L'appartement est situé sur une rue calme juste en dessous du centre de 1650, une promenade de 50 mètres vous emmène à l'escalator qui vous emmène au village et aux pistes de ski par conséquent, il est très calme mais extrêmement pratique pour le centre du village ascenseurs. L'appartement lui-même est au premier étage d'un chalet avec 3 autres appartements et vient d'être entièrement rénové à un niveau très élevé. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon rond enveloppant avec l'aspect principal orienté plein sud, donnant jusqu'à 1850 et également à l'ouest dans la vallée. C'est un magnifique bain de soleil avec de belles vues. Il y a un parking mais selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Un parking souterrain est disponible dans le village.

What a super apartment! As other reviewers have noted, fantastic location near the heart of the resort, very well equipped, clean, amazing views over to 1550 and 1850. We loved the apartment and Courchevel 1650, will definitely return. Malcolm (owner) and Fiona (property manager) were excellent with communication, a broken toaster was replaced the same day! Overall a 5 star experience!

The property is in a great location, quiet but close to the escalator that takes you up to the main resort area. Beds very comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area were great. I’m not one for writing reviews usually, but this is definitely a place that we would stay again.

Excellent apartment 5*

Supper location, just a few feet from the escalator up to 1650 high street. Magnificent views down to 1550 and up to 1850. Well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, super hosts, excellent communication.

Fabulous flat. Good spec, clean, nice views and light. Feels homey! Great for a family with two small kids. Malcolm is a superstar host, great communication. Recommended.

Fabulous Location

This wonderful, homely apartment is ideally located in Courchevel Moriond with easy access to the slopes, shops and wider Courchevel area. It is clean and well appointed with everything you need. Excellent communication from the owner and property manager. Would highly recommend hiring a ski locker from ESF ski school at the bottom of the gondola, very handy especially if you have kids in tow. The sledging in Moriond is brilliant fun. Aquamotion also very good - but not cheap!

Nice apartment in excellent location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The living room and kitchen are large with plenty of seating and many windows with great views of the valley, the mountains, and Courchevel 1850. It is a great place for relaxing after a day of skiing.The property is even nicer than the photos show (it is probably difficult to shoot good photos with all the light coming in from the large windows). The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms have a good amount of storage space. The bathrooms are small, but nicely updated and practical. The communication with the owner Malcolm and the manager Fiona is excellent.The location is excellent, barely a one-minute walk from the escalator. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable in this apartment and highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment for a family stay in Courchevel.

I can highly recommend this apartment for a family stay in Courchevel. We were a family of 4 (two teens). The apartment, which occupies the entire first floor of the building, has windows on three sides, is light, cosy and has great views. The location is very close to the escalator (up for the shops, down for the swimming pool), and the Ariondaz lift. Both the Carrefour and smaller Utile supermarkets are very good for food shopping. We ate at a restaurant on only one night - La Table de Marie - and the food was excellent: huge portions, good cooking, epic desserts and about Euro 40 per head with wine/beer. Both the owner of the apartment and the chalet manager were excllent communicaotrs and answered all our queries fully.

Fantastic apartment for a family ski trip.

We stayed at chalet Bellevue from 26/12/23 until 03/01/24, 2 adults and 2 children aged 14yrs and 11yrs. The apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and an open plan living & kitchen area. The apartment was warm and kitted out with everything you needed to make your stay very comfortable after a long days skiing. Malcolm was incredibly helpful and very responsive on email, answering any questions we had. It just provided us with a lot of reassurances when planning the trip. When there Fiona was also very welcoming and was on hand if we had any questions. The escalator upto the Main Street allows you to be in the village centre within minutes, you then can cross the road and up the second escalator to the ariondaz gondola. Enjoyed drinks in both le schuss and funky fox. The best restaurant for us a family was Copina, a fantastic tapas restaurant the food was excellent and good value. Even in high season the queues at the lifts were minimal. Having last skied in courchevel 20 years ago it great to be back to enjoy the vast ski area and great snow conditions. We will certainly book chalet Bellevue again in the near future.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très lumineux et bien situé. Tout proche de l'escalator pour aller au coeur du village, puis sur les pistes. Très jolie vue du balcon, bien ensoleillé, qui entoure l'appartement. Merci à Fiona pour son accueil et sa réactivité.

Superbe appartement, emplacement tres pratique

Nous avons passé un super sejour. Appartement conforme à la description: spacieux, renovation tres recente, decoration tres agreable et chaleureuse. Situé à quelques dizaines de metres de l’escalator menant directement au front de neige, il est tres bien placé. Tres propre et enfin contact tres sympa avec le proprietaire et son relai local. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain.

Excellent séjour à Courchevel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Courchevel. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien décoré. Il est bien situé, proche des commerces, près de l’escalator amenant aux pistes de ski. La cuisine est très bien agencée avec de nombreux équipements. Les lits sont confortables.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement aménagé et décoré avec goût, particulièrement soigné. Son emplacement permet de rester au calme tout en accédant très aisément au cœur du village et aux remontées mécaniques.

The property is well appointed and very comfortable making us feel at home from the very start of our holiday. Super clean, warm and welcoming we had a great week and didn’t miss the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, we actually enjoyed it more! Situated just a few paces away from the excellent escalator in Moriond this was a godsend as we have a 5 and 7 year old who tend to avoid walking where possible. We love Courchevel and we loved this property. We will be back.

A fanatstic stay in Chalet Bellevue

This apartment is perfect for a family of four

This apartment is well placed, being so close to the escalators. You can go up to the village and to ski or down to go to the amazing leisure pool. Even a day in the apartment is fabulous because the views from the living room are incredible. The beds are comfortable, the living area inviting, the temperature is warm and the kitchen very well equipped. It is definitely a five star apartment.

Absolutely gorgeous

We stayed here in February 2016. The apartment is just lovely. It has amazing views, is located very close to the village escalator and is decorated and furnished perfectly. There is everything you could want in the kitchen and even lovely touches like bird food to refill the feeder on the balcony. The only negative was the lack of wifi which my teenage children moaned about incessantly.

Excellent apartment!

We had a great stay over xmas in this apartment. Communication in the build up to our holiday with the owner was excellent. When we arrived we were so happy with the apartment - clean, tidy, lovely interior and in an excellent location. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect in every way

This beautiful chalet is 5 star standard throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, sofas were very comfortable, the beds and bedding guaranteed the best sleep for everyone. Bags and bags of storage. Spectacular views from nearly every window and night times very peaceful. Thirty steps to the escalators and you are in the centre of the village (and right next to the boulangerie). I can't imagine why we would ever look anywhere else - this chalet is perfection.
