Ce tout nouveau bloc de nouvelles villas modernes sur le ciel, toutes avec leur propre piscine privée, propose un hébergement de haut standing à Malte. Cette propriété de 5 chambres est située dans une zone unique dans le village touristique de Marsaskala à quelques mètres de ses rives immaculées et de la plage de sable de St. Thomas Bay. Il bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un cadre magnifique et à distance de marche de tous les magasins et de certains des restaurants les plus remarquables de Malte. Le prix comprend l'utilisation de toutes les installations et commodités mais la climatisation est facultative et il y a un supplément de 25 € par nuit.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung. Tolle, saubere Küche mit guter Ausstattung und durch die Größe des Raumes ein allgemein schönes Wohngefühl. Großer Tisch mit genügend Platz für 10 Personen. Der Aussenbereich mit 2 Terrassen und Pool und der super Aussicht einfach nur schön. Kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß in 3 Min. erreichbar.
Bei Nacht einfach nur traumhaft
Schöner großer Wohnraum mit 2 Türen nach draußen - einfach genial !!

Lovely spacious property; close to all amenities & on good bus routes for visiting all around Malta. Thoroughly enjoyed stay & minor issues were dealt with promptly by the management. Fantastic to see the sun & the children enjoyed the pool albeit rather cold water at the end of October!

Fantastic, modern property with lovely sea view

It's not often that you turn up to rental accommodation and it looks exactly like the pictures on the Web but that's exactly the case with The Waterfront! Modern, well kept and clean accommodation finished to a high standard in a quiet residential area with a fantastic infinity pool, which our kids loved. We travelled as a company of 5 adults and 2 children for a week's holiday and found that the villa catered for all our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. High quality bedding and towels (both for showering and sunbathing) were provided. If I'm being really picky the only slight downside is the space poolside can only accommodate 4 sunloungers comfortably which may be a minor issue for larger groups of adults but we never found it to be a problem with alternative space for chairs around the pool area...or the ability to sunbath on the pool side. Views from the pool are fantastic! The property is 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of St Thomas, 15 minutes from Marsaskala town centre (and it's many restaurants) and 5 minutes from the bus stop to Valletta (40 mins journey) and beyond should you feel the urge to explore Malta and it's wonderful history. Buses also run to Marsaskala town centre should it be too hot to walk. Whilst Marsaskala is somewhat off the traditional tourist trail there are plenty of things to do within a short distance. The property owners Rosanne and Ludwig were extremely helpful both prior to and during our stay. Communication was clear and prompt and any very minor issues during our stay were dealt with very quickly. Messages through the HomeAway app were always responded to within an hour. Airport transfers and local taxi's were also organised via the owners with minimal fuss. They could also organise excursions around the island but that's not something we took the opportunity to do. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at The Waterfront and I would have no hesitation recommending the property to anyone planning a trip to Malta.

Luxurious villa with beautiful interior, pool and view

We were with a group of 12 friends and had the best time at the waterfront villa. It is a beautiful, clean modern villa with nice infinity pool and seaview. The service that Rosanne, Ludwig and their son have given us was amazing. We could call them for everything and they would give us a response very quickly and clear. They also gave us useful information about things to do on the island and information on things like taxi numbers. We also haven’t had any complaints from them or from neighbours during the whole stay which was also very nice and made everything feel like a holiday even more. We highly recommend the villa if you are with a group of people who like to relax at the pool or at the beach but also if you want to go out, because you can easily arrange cabs at any time of the day / night.

Amazing!

We were a company of nine people who stayed for 10 days. The house was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable with just a few minutes walk to the closest grocery store and the sandy beach. The pool was a little bit smaller than we imagined but with a beautiful view over the sea. The service was very good as well. When our hot water boiler broke they fixed it in an hour. Marsascala is perfect if you want a relaxing vacation and then Valletta is just a 40 minutes bus ride away if you want a day of sightseeing. I can highly recommend it!

Luxury Villa with Amazing Infinity Pool & View

We were upgraded to the 5 bed villa and I have to say it was amazing and worked fantastically for our family group of 8 people (6 adults and 2 teenagers). The villa was luxurious and large, generous areas in both general rooms and bedrooms. View from the kitchen/dining area was to die for, beautiful vista across the infinity pool and out to the Med. The villa had 5 beds, 1 with en-suite and 2 separate bathrooms. Large dining and kitchen area with 1 TV, downstairs had a large games room with pool table and another TV. Wi-fi and aircon to all rooms is available. The villa was spotless, communications was excellent with an introduction from Ludwig's son to the facilities to Ludwig himself offering advice on the best restaurants in town. When we had an issue with the internet router it was solved promptly. Bus stops are just around the corner with access to Valletta approx.45 mins depending on traffic. The host Ludwig is also able to organise taxis/minibuses to other destinations. All in all a fantastic stay in a beautiful location with an outstanding host. Highly recommended.

Amazing Villa at sea with infinity pool

I started with a group of 12 Guys, we all had enough space to sleep and could easily eat together inside or outside. Everything was new and worked very Well. A nice kitchen and a outside barbecue, so we could easily cook by ourselves at home. A very nice infinity pool, where you could also sit next to, if you didn't want to swim. Airco in the whole house and good WiFi. Two nice tv's and 3 fine bathrooms, with 3 showers and a bathtub in total. I would recommend it to everybody that just wants to have a nice quiet relaxing holiday. There are a couple of nice villages and cities near and also things like this very cool fish-market was there two times a week. And if you really want to go out, you can go by taxi and that's also not that expensive, because there are some very cool places on the island.

Infinity pool and sea view, spacious and spotless

A group of 12 we were upgraded to a new villa feel apartment with private pool , sunny and shady terraces, BBQ, several bathrooms and spacious living area. Smaller flats are available and decor varies but this one was highly modern so easy to maintain . A great party house and also close to fishing villages of Marsaskala and Marsaslokk. Bus access to Valletta 45 minutes. 2euros. 15 min coastal path walk to picturesque centre with restaurant. Convenience Store and pharmacy at end of street. Book direct with owner for best rates. Efficient and prompt answers to requests and information. I will definitely return with family next time....
