We returned to Mary's beautiful flat in Estepona, and like the previous stay, everything was spotless and perfect: the communication, the booking, the check-in and checkout, the kind availability of Mary and Dawn.
The installations are superb, exactly as advertised.
The location is great for us, close to the beach (we walked), but in a residential area, so it's rather calm and soothing.
We had a fabulous week in this apartment. Centrally located, and very close to a lovely communal pool which we had to ourselves often! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Would thoroughly recommend, and will certainly be rebooking in the future. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.
The apartment was amazing everything you would need even down to a sewing kit,firstaid box variety of tv programs. Views of the sea,underground parking lift to apartment which was really good as I took my elderly mum. Good communication with owner , and the lady who showed us around the apartment, thank you
The apartment is bright and airy and very comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen including coffee machine. Itâs well located to explore Estapona on foot, being easy to walk to the Port and Old town. Itâs easy to get to and from the main road/motorway for exploring further a field. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Mary and Dawn are very easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend
This apartment has all you need for a holiday stay. I liked the fact that there were plenty of (non edible) provisions such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid, foil, coffee etc. very clean and it was great to have all the English channels including sky sports + golf channel. The area is safe, 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 mins walk to town. The marina had some great restaurants (recommend El Cazador) and also has a Sunday Market. Just 5 mins from the apartment there is a great Wednesday Market.

We loved everything in Maryâs apartment: the location, close to downtown, the paseo maritimo, and the port / marina, and also close to two supermarkets. The underground parking and the swimming pool are two big plusses. As for the flat itself, it is exactly as advertised: lovely residence in a quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, like at home. Mary and Dawn were available and responded promptly to our requests. We were very lucky to be able to rent the apartment.
We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath.
Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking.
Hemos estado alojados con nuestros 2 hijos pequeños y el apartamento nos ha parecido estupendo con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Piscina cerca del apartamento donde hemos disfrutado todos sobre todo a las mañanas con muy poca gente. Punto fuerte el garaje en el propio edificio con acceso desde el ascensor.

We have spent a very pleasant two months in Estepona. The apartment was very comfortable and in a very good position allowing us to walk to the harbour, beach and the Old Town.
Dawn was extremely helpful with everything and she was there if we needed.
Hemos estado muy cĂłmodos, el piso bien ubicado y muy bien equipado, con piscina, plaza de garaje, aire acondicionado, una pequeña terraza y muy buenas vistasâŠ. La propietaria Mary muy amable y atenta. RelaciĂłn calidad - precio fenomenal. Y la ciudad Estepona nos ha gustado mucho, preciosa con su callejuelas con flores y muy disfrutable. Unas vacaciones de 10!!
Very clean apartment, fully equiped, great sea view from ballcony, not too far to walk to beach or harbour, lots of great eating places..in Estepona and the pool had sea water which was great..enjoyed it..

Brian and I live in West Midlands, UK. Brian and I are retired now (formerly Driving Instructor and Operations Manager) We have 5 grandchildren - Ellie, Sam, Isabelle, Noah and Grace. We decided to buy a property in Estepona because of its wonderful location and scenery. We have fallen in love with this beautiful area. The location of the apartment is ideal to walk to the beach, the port, to the old town shops and much more. We get many compliments from guests. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is there for you and your family.
We are involved in the local Elim Pentecostal Church. We have been part of mission to Tanzania, East Africa on 6 occasions which we found rewarding and challenging. Mary enjoys looking after her allotment, Brian doesn't always enjoy what Mary has grown!
We purchased the property 'off plan' in 2009. It took a few years to get completion but now it has all been worth it. The area is a perfect location for either a total chill - just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, a stroll to the beach or the Port or looking round the Spanish Town and shops. We have added wi fi and full English TV. The apartment is well looked after, has excellent quality furniture and is popular with guests.
We enjoy the convenient location of the property. Ideal to pop down the road to buy fresh rolls for breakfast and get some fresh fruit. The property never seems to get hot and stuffy and is always welcoming when you return from a day on the beach or a day trip. There is also something good about the fragrance as you walk into the foyer and lift. It is cleaned regularly and the fragrance lingers. The apartment is secure and safe too with vision intercom system. The location is perfect - just a pleasant walk away from the Marina or the beach. Dawn looks after the property for us. It is kept immaculate and so very clean. We provide towels including beach towels. You are welcome to use our beach chairs. You now have the benefit of free wi fi and full sky tv. A totally dedicated car park space is a real advantage and makes our property very popular. The space is situate next to the lift (very convenient).
