Nous avons 3 chambres. 2 chambres ont un lit queen. la troisième chambre a un lit superposé (double sur une pleine). Linge de maison fourni.

La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche combo, toilette et vanité. Beaucoup de serviettes.

La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et servir. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Clôturé dans la cour. Nous sommes les animaux de compagnie. Câble et WiFi inclus.

Beaucoup de stationnement si vous apportez plus d'un véhicule ou d'un bateau / remorque / caravane ou camping-cars.

Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la plage depuis cet emplacement. Nous sommes à proximité de restaurants, boutiques, golf, piscine, parcs, loisirs, casinos et bien plus encore.

Enjoyed our time!

This property was perfect for us over a holiday weekend. We have twin boys who loved walking to and from the beach every morning. They especially enjoyed having their own bedroom. If we are ever in the area again I would return!

Nice place to crash

We enjoyed our stay in Gulfport! The house was great for our stay. We did a lot of running around so pretty much just used the house for sleeping and showering. It had everything we needed. However, just note that beach towels aren’t provided so if you’re going to the beach, make sure to pack some.

Fantastic

Place is really nice and plenty of space for family of at least 4 and could actually Proble sleep 8 in there comfortably. Yard area was nice and just enough space for weekend getaway. All the neighbors was nice and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and easy access to plenty of stores. Really loved listening to the planes flying into the airport at night

Great location for Cruisin the Coast

3 bedrooms and only 1 bath is tough with 2 or more couples. House was very clean, but had several minor maintenance issues. ie: burnt out light bulbs, Broken kitchen cabinet, bath lavetory loose from wall, Tub facets knobs loose had to tighten screws to get water to turn on. Just needs a good handy man to fix thinks up.

Lovely

The stay was lovely. The landlord texted back immediately every time I texted. I will say, it’s better to text the phone number listed. They say in the voicemail it’s easier on them and it seemed to be the perfect way to contact them. Only thing to watch with a little one is the back yard gate doesn’t lock but the landlord has been notified. Overall, the stay was amazing. The house was clean and perfect size for our little family.

Poor property

Terrible curb appear. Door facings rotted. After using washer, the property inside smelled like sewer. Picture depicted it being on the beach, not so. Had to drive to beach. Front storm/screen door would not stay closed. Patio chairs rotted. BBQ grill s rusty and dirty. Bug crawling on my bed Absolutely would not recommend.

None of the issues noted multiple times in reviews have been addressed. This could be a really nice property to stay at if the issues were addressed and remedied. NOT high dollar issues! When you walk across the laminate floor barefoot and it turns the bottom of your feet black, there are issues. Oh, and then there is the train track ACROSS THE STREET!! UGH!! My words to prospective renters…RENTERS BEWARE!

Refund

Hello, When I entered the home there was trash by the door and it was clear it was not clean or had been cleaned . I called the contact number and she explained that she was thirty minutes away and was supposed to clean the house . We asked for another potential home which they did not have , instead they explained we would get a refund in 48 hours or less. It has been 48 hours and no refund has came . We had to spend another $400 to stay somewhere else for the weekend. This is extremely unprofessional and will never book with this company again !

the host would not respond to my messages, it was after 10pm before we enter the property.

The property was fine. The glass door would not latch and I was unable to start the gas heaters (I did not know how to use them, so we did without heat). Coffee and laundry soap was provided, which was a bonus. I was told there was a glitch in the system and we were not on the schedule. Note, I had messaged the host 3 days before our trip and prior to our check in time. We had been scheduled and paid in full 1 month prior to our trip. House was not clean, it was late when we were allowed to enter the property and we had to change the bedding and clean on the house. Never heard back from the host with an explanation or apology. I was very disappointed.

Not recommended. Had to contact Vrbo two times before we were given a an entrance code from the host. Never received instructions on how to close house. While checking in the gas company came to cut off the gas but when told we were renting through VRBO, they agreed to keep the gas on. Messaged host and he apologized and said he would call the company. Was advertised with Internet and television. Internet and television did not work and this was necessary for us as this was a business trip. Messaged host and had no response. The house was unclean with sticky floors with Pet hair and the towels were mildewed with hair. Had to wash towels before we could use them. Will NEVER stay here again! Do not rent this house!

Location is awful

I never got the entry code and instructions I had to text the property manager to get the code for entry. When we arrived we had a hard time finding the place. Then when we finally did get into the place the rental wasn’t really nice. It was dark and it was hot. All the rooms had window air conditioning and they looked a bit dirty almost like mold at least it was a dark powder on them. The shower was old and I’m not sure but there was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The kitchen faucet was not fixed on right so every time you moved the spicket it moved. The neighbors had a loud party the first night we were there. The screen door never really closed well. It was a old house and it was a house away from a railroad track. So combined with the loud neighbors the train blew its whistle every time it went by. Very alarming if you’re not used to sleeping next to a railroad. I wasn’t happy with our stay

Gulfport was a wonderful place to visit. Home was quiet.

Many were not well renovated. Bathroom - hot water faucet in tub not secure. Both the towel bar and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall with normal use. Mo safety bar in tub. Master bedroom- there.was a terribly nasty spot on the sham very obvious they had not been washed. Kitchen- There was a skillet placed in the drawer with scrambled egg on the pan. The kitchen faucet was not the right faucet for the openings in the sink. It was so loose it twisted about. Huge roaches. Floors were sandy. The outside trash barrel had not been emptied in a while. It stunk horribly. The door code was the same as the home addresss. Home needs maintenance on the outside in many places.

Property was nice.

Inside was very nice except it smelled like cigarettes. The outside grass needed to be cut some of the strands of grass was taller than the baby. Other than that it was close to everything.

Birthday trip

Brought my parents down for a few days to celebrate my dad’s 82nd birthday. We had a lovely time, and the house was great for my mom who is wheelchair/Walker dependent. Loved that there were separate AC units in the bedrooms so mom and dad could keep their room warmer and the rest of a could keep our rooms cooler and more comfortable! Thank you! We had a great time and would def recommend this rental!

We had a great stay. The contact is hard to get ahold of. We got a message the day of check in to call before going in the house. No answer and the mailbox was full. The cleaning people were there when we showed up so we did not get to check in until 4:30. Would have been after that but we told them we could finish drying the towels. The surface of the house was clean but could use a deep clean and some fixing up. The yard needed mowed in front and the back. There was cigarette butts and trash in the backyard. We did not know until that day that we had to provide toilet paper and paper towel. Which is fine but definitely would be nice to know at booking. The neighbors were nice. The train that goes through is loud but not over baring. The traffic going by is loud and the planes flying over is loud. Nothing you cant get use to or cause you not to sleep. Overall the house had everything we needed and wanted for our first family vacation! We had a great time down there with our kids and had plenty of room for the 5 of us! We would definitely book the house again!
