Two queen bedrooms and a full bath are located on the main level, while the upper-level king suite offers added privacy, a workspace, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Close to everything!! This home places you walking distance to the Country Club Plaza. Take the free KC Streetcar from the Plaza north all the way to downtown and the River Market for a full day of exploring Kansas City. Uber is also a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*STEEP INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR STAIRS - The staircase leading to the upper-level king suite is steep and may be challenging for some guests. The exterior steps at the front of the home are original to the property and include steep and uneven rises. Please consider this when booking, especially if mobility is a concern.
