Cette spacieuse villa est située dans l'une des communautés souhaitables, Hampton Lacs avec court de tennis et de basket-ball, une aire de jeux et une piscine communautaire. La villa dispose de 2 chambres de maître avec salle de bains en rez de chaussée et 3 autres chambres à l'étage. Parfait pour les parents rendez-vous loin! Une des chambres à coucher et une chambre à deux lits ont une vue imprenable sur le lac. Il dispose désormais d'un écran de télévision et canapé-lit plat flambant neuf situé dans le salon. Entièrement climatisé et maintenant a la porte de devant l'entrée sans clé. Il dispose de la télévision par câble, Internet avec WiFi et téléphone sans appels dans USA et Canada. Non fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés si nous aimons les animaux.

Very nice stay away from home

First thing I would like to mention is the owners they are 5 star all the way. Very easy to deal with and very caring. Our stay was great ! Truthfully though everything was wonderful from the time we walked into the house until we left there is nothing negative to say. It was worth every penny. Thanks again for the great time

Great Summer vacation

This house was the perfect distance from all the destinations we had planned for our time in Florida. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunset and all round relaxing place to stay!! We enjoys watching the massive turtles swim around the pond in the morning time!!

The villa was in a nice development which was quiet and close to attractions.However we did feel the villa needed a deep clean and some updating or general maintenance. Overall we had a fantastic stay thank you

Beautiful area

Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Lovely to look out at pond. Sandhill cranes, ibis, ducks…fish and turtles in pond.

Needed relaxation of a family with teens

Nicely placed in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the community tennis and basketball courts. Ample room for two families, but plenty of space for a family with teens. Larger kitchen with the necessary amenities for staying in all while close proximity to a variety of shopping districts.

Beautiful sunset vacation home!

We had a wonderful 16-day stay at this property. The owner was very attentive to our questions/concerns. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with a park nearby. The house was spacious and clean. Everything worked properly. We enjoyed the sunsets and swimming in the pool every day. Grocery stores were nearby, and Disney was not far away. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great villa in Hampton Lakes

This was our second stay in this villa which has all the modern conveniences you would require for a holiday. The villa is maintained to a high standard. Having the tennis courts so close by to the villa is a bonus as is having tennis rackets in the villa to use. The pool area is great, overlooking the lake and enjoys the sun all day. We will definitely look to return again in the future.

Great location. Great villa

Access to the property was very easy using the key pad and our first impressions were of a spacious, well-equipped villa. Due to its proximity to the Disney and other parks, we were able to enjoy a mix of busy park days and delightful relaxed days in an around the villa's lovely pool. The views across the lake are wonderful and we have many photos of the cranes and other birds that visited, and amazing sunsets. Being August, we needed relief from the heat from time-to-time so retreated indoors and made good use of the televisions in the lounge and bedrooms in the villa. Myat and Kan kindly allowed us a late check-out, which was much appreciated.

Great location, spacious

We have stayed in the Davenport area a number of times and the location of the property is excellent. The property is spacious, plenty of room for our family of five. Worth noting was the excellent response from the property manager when there was a small problem with the air conditioning. Despite it being a Sunday it was fixed very quickly and worked perfectly from then on. Dealing with the owners was also a pleasurable experience.

Perfect Family Villa

This was our third stay at Hampton Lakes and this villa was perfect. Really good sized rooms, bathrooms and a good supply of towels and linen. The games room was great for our teenagers, however the long cold winter meant the pool needed heating, and we weren’t home long enough to justify the cost of heating it. It was clean and tidy and had the basics like cleaning products, salt pepper, sugar, tea and coffee! We too felt happy to leave our surplus supplies behind for the next guests to use. I can’t rate this villa high enough - it was everything we wanted in a perfect location. Thank you!

The property listing was fine, however, we had a constant infestation of ants and lizards.

No paying guests should have to pay for bug spray and other insect treatments during their vacation stay. We had to buy ant spray and other ant treatments and that did not completely stop the infestation. The ants were even on our beds.

Home is laid out nicely, was poorly maintained, pool had algae, solar blanket poor condition. Locks to enter pool area were not secured any child could have entered. Linens, not folded or organized, cupboards not organized Carpet dirty as well as vents. Light bulbs missing, outside bulbs burnt out Mirrors dirty & no contact after initial arrival to check on things. With care & upkeep this could be a lovely home

Nice getaway!

House is in a great neighborhood and very spacious. We stayed busy so I did not take the time to communicate with property mgmt. A couple light bulbs need replaced and shower head in one of the master bedrooms. Freezer does not freeze, even if turned to colder. Front master toilet does not flush properly. House decor could stand to be updated, blinds missing slats. Our overall stay was pleasant as I understand people mistreat and don't take care of things and I did not communicate issues. Thank you!!

Nice but could be a lot better in some areas

The house itself was nice but it could definitely use some deep cleaning or a new cleaning person. There was cobwebs on the light above the table, the dust on the lights, vents, and doors was ridiculous. In my moms room upstairs the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The toilet downstairs attached to the queen room wouldn’t quit running at times (we had to keep fixing it) the toilets insides were rusted horribly bad and in the queen bedroom the sheets smelled like pee!! We had wash them and put them back on the bed, which I thought was pure laziness from whoever washed those sheets before we got there bc you could clearly smell it! Now I will say the pool and view of the pond was extremely relaxing. It is a little bit of a drive if you want to go anywhere but that wasn’t a big deal to us. The neighborhood was really nice and the people that lived there were really friendly.

The home was spacious and definitely offered a spectacular view as stated. There were 9 people in our group. I liked how the kids' rooms were twin beds instead of bunks like other listings since most of our kids are in their early teens. All the rooms were spacious and did not feel over crowded. Some of the beds could be updated as they weren't comfortable. We didn't use alot of dishes or pots/pans but the ones we did used were cleaned. The kids were most excited about the pool. I thought it was a decent size. Drive way was a little small for us but it could be that we're just used to longer drive ways lol. We liked the extra bonus game room. It'll be nice to have updated pool sticks but we had fun using what was available. The binder should also be updated to reflect garbage day. We pulled the garbage bin to the drive way only to find out that it was the wrong day and that there's a company that does that for the community. Also, one of the modem, or at least I think it is, was beeping from where the speakers were by the T.V. We had no idea what it was or how to turn it off. I ended up turning off the power but that only worked temporary. It beeped again a few times after that. I notify management and they didn't know what it was. Communication from the owners has been great! Even though they're miles away, they were able to return my messages in a timely manner. As for the management company, the first few days were hard to get a hold of them, esp in an emergency. After that, they were easy to get a hold of. The one thing I was disappointed in was that the emergency key did not work when I needed it the most. That should had been a priority in the check in process prior to our arrival. I was told that it would be fix but I did not check it again and thankfully we didn't need to use it again. Overall, the home offer what we needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in FL.

Trip with feiends

Good size house for our group. We would have cooked more to save money ( parks tickets expensive this year) but as with other properties for large groups the size of pots, pans and ovenware don't enable large group catering easily. Pool area a bit tired and would benefit from screen being cleaned but I suspect very little use during covid period so likely less maintenance visits. This stay at the Hamptons was more time in the car to and from parks than usual due to the road works on I4 ( a 20min journey was 1hr each way). Still made the most of our visit and nice to be back travelling again.

We improvised made the most out of our vacation.

Upon arrival we was hoping for a nice welcoming atmosphere, but instead we was greeted with allergies fare up. The artificial plants make the villa have a homey feel however the dust on them was just disgusting. This was a nice location not far from any store. The cleaning crew didn't do a good job the grill was dirty from previous customers, socks left behind furniture so that indicated cleaning wasn't done. Both downstairs bedsheets were not in good condition we had to wash them prior to using.. dishes were wet in cabinet. Be sure to bring own wash cloths and towels and additional cleaning supplies to have on hand. But overall this is a very nice villa after we finished deep cleaning.

We love this place 🥰 We definitely will be back to visit. Super nice people too. We loved the pool and the beautiful lake view ☺️ Our kids enjoyed the turtles and the birds too. They named the big birds Tom and Felicia lol We had so much fun and was sad to leave 🙂
