired, couch and chair replaced, tv remote on-off switches don't work, electrical outlet plate in back bed room is broken and poses possible fire hazard. Condo needs some attention. Patio table umbrella is broken and not functioning. Doesn't feel you're getting your money's worth.

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was clean and the perfect size. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and floating the river. We visited during the week so it wasn't crowded at all. This was our first time renting a condo so we weren't sure what to expect. We had everything we needed. If you have kids or pets they have a big grass area where they can run and play. We brought our own tubes so our teenagers played in the river often. We drove a mile to river acres and floated from there back to the condo, it took about an hour or so as the current wasn't strong. We saw a lot of turtles during our float. You'll see a lot deer around the property. All in all it was a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We will be going back.

The one thing that I want to comment about is the kitchen. We've stayed in alot of condos and you never know what the kitchen will have. This one had everything! It was great, plenty of pots, glasses, utensils and even bakeware. We had a great time and liked the fact that the property had security walking around to ensure that only paid guest were using the facilities.

Jump right in or tube to the condo and jump off. Great location for walking to Schlitterbahn, tubing, great restaurants and so much more. The neighbors were so warm and friendly. The beds were delightfully snuggly IMPORTANT to my family! The furnishing were very homey with a New Orleans flare. We loved it! I can not say enough great things about our river vacation stay. Management was overly accommodating and always available. The condo is a 13 minute drive to famous Greune Hall and the wonderful Gristmill Restaurant! Walk everywhere, but don't miss all that Greune has to offer, as well. We will DEFINITELY be back many, many times!!!

I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENTS, IT JUST SEEMED A LITTLE TOO WAS EASIER THAN EXPECTED! THE PROPERTY WAS SUPER CLEAN, THE VIEW WAS PERFECT, THE RIVER WAS BEAUTIFUL! WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. CHATEAU RELAXEAU...SEE YA NEXT YEAR!!!
