Charmant, moderne, détaché, villa de 3 chambres avec sa propre piscine et une vue magique sur Kalkan, la mer et les montagnes du Taurus. Il est meublé et équipé à un niveau élevé, avec un sol en marbre et de la climatisation partout. Cette villa offre un environnement spacieux et moderne à la fois pour la vie extérieure et intérieure; le toit-terrasse, balcons et terrasse et la piscine vaste zone sont parfaits pour la détente privé. L'endroit est calme et pourtant à seulement 10 minutes de descente à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture de nombreux restaurants, magasins et lieux de Kalkan. Hébergement idéal de la famille et une base idéale pour explorer Kalkan et la région environnante. Il est un excellent manuel de villa qui a des détails au sujet de la région, y compris des suggestions pour des excursions et des restaurants recommandés.

Our best holiday at Villa Limon

Had the most wonderful time at Villa Limon, complete relaxation. The Villa had everything you needed home from home and shops close by. Perfectly positioned Villa for walking in to town. Lovely big outside space with Sun beds and pool. Plenty of umbrellas for shade.

Fantastic stay

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Limon, the villa is spotless and very comfortable. We especially loved the pool area, which was cleaned twice a day by the pool guy. Fantastic location, easy walk to the local supermarket and Tesero restaurant, which do the best pizzas in Kalkan! We also walked to the local market on Thursday, which took about 10 minutes from the villa and is definitely worth a visit. We are already looking to book Villa Limon next August, as we as a family loved staying there, highly recommend it.

Wonderful Villa and a fantastic holiday

Villa Limon is a wonderful property and exactly as described.The Villa was clean, tidy and welcoming and the outside area and pool are immaculately maintained - with someone from the wonderful team visiting twice a day! The view from the first and second floors are stunning and the house is very comfortable. There was a wonderful care package on arrival and communication with the hosts was superb! I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Kalkan - I have been many times and will definitely be doing so again. 10/10 for Villa Limon!

A Little Gem

I recently spent a lovely 10 days at the Lemon Tree with a friend. The villa itself is a lovely size with a very generous outside area including a very welcome private pool and wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. The location is perfect for walking into town and there is a little pizza/pasta place just down the road. All in all a little gem of a place that I would highly recommend.

Property exactly as stated - clean, comfortable and in an excellent position. Kalkan is beautiful and very pretty. We last came 9 years ago (same villa and I never usually go back so that says a lot!) and it’s still as pretty but a lot busier.

New to vrbo and turkey

Had a fabulous holiday in kalkan staying at Villa Limon Agiçi. It was exactly what I needed. Breakfast on the balcony, sat around the pool soaking up the sun during the day, walks into town in the evening. Villa is lovely and as described. Transfers and keys are made simple by the hosts. All in all we had a great time and are considering a return visit next year. Thank you from the Pinders.

Beautiful well equipped villa

The villa was all we hoped it would be, very clean and well equipped with an amazing terrace, pool and view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything required, there were comfortable sunbeds and enough parasols for all. The upkeep of the villa, including the pool and garden is really well maintained, we really couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast items and water left for us on arrival was brilliant as we arrived very late at night so it meant we had supplies for the morning. The location of the villa is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beautiful town of Kalkan, where we ate out every night, and made use of the very plentiful taxis to take us back up ! We would highly recommend this villa for a fantastic stay in Kalkan.

Lovely villa in beautiful Kalkan

Lovely villa great communication with the owners from the beginning. Villa is exceptionally clean and tidy the location is perfect close to the market and a 15 min downhill walk to town defo a taxi back. The best asset for us was the outdoor space, the pool was a delight so clean and refreshing on hot sunny days. There was plenty of space in the sun and umbrellas for shade. It was perfect we have had a fabulous holiday in beautiful Kalkan

Fab villa with everything we needed

Really great villa with fabulous outside space. Very clean and well maintained. Top bedroom is very small and the angle of the ceiling makes it difficult to get to the cupboards and wardrobe so my two children ended up sharing a room, which didn't both them at all. We went to Kalkan two years ago and were very surprised this time by how much the prices had gone up but even so Kalkan would be our return destination every time. Fabulous restaurants and you could eat in a different one for lunch and dinner every day and you still wouldn't duplicate. Lovely little bar around the corner from the villa which is really quiet and nice for a later afternoon drink before heading into Kalkan for the evening. Overall an excellent stay!!!

This is a beautiful home ! Beautiful location close to the center of Kalkan. The house is very nice and you have everything you need for . The air conditioner could have been a little bit more powerful. But the pool is amazing the view is breathtaking ! Loved every single day of our vacation.

Charming Villa Limon

We had a good stay at Villa Limon. It has Turkish villa charm combined with lemon and olive trees and a lovely fresh pool. The hosts were very gracious and did everything to make our stay comfortable (water and breakfast goodies were welcomed and appreciated). The man taking care of the property was rarely there which we didn’t mind at all. Overall a very pleasant stay in Kalkan.

Fantastic place and vacations!

The pictures of the house are absolutely accurate, house is lovely with great location. We were 6 (with2 small kids) and you have everything needed to feel comfortable and staff at the reception is absolutely lovely. Special kudos for the agency who is super responsive and tried to really help us. We had a small issue with our rented car and they really helped us a lot super quickly, without them this would have been completely differently. Regarding the house, it is really super clean. On top of the person responsible for the pool coming everyday, we appreciated that we had a cleaning team coming at the middle of the vacation (after 1 week) , it was even cleaner !!!!! Finally we also want to thank Peter and Caroline for their friendliness and responsiveness. Do not hesitate to rent with them, they are super responsive, kind and give personal and good advises. Kalkan was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed so much that we will come back for sure!!!!!

Kalkan Experience.

We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan, so lucky to have discovered such a charming and beautiful part of Turkey. Already planning our next visit. The villa was lovely, and very clean and well maintained. The walk into town is quite a way, but we used the local taxis both there and back. Less than £2 each way, so we used them every day and they arrived always within 5 minutes of our phone call. Wonderful boat trips both daytime and evening and great beach clubs, reached by a 5 minute ride on the free water taxi. So many restaurants to choose from and in such lovely locations. It is impossible to try them all in a week, but in every one we did visit the food and service was great. We met so many lovely locals, which made our holiday a very memorable one.

Fabulous accommodation in a perfect location

We have been visiting Turkey and Kalkan of the last 5 years. Our previous Villas have been much further up the hill into Akbel with beautiful views. We were worried about loosing the vies by staying nearer into town however we needn't have worried at all, we were delighted with this location of Limon Acacia only 10 minutes walk into town or the markets and we still retained the beautiful views over Kalkan bay. If we didn't walk into town then there was a small supermarket just 5 minutes away which had all the basics needed. The Villa itself is beautiful and filled with everything you could need for a family holiday. All very clean and very well maintained throughout. Omar came every day to set out the furniture and umbrellas every morning and then came to set all away at the end of the day. We didn't have any issues whilst we stayed at Limon Acacia, however we were always made to feel that nothing would be too much trouble and would have been seen to straight away. Communication from Peter & Caroline was excellent in the lead up to our stay which was reassuring. We will certainly recommend this Villa and will also be booking again! Sarah

Lovely villa and great location

Villa Lemon Tree was lovely Perfect for our family of 5 Pool was great and well maintained by Omar who came twice daily to check pool and was very friendly Great location just 15 minutes to walk into main town for great restaurants and 5 minutes to supermarket Hill was a bit steep going back to villa but we would get Taxi back every night after a fabulous meal as Taxi was only 15tl about 2 ponuds It was our first time to Kalkan and we are definitely coming back next year

Three Generation Family Holiday

Three generations of our Aussie family had a wonderful 2 week stay in Villa Limon Agaci - a well presented property with pool that met all our expectations. The owners were very responsive and went to great lengths to ensure that we had everything we needed including portable cots etc. They also organised transfers to/from airport and provided a very comprehensive manual both on the workings of the villa and on where to go and what to do! We love this part of Turkey and will certainly be recommending this villa to other Australians particularly those who have children in the UK. An easy comfortable Place to meet and have a family holiday.
