Grand appartement (220 m²) composé de quatre chambres, dont deux doubles (pour un total de 8 lits), un salon de 70 m² avec un canapé-lit double supplémentaire, deux salles de bains et une cuisine entièrement rénovée, situé au 2ème étage de élégant bâtiment situé dans le centre de Salerne, à 100 mètres du bord de mer et à moins de 200 mètres du centre historique et des gares ferroviaire et maritime, dans un quartier résidentiel mais plein de magasins de toutes sortes.
Garages à 30 et 70 mètres de l'appartement.
L'appartement dispose de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, du chauffage central et de deux télévisions avec connexion satellite.
En plus du Wi-Fi dédié, les appels illimités vers les téléphones fixes et portables en Italie sont garantis.
Pendant la période estivale (01.05. - 30. 09.) une contribution d'électricité de 0,30 euros par KW sera facturée, à payer en espèces au moment du départ après lecture conjointe du compteur.

Great location and property.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Very convenient to attractions, local grocery, coffee and bakery stores.

Lovely apartment in great location

We (two families with teenage/adult kids) enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped and clean. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very friendly. The location of the apartment is great, easy walking distance to many restaurants, stores and sights in Salerno. Salerno is a great starting point for trips both to the Amalfi coast and to the Napoli area.

Great location and gracious living in the heart of Salerno.

We loved Casa Monaco! It was the perfect location for visiting the Amalfi coast towns to the north, as well as Paestum to the south. The apartment is lovely and gracious. Not your typical rental,,,, we felt very much at home and had everything we needed. The hosts are very responsive, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property for a visit to Salerno.

Lovely

The location was wonderful. Nice to have a restaurant right downstairs for early, 6 am breakfast and late nightcap at the end of the day. The place was vey spacious, light and bright. The sea was at the bottom of the hill. Easy walk to do a boat tour.

One of the best city vacations ever!

We stayed for 4 weeks in the apartment. It is perfectly located right on the edge of the city center just a couple of minutes walk from the old town. We especially enjoyed all the local shops and restaurants really close to the apartment. The apartment is well kept and has everything you need. The rooms are large and they all have AC. Special thanks to Laura who met us with a friendly smile and helped us (also in English!) with whatever we needed.

A very nice family home made available for our family in a great location in Salerno. Very centrally located to the Duomo, train and ferry docks. There was a mistake on my part when I registered for just 7 adults, not including our 3 grand children. Didn't realize my mistake until 2 days before arrival. Host graciously allowed the additional guests.

In the middle if everything

Great place in a nice building. Flat was very spacious and clean. I tried to avoid parking in the suggested garage...this was a mistake. There is no parking to be found. Just use the garage, but be aware of their hours.

Excellent location in the heart of Salerno

This is a huge apartment- perfect for a large family. This place is perfect for immersing yourself in the hustle and bustle that is Salerno. Proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the port, the train station and the lungo mare added to the enjoyment of our stay. No car is needed when staying here.This is an older, stately building with the distinctive factors that are typical of Italy- smaller elevators, high ceilings, small hot water tanks etc.The apartment is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It has a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an American coffee maker.We had our Christmas dinner here and I was able to prepare a full meal for my whole family. The dining room table is massive.

Grand yet homely

We were absolutely surprised at how grand and lovely this property is. 2 adult couples traveling together, we had great spaces to be together or find some peaceful down time. My partner is quite tall and found the high ceilings such a relief. The apartment is more like a large home. There is an extensive couple of libraries with German and Italian book collections. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and baths. The host is a pleasure. He always responded and even found us a driver for the coast. If you are lucky enough to stay here, treasure and be gentle on this grand soul of a home. On the corner is a fantastic bakery coffee dinner restaurant that we highly recommend as well.

Wonderful, Authentic, Comfortable

We (2 families) stayed in this apartment for a month in October and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The location is a very safe area, a short walk from the main downtown pedestrian area, near many shops, restaurants, markets, bus stops, and a convenient parking garage (for €10/day we avoided a lot of hassle trying to park on the streets!) Salerno is a delightful place to stay, with a relaxed, pleasant vibe, friendly people and low prices. Many interesting areas are an hour or two drive away (Paestum, Naples, Amalfi, Avellino, to name a few). The apartment was great, with a long, narrow layout, 2 well designed bathrooms, a full kitchen, and comfortable beds. There were many windows of the street and municipal building, very low noise and lots of light. Luciano was a very helpful host, who speaks English and French, and gave us tips on the local area, making our stay more pleasant. We highly recommend, and plan to return.

Great location and spacious clean apartment.

The apartment is centered in a great location with lots of shopping, great restaurants, and markets. It is a short walk to the train station and to the ferries going out to the Amalfi Coast. A parking garage is located very close to the apartment. The apartment was clean with plenty of windows to provide fresh air and is adequately equipment with a clean clothes washing machine, and a nice sized kitchen with a dishwasher. This apartment had everything we needed for our family of five. We loved Salerno and look forward to staying here again. It is a short train ride to other popular destinations We would recommend Salerno and this apartment to others!!

This apartment is amazing!!!

Extremely spacious rooms with comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is very, very clean. Average temperature during our stay was about 34 degrees so we used the A/C during the night and the cost was 90 Euro for the 11 nights which we found very reasonable. You just need to keep the blinds down and the doors of the bedrooms closed and the apartment stays cool. Great location with easy access to everything you need to enjoy the Amalfi coast. Walking distance to train station, ports, shopping, restaurants, gelato, bakery, supermarkets and more!!! 2 min. walk to pedestrian boulevard with so much to offer which must also be done at night. It has a great vibe for adults and kids a like. Definitely recommend for long stays. We stayed for 11 days and felt like we were at home. As we decided not to rent a car this was the perfect city and apartment to stay. Salerno has so much to offer and we always felt safe.

The apartment was left in clean and orderly conditions, even some broken glasses were replaced (thank you, Nathalie, but you were definitely not expected to do so; the more we appreciate it) and they left a precious and tasty present (Oh, that was good!!!). A beautiful spacious apartment in a great location.

This apartment was really lovely and very spacious for our family of six. It is clean and lots of space for everyone to either sit together or in their own space. The location was just perfect for us to explore the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii & Vesuvius, Paestum and it’s beautiful beach & lots more. The train was great and only 10 mins from the apartment. Salerno itself was also really nice, it had an older part as well with nice wee narrow streets. We had fantastic food and there were lots of places to choose from. It was a nice Italian town, I didn’t see any other British people there. I thought it was a perfect location and will recommend both the apartment and Salerno to my friends.

Eravamo in 8 e siamo stati molto bene. La casa è grande, spaziosa , molto accessoriata e in una posizione ottimale per tutte le attività ( negozi, mare, centro storico, stazione). Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Meglio di così non poteva essere: comodi e coccolati con anche qualche buon libro da sfogliare
