This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa amenities are not sufficient for a large group. The villa is in a poor state of repair - we got some things fixed but didn't want to spend our entire break identifying issues and trying to get them sorted. Cleaning was less than average - we left the villa in a better state than it was presented to us. It was overpriced given the poor state of the villa and its fixtures and fittings.

Family holiday

Property was clean and spacious for the ten of us (youngest 11 and eldest 73) on our first holiday abroad together. The pool was lovely (quite warm too) and we made good use of it. Kitchen was fine for what we used it for. The close proximity of the supermarket was a bonus and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The hill back up to the property from the marina was a bit of a killer especially as the bins are located at the bottom of it. Not sure if we missed a 'Welcome Pack' but that would be handy if it contained details of the bin location, local facilities and bus times. Check-in went without issues and we received a prompt response when we asked where the bins were. Wi-fi wasn't great but we had enough data between us to use hotspots!

Hola esta zona de Puerto Calero es muy tranquila y con salidas a sitios de interés de la isla Timanfaya y las bodegas principales que estån muy cerca , la villa es muy amplia y la zona de la piscina también para relajarte y jugar con tu familia, no pongo fotos ya que no soy de hacer fotos y publicarlas pero si mirare en archivos para poner de la isla.

Una casa sucia, triste y sin menaje de cocina

Las sabanas estaban sucias con sangre, solicitamos cambio y solo cambiaron la bajera, la almohada seguía con sangre, en general estaba todo muy sucio. No tiene jabón en los baños. En cuento a la cocina la cosa empeora, el friegaplatos funciona mal y solo había dos ollas de 8 litros y una sartén grande arañada y doblada, un desastre, tuvimos que comprar una sartén que se quedo allí,la tostadora deja mucho que desear, no te dejan ni un poco de sal y falta todo tipo de menaje, es de lo peor que he visto en tiempo, la luz de los dormitorios y de la casa es de color blanco, muy poco comodatos. La piscina se le caían los baldosines y tenia mucho cloro. Es una casa para turistas extranjeros que les valga cualquier cosa.

The villa is a good size, there was plenty of room for our family of eight adults and two children.The Pros: The villa itself is clean and in a quiet area, right next door to a supermarket and within walking distance of the port where there is a selection of bars and restaurants.The Cons: The kitchen isn't very well equipt and what was there was either worn out, broken or pieces missing (ie corkscrew without the screw part, plunger of cafeteria without the jug, saucepan lids but no saucepans) the pans that were available were so old, the teflon coating was badly worn and the handles were loose despite us constantly tightening them. There was plenty of crockery but no serving dishes for salads etc. The dishwasher was very temperamental, we did text the owner about this, but had no reply.The beds were comfortable but the pillows were badly stained and in my view need replacing.The dining table only seated eight.The lounge door to the pool didnt lock.One of the jacuzzi baths didn't work.The outdoor lights came on during the day but went off during the evening, our guess is they are on a timer that is set wrong as we couldn't find a way to turn them on.The mosaic tiles in the pool were falling off daily and the top step to the pool failed, causing a grazed shin, my husband fixed it, to allow us to enter the pool. This villa has so much potential and I'm sure the owner has tried to provide everything, however a quick overhaul is needed to bring it to a better standard.

Perfect villa

We stayed here for the second time. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The terrace is very spacious, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. There are a few small things that could be improved, but they do not affect our overall rating.

The villa was very comfortable and spacious for our family. We loved staying at the pool, whether it was an early morning dip or a relaxing evening swim under the stars, it was an absolute delight. We also visited Puerto del Carmen and spent an amazing time exploring its beauties. We would very much like to return.

Wonderful villa

Our group of friends really enjoyed this villa. It was even better than we expected. Spacious rooms, comfortable outdoor areas to relax, and the heated pool—all of this made us very happy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The airport is a 15-minute drive away, and Puerto del Carmen is just a 5-minute drive. There is a shopping center being built next to the villa, so soon there will be shops nearby. We would gladly return here and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you for making our holiday better! :)

Excellent stay

Stay was excellent would definitely return! The pool could be a bit more child friendly as it’s too deep for the children. Had hiccups but it was rectified immediately.Other than that the villa is truly PERFECT!

Enjoyed stay with a few issues

We did enjoy our stay at Villa Temiume, we had issue’s at check time as the property wasn’t ready for our arrival and we didn’t get in till just before 6pm, once we got in everything was great. We then had issues with constant dust because of the ongoing construction work being done next to the villa, everything was constantly covered and we had to wipe down all outside furniture and area twice per day to keep it at bay. But other than that we did love the villa and the area and would return in the future without hesitation. WiFi was great, as was the master bedroom with a separate dressing room and the bathroom with the jacuzzi bath.
