Cette magnifique villa avec piscine privée est entourée d'un vaste jardin arboré au coeur de la Provence rurale. Cet appartement avec entrée séparée est situé au niveau inférieur de la villa avec terrasse, patio, piscine avec alarme, barbecue, four à pizza, salle à manger extérieure et jardin. Pratiquement sortir pour se prélasser au soleil, nager, s'asseoir à l'ombre et dîner sous le coucher de soleil romantique. Grand terrain de tennis privé et terrain de boules sont inclus dans le parc. C'est un appartement indépendant avec la famille qui vit au dessus et qui doit rester discret. Appartement Lavande 4 couchages. Chambre double. Canapé-lit dans le salon. Cuisine ouverte bien équipée avec réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-linge, mini-four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, fer à repasser.

Le club de golf Domaine De Terre Blanche est considéré comme l'un des plus prestigieux au monde et se trouve à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la station des quatre saisons. Pourquoi ne pas laisser tomber dedans pour une dégustation de vin sur la route à l'un des nombreux vignobles Château. Il y a plusieurs autres terrains de golf dans la région et pour ceux qui ne joue pas au golf dans un pop SPA ou Aquaroma.

SKI sur la piste à Isola, Valberg, Auron: Il existe de nombreuses stations de ski dans les Alpes- Maritimes, Auron seulement 90 km de Nice avec un service de bus quotidien.
Altitude 1600 à 2450 mètres. Snowboard, raquettes à neige et paraski. Vous pouvez également louer des scooters de neige, des promenades en traîneau à chiens de livre ou visiter la patinoire de glace.
Isola 2000 est ouvert de la mi-Décembre à début mai et l'altitude 1800-2610.

Gezinsvakantie

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer, enorm fijne ontvangst, losse sfeer. De accomodatie zelf is verouderd en kleine werkzaamheden zijn nodig (bv. losse terrastegels). Goede ligging om uitstappen te maken naar de kust, het Lac de Saint Cassien, Nice of Cannes. Groot zwembad in een mooie tuin!

Appartement onder eigenaarswoning in tuin

Locatie is top, eigenaar zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement is erg verouderd en heeft mankementen. Terras met uitstekende tegels, oud doorgezakt bed, doucgeafvoer loopt heel slecht door. Appartement kan opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ligging aan zwembad is fijn, lekkere liggelden!

außen Top innen mit Abstrichen

Schönes Anwesen mit tollem Garten und großem Pool der auch sehr gepflegt wurde, super netter Vermieter, Küche leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Erneuerung auch das Besteck, Kinderzimmer sehr sehr klein und nichts für ältere Kinder trotzdem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt gerade auch wegen der netten Nachbarn und des netten Vermieters

Mooi locatie

Het appartement is wat gedateerd maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De ligging is heel mooi. We hebben genoten van het grote zwembad. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Een aanrader!

Skön och lugn semester!

Jätte trevligt läge bland bergen. Väldigt lugnt och tyst samt stillsamt. Perfekt för den som vill ha en vilsamt boende med trevlig och hjälpsam värd., men även endast en kort bilresa från städens Nice och Canne med flera för havsbad och goda drinkar!

Wonderful getaway/base for exploration

We recently spent a lovely week at Casa Mimosa (August 17-24). Great spot for a family. Benham is a gracious and attentive host. There are two ground floor apartments overlooking the pool and two small chalets set back on the property, so there would only ever be a max of 16 people sharing the pool, and generally, fewer than that. We often had it to ourselves and had no trouble finding time to play tennis on the nice court. The setting seemed to promote a nice mix of independent space and interaction for guests. Casa Mimosa is the apartment on the left. Brighter and cheerier inside than pictures suggest. Between the window in the living room and the smaller one in the bathroom (both with screens), it aerated well enough that we didn’t use AC most nights. When we did use AC, it was effective. There is an occasional slight mustiness in the master bedroom (I have a sensitive nose) but this is only apparent if a fan is not running. We kept a fan going overnight and that effectively made it a non-issue. Unit is spacious with decently equipped kitchen. Master bedroom is very large, with lots of closet space. Room with bunk beds is small but with good closet space and our kids liked the size. Bathroom layout is practical for a family, with central sink and vanity and separate toilet. While furnishings are not new, that makes it very relaxing if you are traveling with children. Pool is large and deep. Our kids 9 and 11 loved it, especially the diving board. Each set of guests is assigned their own chaise longues and umbrella for the duration of their stay. We also had a table with four chairs right outside our door for al fresco meals. There are mosquitoes in the evenings in this part of France, but Benham briefs guests on how to keep them at bay. We were not looking to explore surroundings as much due to the pandemic, but this is a great location from which to do so. So close to beautiful hillside villages like Fayence and Mougin. Short drive to seaside towns like St-Raphael and St-Tropez, Cannes and Antibes. We avoided larger centres this time but Nice is very close. Various grocery options only a few minutes away (huge Leclerc and Lidl) and several bakeries. Excellent value. We are definitely hoping to return!

A éviter - Annonce trompeuse

Le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Il s'agit en fait d'une sorte de local aménagé sous la terrasse du propriétaire. Il n'y a pas de porte d'entrée mais une simple baie vitrée sans volet et une petite fenêtre. Le logement sent donc une très forte odeur de cave, puisqu'il est impossible d'aérer une telle surface avec uniquement une baie vitrée. De plus comme la baie vitrée fait office de porte d'entrée, il est impossible d'aérer lorsqu'on n'est pas présent. La chambre enfant est en fait un coin cabine sans fenêtre, ni ventilation. La chambre parental est au fond du "local". Elle donne sur la cuisine. La fenêtre sur l'annonce n'est en fait qu'un trompe l'oeil. Elle n'y a en réalité aucun ouverture sur l'extérieur. L'odeur de cave y est très forte. En résumé, il vaut mieux éviter de séjourner dans ce local. Nous sommes partis dès le premier jour avec la promesse du propriétaire d'être remboursé et ses excuses. Nous avons dû déclencher notre assurance juridique car le propriétaire est revenu sur sa promesse 48h après. Nous avons le sentiment de nous être faits avoir par une annonce mensongère et un appartement qui n'a rien de décent : aucune fenêtre, aucune lumière naturelle, ni aération dans les chambres et une forte odeur de cave. Bref c'est une honte.

Beautiful location. Perfect setting

Bahram was the most welcoming and helpful host. An interesting guy too with a fabulous and friendly personality. He made us feel completely relaxed and at home. The apartment was great. Could do with a few little improvements here and there but it was completely worth every penny especially when you consider you have use of the amazing pool, you’re 5 mins from a fresh water lake which is beautiful and brill for kids entertainment and a handful of other holiday makers to keep you and the kids entertained for the whole holiday. It’s the perfect mix of a private villa with a few friendly like-minded neighbours to enjoy some good food and drink in the evening. We will be back! The local area is beautiful with lots of little villages to visit. Montauroux and Fayence being our personal favourites. We were luck enough to be there during the annual guitar festival! There is a Leclerc, Lidl and Intermarche all within 5 mins. Petrol and a pharmacy too and boulangeries and butchers all nearby too. Honestly you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect getaway at the Cote d'Azur

We (family of 4) had the most warm welcome of the owner, mr Benham! The appartment was great, the airconditioning worked very well, and we took a lot af plonges in the pool! There was absolutely nothing too crazy for Benham for helping us. The surroundings is very nice, you can do a lot of things, we have been to Cannes (firework festival!) Antibes, Monte Carlo and all other busy beaches and came home to peace and quiet at Montauroux. Really good holiday! There are a lot of supermarkets just 5 minutes away.

Formidable séjour

Que dire, à part que nous avons passé un formidable séjour en famille. Le chalet est très confortable et bien équipé. Notre fille (6 ans) a adoré la mezzanine pour dormir, la piscine, et les copains de vacances rencontrés sur place, (Beaucoup de familles anglaises, elle en a profité pour apprendre quelques mots …) Notre hôte est très accueillant, il met à notre disposition des transats autour de la piscine vraiment bien pour surveiller la baignade et la farniente. Commerces, supermarchés 5 minutes en voiture, bord de mer environ 40 min, Grasse 30 min, Lac de Saint Cassien 5 min. Région superbe Nous reviendrons ! Merci à vous Mr Behnam pour votre hospitalité

Super sejour

Un accueil chaleureux, un propriétaire qui a toujours le sourire, qui est toujours à l'écoute et qui se décarcasse toujours pour faire plaisir... Mr Behnam, c'est Mr "No problem" Le chalet ainsi que l'appartement était propre tout était à disposition, vraiment rien a dire... Party pizza génial L'année prochaine peut-être qu'on reviendra... Everything you need without the crowds!

We've just spent 10 very relaxing days staying the chalet, and I really can't fault the place at all. It was a lot more spacious than I was expecting, and very well equipped with everything we needed - cooking equipment, crockery, kettle etc. The only things we bought were a corkscrew and ant spray! There are two chalets, a slight distance apart, set under mature trees just a short distance from the main villa. It's a really peaceful setting, and there's plenty shade to keep the temperature down a bit. The pool is lovely - very big and we mostly had it to ourselves, a nice bonus (it's very deep though so not great for small children). Nice to have our own sun loungers. There's also a tennis court at the back of the property - really this place has all the facilities of a big resort but without the crowds, which is exactly what we were looking for. In terms of location, a car is a must really, as there isn't really anywhere to walk to easily - the village is not far away but up a winding road without pavements. A very short drive away there's a Lidl, ideal for cheap self catering, and a couple of other supermarkets. Lake St Cassien is also in easy reach, and then it's not too far to Cannes and to the coast. Overall, we spent a lovely 10 days exploring the area - this is a lovely central location with great facilities, and so peaceful, we'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic holiday accommodation & facilities

We spent two weeks here in August and had a great time. We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 8 & 6 and they were very happy with having a swimming pool just outside their door. We spent lots of time in the pool and relaxing by the pool, and barbecued in the evenings. Behnam is a great host. Location was great, 30 mins from Nice, similar distance to Antibes, and Cannes. Hypermarket 5 mins drive for all supplies, and several local Boulangeries for breakfast. Grasse is also only 30 mins. All in all a great holiday destination and accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend. We will be back :-)

Fab, fab, fab

This was our second vist and we loved it even more this time around. We arrived out of season at the end of June but the weather was great for us Brits who had had an awful Summer! Flying into Nice we hired a car and then drove for around 45 mins. Arriving late at night we were shown to Mimosa with our two sleeping children (aged 6 and 4) and were assured of the hospitality on offer. From the next morning on we couldn't ask for anything more. The hosts were amazing, the apartment clean and well equipped and to have a pool just outside was just brilliant. In an area that is a 5 minute drive from an amazing lake which may as well be a beach, less than an hour from Cannes - we really couldn't fault it. We are actually considering using this property yearly for a long weekend break. fab, fab, fab

Lovely family holiday apartment

My family of 4 and I have just returned from a week long holiday in the Mimosa apartment. The apartment and grounds are beautifully kept and contain everything necessary for a family self catering holiday [even including a cool bag for apicnic]. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in away from home. The pool is large and wonderful, our children aged 7 and 11 spent hours perfecting their diving from the diving board. One word of caution would be that there is no real shallow end except for the entry steps,so non swimming children will need arm bands. There was no hassel reserving sun beds as they are for your enjoyment and come with comfortable mattresses and large shading umbrellas. There is also a pergola for outside dining which is great in summer. We used the tennis court every day. The location is also brilliant if you are looking for somewhere quiet, having said that it is also convientent , being 5 mins [drive] from a warm lake that you can swim in, 10 mins from the main A8 autoroute, 5 mins from a major supermarket and 2 mins from a boulangerie. It is probably 40 mins from the coast which for us was a bonus as the coast is over crowded and quite tatty in high season, as well as there being lots of jelly fish in the sea. Much better to be away from it and travel in for an evening to watch the world go by or mooch around looking at the super yatchs in Antibes. In summary then a comfortable apartment with great facilities and a beautiful pool area. The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly, definately not for party animals but perfect for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the world, the weather was also perfect, sunny every day. We will return!
