Equipé d'air conditionné chaud et froid pour une utilisation toute l'année. Salon spacieux et confortable / salle à manger avec télévision à écran LCD, un lecteur DVD et d'un modem Wi-Fi. Restez connecté avec un accès à Internet haut débit Wi-Fi dans l'appartement privé et communautaire Wi-Fi autour des piscines et les parties communes du complexe. Balcon exposé sud avec table et chaises pour manger dehors et transats pour se détendre. We had a wonderful stay in Geoff's property which is in a fantastic location. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. There are many thoughtful items for your use during your stay e.g. cool bag and shopping bags. A good range of equipment is available in the kitchen.We spent a lot of time chilling on the lovely balcony which overlooks the beautiful pool. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Geoff.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour passé à San Luis et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. L'appartement de Geoff est convivial, spacieux, bien situé et bien équipé; que du bonheur. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme. Avant notre arrivée, nous sommes restés en contact avec Geoff qui nous a fourni toutes les indications pour arriver à San Luis. Tranquilidad por todas partes

Apartamento cómodo, muy limpio y cuidado, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Toda la urbanización está muy bien mantenida, con una piscina que dispone de amplios horarios para su disfrute. El asesor local que se encargó de recibirnos y entregarnos las llaves estuvo en contacto conmigo vía whatsapp para estar esperando puntualmente delante de la puerta, lo que es de agradecer. Las fotos del anuncio reflejan la realidad de la propiedad. Aunque el apartamento está muy bien equipado, nosotros echamos en falta algunas cosas como una batidora, un exprimidor y una sartén; con estos elementos ya sería merecedor de la nota máxima.

Excelente apartamento, muito bem decorado e com todas as comodidades necessárias para umas férias em família. A localização é óptima, a poucos minutos a pé da praia, localizado numa urbanização bonita e tranquila. Os jardins envolventes assim como a piscina são também excelentes. Tudo correspondeu ao que tinha sido pubilicado e a interação com o anfitrião foi também excelente, sempre pronto a responder a todas as dúvidas. Summer holidays

Wonderful fully equipped apartment with a great salt communal swimming pool. 15 minutes walk (down) to the beach, you can walk on from there to La Duquesa port. Lots of bars and restaurants all along the seafront Spanish, international, chiringuitos (beach bars) live music, vibrant atmosphere but not horribly busy as in other coastal areas. Nice walks in both directions. 30 mins drive from marbella, sotogrande, estepona, san pedro. Great holiday!!

Mucho mejor de lo esperado

El alojamiento es de gran calidad. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. No es un estudio de vacaciones sino una estancia de calidad con todo tipo de accesorios en casa (plancha, secador, cafetera..) y para piscina( hinchables, tumbonas,..). Muy limpio y ordenado. Gran terraza con sombra todo el día por lo que es posible utilizarla para comer, cenar.. Las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas y ambiente tranquilo, muy familiar. Se puede bajar al pueblo andando sin problema, también a la playa, aunque la vuelta es cuesta arriba. Con aire acondicionado, fundamental porque hace mucho calor. Con algunos canales en castellano, lo suficiente para que los niños puedan ver algo. Tiene tb DVD. Volveremos seguro. La atención muy buena.

Toppenlägenhet

Vi hyrde lägenheten en vecka i augusti. Allt flöt på väldigt smidigt från bokningen till nyckelöverlämning och utcheckning. Lägenheten var en av de mest välstädade vi bott i! Till och med ute vid tvättmaskinen syntes inte ett dammkorn! Poolområdet var rent och det fanns ofta gott om plats att sola. Ett stort plus var att man fick bada på kvällstid. Från lägenheten tog det ca 10 minuter att gå ner till stranden. Där var det också alltid gott om plats. Vi behövde aldrig ligga och trängas med andra. Kvällstid gick vi ner till strandpromenaden där det fanns gott om trevliga restauranger att välja mellan. En liten längre promenad bort ligger Duquesa hamn med fler restauranger. Thank you Geoff! I’m sure we will be back!

Fabulous apartment, everything you need even down to beach towels. Immaculately clean, within 20 mins walk of some great restaurants and beach. Ideal for a family of four or two couples as there are two separate bathrooms. Would definitely book again. Mark & Sue Derby.

Fantastic apartment!!

We have just returned from a 10 day stay in this wonderful apartment.The beds with a memory mattress were the best we have ever slept in on holiday. (normally I cannot wait to get home to my own bed).Having beach towels there to use meant we only needed cabin bags which saved us time & money at check in.Paul & Linda who did transfers, & cleaned the apartment,were very helpful & friendly.Paul even gave us 2 x bottles of his water when we arrived at 11pm as we had no water or milk till the morning. Overall it was a lovely holiday with 5 min walk to shops with large supermarket & lots of other shops.Then another 5 min to beach with restaurants,The kids loved the wipeout course in the sea.Our balcony overlooked the pool which was cleaned every morning & never to crowded. I will recommend your apartment to family & friends. Thanks Geoff,our kids said it was their best holiday yet! I'm sure we will be back. The Hackett Family.

Perfect stay

We loved everything about our holiday in Sabinillas. The apartment, pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Geoff the owner gave us lots of helpful information/ directions prior to our holiday making it easy to find. Linda, the key holder welcomed us on our arrival and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. Sabinillas is a busy Spanish town with plenty of cafes, bars, shops and good beach front restaurants. You won't see any signs for all day English breakfast here. Only downside we have is that we didn't stay here long enough!!

As you found, the location between Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa means that it is an easy walk to either of them. Sabinillas with the more Spanish feel that you enjoyed, and Duquesa for the more family holiday orientated feel. The answer to your "downside" is to stay in the apartment again! A Wonderful Place to Stay

The apartment was as advertised: spacious, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, and within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants and the waterfront. Geoff is a conscientious and responsive owner. Correspondence, administration and check-in were a breeze. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We very much enjoyed our 11-day stay. We would not hesitate to return.

FANTÁSTICO, CÓMODO Y COMPLETO.

Hemos pasado una semana en familia en este fantástico apartamento. Está totalmente equipado, muy cómodo y funcional con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia perfecta, se encuentra en perfecto estado, limpio y muy cuidado. Está situado en una tranquila urbanización dotada de espléndidas zonas comunes, jardines y de una zona de piscina que ha hecho las delicias de nuestras pequeñas. Se trata de una zona residencial tranquila que asegura un buen descanso sin ruidos ni tráfico. La playa se encuentra a unos 10/15 minutos caminando, así como el paseo marítimo con numerosa oferta gastronómica y hostelera. Los supermercados están muy cerquita lo que resulta comodísimo y está rodeado de varios parques y zonas verdes perfectas para los niños. Sin duda recomendaríamos dicho apartamento a nuestros amigos y familiares. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Ha sido una semana estupenda. Gracias Geoff !

Wonderful home from home apartment in the sun!

We arrived at this wonderful apartment on a Friday afternoon and immediately felt comfortable. It really is homely and was exceptionally clean and tidy on our arrival. Everything has been thought of - the owners have put so much thought in to what is needed by their clients whilst on holiday. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit in the mornings and take in the views, and during the evenings as the sun sets. The pool is just below the balcony and a with the lift down from the apartment, is easy enough to access with the sunbeds also provided by the owners. There is always plenty of space for everyone around the pool. The main supermarket is a 10 minute walk down the road and the beach just a few steps further. Puerto de la Duquesa is also easy to walk to and is good exercise after delicious ice-cream on the way back! We will certainly be returning next year and looking forward to it already. It is somewhere to relax, unwind and enjoy the sunshine with both pool and beach close by. Thank you - we had a wonderful holiday.

Family holiday in Sabinillas

One of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in, spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Everything we needed was at hand and the sun beds and beach towels were a big plus. Booking process with Geoff was seamless and extremely efficient as were our dealings with Paul, the agent in Sabinillas. Overall a 4/5 holiday experience and I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone who may be considering a holiday in this area of the Costa del Sol.

Fantastic Apartment

Fantastic Apartment, very well equipped and very clean. Added bonus was the Wifi for the kids. Pictures don't do it justice. Owner is perfect to deal with and replied to everything I needed very quickly. Would highly recommend this apartment, walking distance to beach, bars and restaurant. Will definitely return here

great holiday in Sabinillas

My family and I arrived at the apartment on 13/08/2016. We were met at the apartment by Paul and his wife who let us in and showed us around. I can honestly say that this is the nicest apartment that we have stayed in on our travels. Everything was as described and more! It was absolutely spotless and had everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in this beautiful part of Spain. Nice touches like beach towels and your own sunbeds to bring down to the pool make life easier(no getting up at 6:00 to put towels on sunbeds) The area itself is still quite Spanish with plenty of tapas bars and on the beachfront there is loads of restaurants to choose from. It is a 10 minute walk to beach and about 15 minutes to the port of La Duquesa which has all the Irish bars,italians,Indians and a Chinese. There is a new indian restaurant just past the port called mini India which we enjoyed. The apartment is ideally situated as you can have the quieter Sabinillas or the livelier La Duquesa. We would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends and are considering having our holiday there next year. John.

John, Thank you for your review. Yet again it is great to hear that people enjoy the apartment for all the reasons we do - and more! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants was one of our requirements when we bought the apartment and it sounds as though the choice has increased over the summer. We will check them out in September when we go. Geoff

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment

Quiet gated complex with well maintained large pool and gardens. Easy walk to the beach, port, shops restaurants etc. The apartment is clean comfortable and well equipped. Close to the bus route from Malaga to La Linea (Gibraltar) 5-10 mins walk. No need for a car. We were met at the apartment and shown around. All basics food and drink were there on arrival. Transfers can be arranged. Had a very relaxing comfortable time here, would definitely recommend.
