Notre villa est située dans un cul de sac tranquille sur la prestigieuse communauté de Hampton Lakes. Seulement 15 minutes de Disney, la villa est idéalement située pour les parcs à thème, boutiques, restaurants et terrains de golf. Si vous cherchez une villa spacieuse avec intimité, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Il y a plus de 2800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, comprenant 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 2 salons séparés, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et une salle de jeux. WI-FI gratuit, cinq téléviseurs, télévision par câble, DVR, Xbox 360, lecteur DVD et une sélection de DVD offrent des possibilités de détente après les journées chargées dans les parcs à thème. Ou choisissez simplement un livre de la sélection dans la villa et détendez-vous au bord de la piscine. Le barbecue et la véranda couverte sont très populaires pour dîner en plein air le soir, d'autant plus que la terrasse, la piscine, le pont et la véranda ne sont pas négligés. The villa was very quiet in a well established neighbourhood. It had everything we needed and we quickly found all the back roads to shopping and the parks. The little touches in the house were excellent, tea pot and kettle included, excellent. I would recommend this villa and we will be back again

Great stay !

The property is probably one of the most equipped homes we have stayed at over the years. Everything you could ask for is there. The pool area is large with a covered lanai and a large sunning area. We used to own a home in the area so we were aware of the location - in a great area with shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall we had a great stay -,the layout was perfect and the home was clean and modernized. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you Alan and Sharon !!

Excellent vacation

Our family of 9 had a wonderful 2 weeks at Alans property. The house was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything a family could need. The pool was beautiful, very private and big. We had many enjoyable dinners outside under the covered deck. The location to Disney is excellent. Everyone in our party had their own area for sleeping and bathroom. I highly recommend this property.

Vacation in Davenport

House was amazing and even nicer than the pictures , I guess Florida has some sort of law that you can’t cool the house below 75 degrees? That would be my only complaint, there were ceiling fans and a few other fans but upstairs bedroom stayed really hot. Close to stores which was nice, 40-55 min drive to Orlando with traffic thou.

Excellent Stay! Beautiful Place

Thank you for an Amazing stay at your beautiful property. If I had to say anything that I wish were a tad different, it would be lack of control of the house temperature (meaning it has a nest and is remotely controlled) the temperature can be set to 72, but only stays there for 2 hours. Other is Wi-Fi was spotty for TV/streaming but also we had 5 in our party.

The WiFi was problematic during Maria’s stay due to outages in the area I checked with Spectrum, the supplier and that issue has now been resolved. The nest thermostats had set a schedule which changed the temperature at set times of the day. I’ve now cleared that schedule and the system is working normally!

Absolutely Fantastic!!

This house is everything as described - and more. Alan and Sharon are superb owners and they care for their property impeccably. The check in process and communication with Alan was seamless and speedy. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. This is a beautiful property and it's well cared for. We already booked our next visit and will continue to come back as long as we can. Thanks Alan and Sharon - you're amazing!! :)

Magical villa with lots of upgrades

What a great villa, it certainly had the WOW factor. The photos do not do it justice - it is just so spacious and ideal for two families sharing. As this was a last minute booking we had not done all our usual research. Even if we had done our research we would have been very hard pressed to find a villa that ticked all the boxes for us. The children had a hard time trying to decide which bedroom to take. When they went into the garage and saw the pool table and fuzz ball they thought they were in heaven. The kitchen was very well equipped and we just love your American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser (have to get one for back home). We also made great use of the lania and the BBQ. especially on the non theme park days, so comfortable an peaceful. Well done Sharon and Alan, we had a fantastic holiday made all the better for booking your beautiful villa. It was everything we wanted and more. Looking forward to contacting you in 2016 to see if we can do it all again.

Wow - so impressed

What a fantastic villa - it most certainly had the wow factor. The photos do not do it justice - it was soo spacious. As this was a last minute booking we had not done our usual research. Even with research we would have found it very difficult to better this villa,it ticked all the boxes for us. The children could not make up their minds as to which bedroom they were to have. When they went into the garage and found the pool table and fuzz ball they are in heaven. It was so much like home everyone was so relaxed. The grandparents found they could sit in the lanai and enjoy the watching the children swimming or just have a snooze on the comfortable loungers. The pool area is very secluded. In the morning it was a great place to sit quietly with a coffee and listen to the birds. Location was just super. We had no trouble finding the villa with the directions we had been given from Alan and it is just so much nicer to go direct to the villa rather then go to collet key from an agent. First class treatment all the way. Well done Sharon and Alan we just loved your home in Florida and we will turn in the future. Hope we can get some cheap flights next year!!

Overall great stay

We had some issues in the beginning with AC but that was due to hurricane that just swept through couple weeks before our stay. Alan was quick to resolve issue and even refunded some $ to make up for a couple of nights without AC. The pool was amazing. Make sure to get it heated, it’ll be a nice treat after walking the parks at Disney. The beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for a large family! We really enjoyed it here and would book again.

Ballyshannon Villa

We were very impressed with the villa and would absolutely stay again. The villa was clean and well stocked with the needed items such as dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans and plenty of towels. You may need to buy a few items like paper towels, toilet paper & laundry soap depending on the length of your stay. The pool is beautiful and well-kept, and we were disappointed that we didn't get to enjoy the BBQ grill and deck as we were too busy with the parks. Most of the beds were comfortable with the exception of one of the kid's rooms (Minion Room). We did run across a few little ants which I thought was exceptional considering it was Florida. The thing I liked most was that the villa felt homey. Nice owners and a lovely home.

This house was located close to attractions, had everything you could ever need and everything you forgot to put on your list. The hosts are wonderful to work with and especially quick to answer questions ( usually within minutes) would stay here again in a heartbeat

This house was awesome! We loved that four of the 5 bedrooms were on the ground floor and the amount of bathrooms. The two living areas were great for those times the teens didn’t want to hang out with the adults. By far, one if not the best house we have ever rented.

Fabulous stay!

We loved staying at this beautiful home away from home. It was the best stocked home and most comfortable environment that we have rented thus far while at Disney. The pool is beautiful. The kitchen is very well organized. The beds were comfortable. Our only caution is...be careful stepping in and out of showers as they were slippery. We would recommend this home to everyone.

We are Alan and Sharon Scott and together with our children, John, Kristina and Callum we love to visit Florida.
We have been Holidaying, with our extended family on Hampton Lakes for over 20 years.
Living in the North east of England we particularly enjoy the good weather, no matter the month there are always lots to see and do here. Whether it be the obvious theme parks, Disney, Universal,Seaworld and Busch Gardens or the wonderful warm Gulf Coast beaches or wilder Atlantic Coast we just found ourselves returning again and again.
Having just retired we now have the opportunity to own our own home in the sun.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have holidayed here for over 20 years and when it came time to buy our own villa there really was no choice for us.
It had to be Hampton lakes.
It is a prestigious estate, beautifully maintained and in particular we have always found the communal amenities Tennis, Basketball and Volleyball courts are immaculately kept.
There is easy access to the major attractions at Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld and Busch Gardens as well as both east and west coasts.
The choice of restaurants, shops and Golf courses is bewildering but with the kids help we have tried to visit them all!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our Villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private pool and sun deck, screened by an attractive hedge.
We have stayed in a number of villas on this estate and the design and location of ours works best for us.
The private screened pool, covered lanai and barbecue mean we spend most of our time out doors. No matter what time of year. We love having breakfast outside listening to the birdsong.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms there is always plenty of room for family and friends when we visit.
The well equipped kitchen means when we don't want to eat out or order in I can cook at home. There's even a dishwasher to take care of the washing up.
To further enhance your stay we have a slate bed pool table, table football (foosball), cable TV, DVDs, books and games.
