This home is elegantly designed with a private pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee, please ask for details.

An extended lanai all screened in for your entertainment or to just relax with nature. This magnificent pool is south facing for all day long sunshine and has a pond conservation view with NO REAR NEIGHBORS! Sun loungers and dining table with chairs are also provided.
We also provide additional towel's for pool use.

The kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped, pantry with eat in space, casual dining table and chairs.

The main dining area has a large table with dinning chairs.

Also downstairs is a second living lounging area with sofa and a TV.

You will find this home to be beautifully bright with its expansive ceilings.

The Master downstairs boasts lots of space, walk in closet, a bathroom with dual side by side vanities, garden tub, and walk in glass shower.

Upstairs, you will find the large loft area with pool table and a third living room area with large sectional sofa an large TV, along with the remaining 4 bedrooms.

The Veranda Palms community features a swimming pool, fitness center, reserve land close to it and is only about 5 minutes from Pioneer Park on Shingle Creek with country walks and historic buildings.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, within 5 minuets drive and Disney, Universal and Sea World amusement parks are within 20-30 minutes drive.

Please note:

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. Please ask for details.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)

* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation

* Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs (Essential Cleaning Products) etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

*Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Additional 2 guests are allowed, however, note that there are only beds for 10 in the home . There is a fold our sofa bed for 2 extra guests, bedding can be provided, (additional costs may apply for the 2 extra guests)
