Le Top étage appartement Vérone est situé au quatrième étage avec ascenseur. La route principale donnant sur elle interdit la circulation des voitures.
Il est composé d'une zone de -relax TV, grande et lumineuse salle à manger, cuisine avec balcon, salle de bains avec jacuzzi, deux salles de bains avec douche (deuxième salle de bains pour les personnes handicapées), deux chambres doubles et une chambre simple, tous les accès accès direct à la terrasse d'env. 30 meublés et équipés à vivre au maximum en été.

Really good location for everything, Piazza Bra and Paizza Erbe are just a stroll away. The apartment is comfortable and the terrace makes all the difference, getting croissants for breakfast, staying in after a long day and enjoying cheese and wine. This was our second time in Verona and intend to visit again, will definitely book this apartment.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was perfect for us! Plenty of room for my husband & I and our son and nephew. Loved the art in the apartment and sitting on the back deck drinking coffee in the morning. We were able to wash our clothes and they had a place to hang them outside to dry. The location is fantastic - close to everything! We loved Verona and our stay in this apartment!

The communication was amazing from the time I booked it till we checked out. Love the veranda and so many other parts of the apartment. Worked great for our family of 5 adults. The only hard thing was the bathroom near the kitchen was handicap accessible. So if you took a shower the whole floor got wet and slippery. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

Vacation with friends

We loved the location of this property!! Right in the heart of Verona. Easy walk to all the shopping, attractions and gelato. Lots of room for four adults. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining areas for simple breakfast each morning. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also rented a car and had an easy walk to a great parking garage.

We are 5 senior women who have traveled to Europe several times and have stayed in a number of vacation rentals…. This lovely place was one of the nicest we have ever rented and Marco was delightful to work with. The location was perfect and easy to use as home base for all of our excursions. The apartment is very comfortable and the outdoor space is amazing. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. Marco was very responsive whenever we needed anything, and he referred us to the “best” gelato place in Verona.

Fabulous position

A brilliantly positioned roomy apartment walking distance to most of Verona’s historic sites as well as shopping areas. It has a large terrace, perfect for an aperativo at home. The only improvement could be more comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.

Excellent for those going to the open air opera. In the cente of town so lots ot see and do.NO need for a car as public tramsport good Checkin simple and effective/ Did not meet the owenr/agent but had not need ot do so.

Great for two couples

The apartment is very conveniently located, yet quiet enough to sleep. You can very easily walk to the Piazza Bra or the Piazza Erba in a few minutes and walk along the Adige in one minute. A full service grocery store (Pam) is within a five minute walk. The apartment is safe clean and comfortable.The host was very easy to reach and provides a lot of information if you are not familiar with the city.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Marco's apartment was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very spacious - we all said we would happily have lived there. The location is great, it's very central and less than 5 minutes walk to the Arena, Piazza Erbe and the castle and there's the added bonus of a lovely wine shop just downstairs. The apartment was very well equipped and Marco provided lots of little extra touches - like small bottles of toiletries in the bathrooms, a selection of teas, coffees and sweets in the kitchen and a lovely bottle of prossecco, which all helped contribute to a wonderful stay.

Marco the magnificant

Marco is an old style host. His daughter showed up to book us in ( not like the 2 corporate hosts we stayed in earlier). The apartment was magnificent. It felt homey. Location was fantastic. Just 5minute walk to Piazza Bra. other than Marco I have become unenamored with VRBO hosts. The check-in was the best ever. seamless. His daughter was the best. Spacious apartment. Stocked with toiletries. Patio magnificent. Could have stayed forever. Thanks.

Amazing apartment!

We spent three nights in this apartment and it was perfect for our family. We had four adults and my 1 year old son. It has a large living area, two large bedrooms (3rd smaller bedroom) and two nice large bathrooms (one newer seemed to be remodeled). The host were very nice, responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was completely stocked to cook meals. We were there in the winter, but in the Summer it looks like they have a nice large outdoor patio for eating outside. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one was one of the better ones we experienced. It was also in a great location in the middle of the Verona walking area. There were many restaurants and shops right out the door!

Lovely spacious apartment

We had a great time staying in this property for 3 nights, spending time in Verona and visiting Lake Garda for a day trip. The apartment was lovely and spacious with plenty of room for a family with two teenagers to spread out. We also really appreciated the extras such as a bottle of Prosecco, a bowl of fruit and also the small (but very useful) things such as kitchen roll!

Vi hade sedan flera år planerat en resa till Verona för att besöka den romerska arenan och titta och lyssna på operor. Eftersom vi är ett gäng vänner sedan flera år som träffas regelbundet, men nu är utspridda över flera länder i Europa, vill vi alltid bo tillsammans i en stor lägenhet med tillräckligt med rum och badrum, och för att ha möjlighet till umgänge med varandra som inte alltid är möjligt på ett hotell. Därför valde vi Marcos (värdens) lägenhet vilket är en toppen lägenhet, inte bara för att det är på toppen av ett hus, utan också för att det är toppen bra. Stor balkong dessutom som är som ett extra rum. Och läget är otroligt centralt nära arenan och alla sevärdheter som staden kan erbjuda. Bokningen och kontakten med Marco fungerade perfekt, även när vi pga Corona fick skjuta upp vår vistelse ett helt år. .

Fantastic apartment

Top floor apartment is a fantastic place to spend time in Verona. Everything in the old city is a short walk away. It is very large and spacious with all the amenities. Including the fabulous balcony/patio.

A Gem In Verona

The apartment exceeded our high expectations. It is well-located, spotless and nicely decorated. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and spacious, and we ate every meal on the balcony. (If you wish to eat inside, the dining room is large and pretty. Most of the rooms have large doors that open onto the balcony, which was heavenly given that we had great weather. My husband's and my luggage did not arrive for three days, but the apartment was so well supplied with necessaries that we did not have to buy toiletries. When the airline gave us a four hour window for the delivery, our hosts offered to be the point persons for the delivery and to bring our luggage to the apartment, so we would not have to spend precious vacation time sitting in the apartment waiting. We are so grateful to them. We travelled with another couple, and we never felt "on top of each other" in the apartment and all of us would have loved to take the master bathroom home with us. It was luxurious. We all hated to leave!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment

Just recently completed a business trip with 2 other colleagues to Verona and stayed in the Top floor aprement. We found the apartment clean and stylish with plenty of room for 3 people. The location is fabulous as you are situated between the two popular Squares (Bra & Erbe). Restaurants all around and easy transport links plus Marco and his team were efficient and on hand should we require. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment in centre of Verona.

We loved everything about this apartment. Marco was such a great host. He welcomed us at the apartment and answered any questions we had. We felt very much at home here and looked forward to getting back to the apartment at the end of a long day. The apartment was so spacious. Loved spending time on the very large beautiful patio. Location couldn’t have been better. A stones throw to the arena and walking distance to just about everything else of interest. We were sorry that there were no concerts or operas on while we were there as the apartments location would have allowed us to hear the performance. We hope to return to Verona and will be sure to stay here again.
