Other Things to Note:

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required, with a limit of 2 dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pet into guest count, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.

**Prior approval is required for any more than 2 dogs; there is a $25 fee for each additional dog & must be paid separately.

No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.
