The Complex is situated in front of the white sandy beach of Playa Flamingo. Sleeps 3 (1 Bedroom) + 1 child for the extra cost. Within the complex you have use of many amenities including 3 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, kids playground, 4 swimming pools, pool bar. Also for children there are football/tennis courts, soft play area, adventure playground and a well equipped games area. Free unlimited WiFi. Bedrooms: 1 Bedroom with double bed & air-conditioning. 1 sofa bed in living room1 bathroom with shower, wc. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with integrated oven, hob, microwave and fridge.Living/dining room has large sofa, a dining area for up to 4 people, TV, access to the terrace with sea views. The apartment has Air Conditioning, works with coins (not included in the price). Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: all linen and towels are provided at the property (not beach towels). Additional cleaning can be arranged.



Flamingo beach is found in the Playa Blanca tourist area in the “Montaña Roja” area.

Is around 10 minutes walking from the old harbour in Playa Blanca.

The beach have sunbeds and shades.

The beach is surrounded by rocks acting as a breaker from the tide and waves.

Week in Playa Blanca

We were very happy with this appartment in Playa Flamingo,the location is beautiful, close to restaurants, the beach and a lovely promenade which brings you as far as the gorgeous Marina Rubicon and in the other direction to the lighthouse. The area is beautifully kept and clean. The appartment was clean and well equipped and a perfect base from which to explore Lanzarote

Had a pleasant stay, in this comfortable appartement. It was clean, well ventilated, close to the beach and the double bed was good. Wifi was fixed promptly on request. Situated next to the road to beach and restaurants we experienced some noise of unloading trucks in the morning.

Comfortable

Arrived at property at 9pm. No welcome pack which meant no water, milk or any basics. Quality of towels very poor. Overall comfortable apartment with all ameneties close by. Will return but arrivals should be advised that nothing provided and quick trip to local supermarket is essential.

Nice spacious apartment by the beach

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was lovely package on arrival - milk, some nibbles and biscuits, cereal, and a bottle of wine :-) The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, tableware and utensils. The bathroom was nice, good water pressure in the shower, and it was well maintained. It is a nice and spacious unit, though a little hot in the evenings compared to outside. An AC unitvent in the living area would make it even better. There was an issue with the wi-fi which they went out of their way to try to fix. Unfortunately it did not work for long, but this wasn't their fault as it seemed to be a wider problem at the resort. When trying to fix the issue they were polite and prompt and kept us informed. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely consider returning

Lovely apartment but!

This apartment is lovely, spacious well equipped on a busy resort. When we arrived the apartment was easy to access with the instructions we received. The apartment gets full sun from lunchtime so gets very hot in the afternoon, the AC is in the bedroom but doesn’t cool the living area, we contacted the agent and they sent a fan the next day. The bed could do with a new mattress as the bottom end on one side has a large hump. Besides this the apartment was very good. Our biggest problem was the location of the apartment being about a 20 minute walk to the centre of the resort and the waterfront restaurants which was a bit too far as my wife now needs to use a stick when walking. The resort is lovely and the beach nearby is lovely

Gustó · L’appartement est très bien situé, juste au pied de la plage et de la promenade du littoral qui mène au centre ville en 10min à pied. Propre et confortable, il dispose de tout le nécessaire. Un petit kit de bienvenue ainsi qu’un kit spécial COVID (une boîte de masques et du gel hydroalcoolique) nous attendaient. Merci à Guja pour ces attentions, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Great location. Didnt realise it was part of a major holiday company complex but not a problem at this time of year. Great views and very near to lovely beach. Internally had everything we needed except a chopping board! Not luxurious but perfectly adequate.

Amazing location and everything you need

Has everything you need, spacious and cool. So close to the beach with beau prior views and being able to use the amenities of TUI is perfect! The property wasn’t clean / ready when we arrived which was a shame as had to wait hours for it to be sorted. Was hard to contact management as it was a Sunday.

Super Lage . Appartement mit Mängeln

Das Apartement ist in einer tollen Lage in der 3ten Reihe vom Strand entfernt gelegen. Bei Ankunft lag die abgebrochene Türklinke der Eingangstür auf der Terrasse und es gab kein zweites Bettzeug. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur dauerte es 3 Tage bis die Tür Klinke notdürftig repariert wurde, was uns den Aufenthalt nicht gerade verschönert hat. Das zweite Bettzeug bzw. ein Bettlaken ist uns leider nie gebracht worden, so dass wir eine Decke in Playa Blanca kaufen mussten. Wir waren bereits drei Mal in dieser Anlage, dieses Appartement bzw. den Service der Agentur können wir nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Week in Playa Blanca

We were very happy with this appartment in Playa Flamingo,the location is beautiful, close to restaurants, the beach and a lovely promenade which brings you as far as the gorgeous Marina Rubicon and in the other direction to the lighthouse. This apartment was a really lovely place to stay

This apartment was a really lovely place to stay. Quiet but close to all of the pools, near to the restaurants on the beach, very clean and airy. We were surprised to see how everything you might need had been provided but the space still felt clear of clutter. The terrace is great for sunbathing, the bed is comfy and opening the bedroom shutters on hot days let's air travel through the whole place. We loved it and would definitely return. Parking is easy, which if you're using a hire car to explore the island is good news. Great all round, very secure and a good base for a great holiday.

Apartment 67 Playa Flamingo

The location. The wine, milk and water left for us. It was a cold week for Lanzarote and there was no heating. The toilet needed bleach to remove stains. Heavy rain caused water to come in under the door. There were nice tea cups, but no tea-pot (I bought one and left it). Salt and pepper would have been good - the first place I've stayed that doesn't have them.
