Suite indépendante entièrement meublée disponible à la location dans la belle ville de Vancouver. C'est votre maison loin de chez vous !!

Belle disposition ouverte (900 SF) avec un sol en carrelage blanc propre et un nouveau parquet dans les chambres, 1ère chambre pour 2 personnes (1 lit Queen disponible). 2ème chambre a un lit double pour 2 personnes. Nous avons également un lit de bébé et un parc disponibles. Nous avons eu de bons commentaires sur le confort du lit ... La chambre principale a un joli bureau présidentiel et beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une commode.

À seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Vancouver en voiture et à 15-20 minutes en transports en commun. Nous sommes situés dans un quartier calme et proche des transports en commun. A 5 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute principale, si vous avez une voiture ... beaucoup de stationnement gratuit et sûr dans la rue.

Comprend Internet sans fil sécurisé, télévision HD à écran plat de 37 pouces avec câble et Netflix, buanderie (partagée) et salle de bain complète et cuisine complète avec four à micro-ondes.

Nous sommes à 15-20 minutes à pied de la promenade commerciale qui est jonchée de boutiques uniques et de restaurants branchés.

Fondamentalement - apportez vos vêtements, achetez de l'épicerie et tout le reste est là pour que vous passiez un séjour très agréable. Nous fournissons, toutes les commodités d'un hôtel: draps, serviettes, shampoing, savon à lessive, sèche-cheveux shampoing / savon etc ...

We had a wonderful stay — the host was fantastic and the space was very comfortable. The only small improvements we’d suggest are adding a second bathroom lock for the master bedroom and a bit more storage in the bathroom, such as shelves for toiletries and a couple of towel hooks. Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this unit.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was well presented with everything you could need. Both the bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The plumbing was unusual (to us from the UK) but fine once we got the hang of it. There was everything we needed and we had a great stay in Vancouver.

The space was very nice for our 7 day stay. It was clean and safe. It was about an 8 to 10 mins walk from the bus stop, so easily accessible to pubic transportation. Pepe and his family were very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in Canada!

Perfect location!

We rented this property during a 4 day stay in Vancouver for a wedding at Grouse Mountain. The location was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do (Granville Island, Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain). As another review mentioned, you can hear people walking upstairs since this is a basement unit but you couldn't hear any more than that and it didn't both us at all when we were in the space. Street parking was plentiful and we had no issues getting a space at any time of day.

This was a great place to stay. The location has easy access to transportation and we were able to explore the city flawlessly. The hosts were friendly and accommodating (and their kids are adorable!). Overall, we had a wonderful visit!

Wohnung und Ausstattung entsprachen der Beschreibung. Gesamteindruck gut.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet es war, für drei Erwachsene Personen, wirklich alles da was man braucht und sogar noch etwas mehr. Die Wohnungeinrichtung war etwas abgelebt aber sauber man könnte vielleicht das eine oder andere austauschen. Der Lichtschalter im vorderen Bereich des Wohnzimmers war abgebrochen und somit kein Licht in dem Bereich. Nachttischlampen neben den Betten wären nicht schlecht, wenn man mal nachts raus muss. Uns wurde bei der Vermietung gesagt, dass in der oberen Wohnung ein ruhiger Student als Mieter wohnt, dies war nicht der Fall, es war eine junge, sehr nette Familie mit zwei sehr lebhaften Kindern. Auf Grund der amerikanischen bauweise bekommt man jeden Wortlaut und Schritt in der Wohnung mit. Da man aber den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und die Kinder abends nicht so spät ins Bett gingen war es erträglich. Für uns war es aber alles in allem eine gute Wahl, da wir nicht so sehr empfindlich sind und mit veränderten Gegebenheiten schnell klarkommen. Und man muss sich generell vor Augen halten, das deutscher Standart sehr hoch angesiedelt ist und wenn ich den haben will muss ich zu Hause bleiben oder in ein teures mehrsterne Hotel einziehen.

Nice time in Vancouver

Our visit went just fine. The homeaway accomidations with Pepe and his family worked out just great. The flowers were really out nice and we took a drive up to Whistler. We took a floatplane flight down at the seaplane dock in city center and took some flight training in a seaplane at Fort Langley out to the east on the Fraser river. Nice visit and we got out of some Arizona heat.

Great Place But a Little Noisy

This rental is well-kept and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The location is also great - it was very easy to find, there was ample street parking, and it was close to public transportation as well as a park for our little one. We also felt very safe while we were there. The only caveat is that the rental is on the lower level and the family we rented from lives upstairs (which we were not aware of ahead of time). They have young children and as we know, young children like to run a lot, which made it quite noisy. The voice-level was fine, and we didn't feel as though the children we rowdy - there just isn't much insulation between the floors, so you can hear every footstep. Apart from the foot-noise, it was a great place and we loved it!

A wonderful place to stay!

My friend and I had decided to have a girls weekend in Vancouver and from the very first interaction Pepe was extremely kind, friendly and open. He made certain that we had everything we needed, and accommodated us in ways we weren't expecting. The suite itself is roomy, comfortable, and within walking distance to major lines of travel. Should we ever travel back to the city we would certainly stay with Pepe again.

Very Regular basement!

We settled in that house ( Basement) for a few days . It was clean but old furniture and appliances and to be honest It is not what the owner represented in this Ad (they should say it is an old basement). Also there is only one Queen bed and one small bed for a kid and not enough for 4 adults. Only good for a couple with a kid. Basically one of us had to sleep in the couch. Totally we were not satisfied with this BASEMENT.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it all as it gives us a chance to improve the experience for future guests. I am sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. I agree the suite is best suited for three people as the fourth guest would sleep on a cott bed. If someone is uncomfortable with that then my suite might not be the right fit for four guests. You are also correct that the suite is not brand new nor are the appliances. **All the above information is noted in my listing. I have 19 pictures including at least one of each room in the suite, which includes all the appliances and furniture, (One shows the entrance to the basement suite).The pictures are all 100% accurate and updated within the last year. I agree the furniture could use an upgrade which we plan to do in the near future. However, I disagree with the assertion that I am trying to mislead anyone..as one simply needs to look at the pictures and read the listing as all the details are there. I am not representing a luxury suite and I feel the price is very reasonable and comparable to what is available in Vancouver.

Great stay!

This rental is large (2 bedroom) and clean. It has a full-sized kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, full-sized fridge and stove. The shared laundry is in this apartment, so if you're OK with the owners also doing their laundry there, this is the place for you. We found them trustworthy, and they used the machines while we were out, so no disruption for us. We were not able to connect to the wifi, but that could have been a problem with my tablet. I was able to connect at our son's each day, so we had alternatives for internet use. We were close to parks and walking distance to Commercial Drive. For us this was an ideal place, close to our family, but our own place at the end of the day. I would recommend this rental without hesitation... and hope to stay there again in the future. Nice, clean place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Pepe, the owner, was very friendly.

My wife and I arrived on Friday evening (for our 3-night stay). We met Pepe, the owner. Very friendly guy. He welcomed us to his home and said if we needed anything, don't hesitate to ask. Our suite was exactly as stated in the HomeAway listing. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, dishes and silverware. We brought ground coffee and filters, but did not bring a coffee maker. It was our fault, actually. We assumed there was one in the suite. No biggie. We "brewed" our coffee in one of the pans, then filtered it to remove the grounds. We spent most the days exploring B.C. We visited Whistler, Richmond Night Market and downtown Vancouver. When we went home for the night, we noticed some things different. Pepe left a bottle of wine at our door. Also, he purchased a brand new coffee maker, ground coffee and filters for us. Again, he went out of his way to make us welcome. We really enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. And we definitely will stay here again. Thank you again, Pepe!

Comfortable rental

I would definitely recommend this rental, transit accessible, everything is super close grocery stores, downtown. Quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again.
