Vous allez adorer cette propriété et son emplacement! Il est situé dans le centre de Nerja, toutes les commodités comme les bars à tapas, les restaurants et les magasins sont juste autour du coin. La populaire Torrecilla Playa est de l'autre côté de la rue! L'arrêt de bus de la ville est à 200 mètres.

L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres (pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes), 1 salle de bain, un salon confortable avec coin repas et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Les deux balcons ont vue sur la mer. Le plus grand balcon avec jardin est orienté plein sud.

C'est l'endroit parfait pour des vacances à la plage paresseuses!

Overall, very difficult to recommend this property

The property is well located close to the beach. The very small kitchen in sufficient but dated. The bathroom is in poor condition with the shower hose flowing into the bath. The old-style shower curtain and the walls that are badly in need of a coat of paint dates the room. There is no shower mat or hand rail in the bath/ shower so you need to be very careful when showering. The ceiling fans are totally inadequate for Spanish summers, there is No air conditioning. If the weather is extremely warm as it was, you may have to do as we did and move from the property to an air-conditioned accommodation,. Yes, an extra cost to you but a guaranteed nights sleep. The views are ok with the exception of the large communal bins that were the first thing you see and smell from the apartment, and the bins were collected every morning at 7am so no late morning sleeps, the bin collection with certainly wake you up.

Of course I expected this, after all you had announced it and moreover you wanted to post a review on all kinds of websites out of frustration. I would like to respond to your review because a number of passages are missing in your story. On arrival it turned out that you had not read the information of the apartment you had booked properly. After all, you asked about the air conditioning and the pool. Neither are present, nor is it mentioned anywhere on the site. Because of the big disappointment, your tone changed and your whatsapp messages became anything but friendly. You have reported a malfunction twice, which we have rectified immediately. If you had let us know you wanted a mat for the bath, we would have been happy to bring it to you. We have these in stock for our guests and it is no problem to hand them over. You have booked an apartment in the center of Nerja, we can do a lot for you, but unfortunately I cannot ask the municipality to move the containers. An apartment in the center means a little more noise. We have been renting out this apartment for 7 years and have had many satisfied guests who had no problem with the fans (the reviews can be read on various booking sites). Besides, there are also extra separate fans in the apartment. Moreover, when you checked out, it appears that you have broken one of the fans. It is a pity that you are trying to prove yourself right in this way. I would advise you to read all the information carefully in the future when you want to book an accommodation. After having visited this apartment you might want to know who would be behind Andaluz Apartments therefor allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Monique although most people call me: “Moos” or “Mona”. Since 1998 I have been working in tourism. Until the end of 2009 in the Netherlands as manager of an hotel belonging to a well-known group of hotels. Here I have learned the ins and outs of this trade and picked up the passion for this thing called hospitality. In 2010 I was offered a job in Spain. Running a business with 450 holiday villa’s spread over the Costa Brava with a young enthusiastic team. Having a great and very busy time my experience grew as did my enthusiasm for letting people enjoy themselves. Working in large companies as a manager unfortunately makes you spend too much time on the managing and way too little on the people part. Contacts with guests, making them feel at home away from home was my real “thing”. That is when the plan has risen to put my passion in my own small company where it is all about the guest.

In 2014 my dream became reality, the site came in the air, the apartments were ready and set to the highest standards. All this and the personal contact we have been having with our guests made quite a few of our guests already rebook for periods to come. Because we are living in Nerja ourselves guests can rely on our backup at all times whether it is about advice on things to see, places to visit or to help with translating for things big or small. Seeing a home going guest leaving their well-deserved vacation with a big smile on their faces longing to do the same thing again any time soon, for us is “the icing on the cake”. Mission accomplished!

Whether it is in winter, summer, spring or fall we are here to welcome you to help you enjoy Nerja and surroundings, giving you this unique Andaluz Apartments experience.

Nerja is a picturesque town east of Málaga. The car-free center, the white houses, the various beaches, the many restaurants and tapas bars and the perfect base to discover the area made us fall in love with this place. There are few high-rise buildings and it is lively in both summer and winter. Many winter visitors travel to Nerja from November to March to enjoy the wonderful temperature, the sun and the beaches.

Whether you like to laze around, walk, shop, enjoy sports or culture, there really is something to do for every guest in Nerja or the surrounding area. Many guests fall in love and return once they visit Nerja!
