Welcome to our townhome located one block from the beach. The home is newly renovated and set up to accommodate guests visiting the area. This townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms & can sleep up to 7 people. We are centrally located between Biloxi and Gulfport & close to shopping, restaurants, casinos, and other nearby attractions. Take a moment to review and let us know if you have any questions.
PRIVATE AND SECURE
We are located in a secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout with patrolling neighborhood security guards.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom.
ROOM DESCRIPTION
*Master Bedroom: King bed with memory foam mattress, attached bathroom, & flat screen TV, and walk-in closet with several shelves.
-2nd Bedroom: Full bed and twin bed with attached bathroom. A workstation is available in this bedroom.
- 3rd Bedroom (downstairs bedroom): Queen Bed with a memory foam mattress. A dresser can be found in the closet. This room leads to be backyard deck
* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels.
* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.
* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.
* The Living Room is equipped with a Sofa and love seat, and a 55” flat screen Smart TV
* The Dining area seats up to 4 people and the patio has an additional dining area.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc.
*We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.
OUTSIDE AREA
* The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse.
* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking, but there is a trailer parking facility close by***
When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers:
-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7am.
-CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners.
-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged.
-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.
-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed.
-PETS We have a dog ourselves, so we understand how important dogs are to our families. However, we have had unpleasant experiences with dogs staying at our houses and that is why we put down the rule that no pets without prior authorization. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised.
2. Please don't let the dogs on the furniture. This will be very much appreciated
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog poo is not picked up
-NO unauthorized guests allowed. Immediate rental termination and deposits will be kept.
- POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe the posted pool rules.
-INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.
-Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it.
-No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras.
As our guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse including the enclosed backyard. Please note that the owner's closet in the downstairs bedroom and the balcony in the main bedroom is locked and not accessible to guests. We invite you to take advantage of the two shared community swimming pools. For your convenience, we have two designated parking spaces. Should you need additional parking, guests park near the front gate entry or the pool. Other unit owners may have your car towed if parked in their assigned spaces. Please note there is no trailer parking allowed in the community.
-We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guests' personal property.
Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid.
