Bienvenue dans notre maison située dans la communauté Pinewood Country Estates, nous sommes situés à Orlando, en Floride. Nous vous invitons à venir vous détendre dans notre piscine et spa entièrement chauffés et clos, nous avons également une salle de jeux entièrement fonctionnelle et très bien rénovée. La maison se compose de 4 grandes chambres et de 2 salles de bains entièrement équipées, toutes joliment décorées. Ce n'est pas une propriété dirigée par des entreprises, c'est notre maison, comme vous pouvez l'imaginer, nous prenons grand soin de notre maison et ne laissons rien au hasard, nous voulons que vous viviez une expérience relaxante et mémorable et que vous profitiez de tout ce que la Floride a à offrir. Nous sommes assez proches pour profiter de la magie qu'est Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World et toutes les autres attractions fantastiques mais assez loin pour que lorsque la fin de la journée arrive, vous pouvez rentrer chez vous et vous détendre dans la paix et la tranquillité de votre choix Accueil. Notre seul objectif est de vous aider à passer un séjour aussi fantastique, que vous ayez 5 ou 55 ans, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans votre maison, vous ne voudrez plus partir!

The house was perfect for our golf trip. Everything was as advertised. Great for 4 adults. The only downsides were that we didn't know that having the spa heated was an extra fee and we would have been happier to have access to network television so we could watch the superbowl and the olympics

Property was just what we wanted, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area outside needs a little work but doesnt take anything away from enjoying the pool! would stay again

The pool Deck did indeed need a little TLC, it’s now had a full strip down and repaint and the pool itself is about to be scheduled to have a full overhaul and reskim. The house was perfect for the family. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook all meals. Very clean as well. The kids loved the pool and game room. Host responses are immediate. I will definitely be back!!

Best part of our vacation!

After long days of parks and sightseeing, it was wonderful to go "home" to a lovely, clean, house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating allowing an extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay again. The only issue was that in order to have the pool/spa heated, it needed to be requested in advance which we were unaware of until the pool guy told us.

Great villa in a fantastic location

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa. The booking process was really easy and Lee was very helpful. The villa has everything you could want. The pool is brilliant and my little boy absolutely loved the games room. It’s in a great location, near to the Disney Parks. There is a Publix supermarket and Papa Johns pizza takeaway only a few miles away, with the shops and restaurants of Champions Gate only about 5 miles away. We are already thinking about returning next year!

Disney trip

We stayed at this property with friends to spend 2 days at the Disney parks. Would have been a 20min car ride but traffic 1 day made for a 45 min car ride to the parks. Only would suggest pressure washing pool area, fix up landscaping. Backyard was kind of an eye sore. Kids loved the heated pool as it was a chilly week. Overall was a great stay and good communication with owner.

We loved your place so much! The only thing I have negative to say is it is booked already when we want to come next year lol!! Very nice and clean, the wood floor was glistening! Great ambiance! Great games room! I love that you left towels for us for swimming, and in the bathroom it was fully stocked so I didn't have to do much laundry! Great stocked kitchen too! It was a very nice neighbourhood and easy access to get where we needed to go :) and the pool...oh my goodness, it was warm like a bath tub and very nice! highly recommend!!!

The upkeep of the pool was rather disappointing. It was dirty and not cleaned. Not sure if chemicals were added. We paired to heat it, but could not go in because the pool was dirty. The home itself was okay. Needed some updating.

Nice yet disappointing

It's an older property nice yet could use some work. Only one sink worked in the master bath. The faucets in the showers were old and sprayed windy. I paid for the pool to be heated, however it was still pretty cold so we never use it😒. I didn't realize the small tub wasn't a hot tub only a spa tub. There were only 3 wash clothes, so I had to buy bought some. The pots and pans were pretty worn and not enough to cook an entire meal at one time without having to wash. What's disappointing is when we travel to a property, we expect the home away from home experience. If the property manager is managing the property they should make the owner aware of things that should be updated when necessary.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate true honest reviews for people to see we may not always be perfect but we try real hard to deal with any highlighted issues or complaints to make it better for the next guest. We spoke to our property manager after your exit and the bathroom taps were highlighted on the pre stay inspection but they didn’t want to hold up your check in by having a contractor repairing the bathroom and making a mess on your arrival so they took the decision to make the mess and repair after your departure . There has been all brand new taps and shower heads fitted in both bathrooms . We only supply towels and pool towels, we don’t supply wash clothes as that’s a personal item for most people . The pool and spa is unfortunately just a pool and spa, we advertise as a home with large private pool and spa, we do this so there is no confusion on guests thinking it’s a hot tub. The pool was checked after your departure and it was sat at 86 which in our Opinion is a pretty good heat seen as it was so cold at that time, I’m sorry if you felt it wasn’t warm enough. Thankyou for your feedback on the kitchen, The kitchen has been restocked with new pots and pans unfortunately some people find it necessary to take some things home with them and we didn’t realise before your arrival so please accept my apologies We hope to welcome you back in the future but for now we hope you and your family are safe and well Regards Nicola & Lee Smith

Could have been better

I believe in being honest. The Villa its self was fantastic, and in a great location. A couple of things we had to endure whilst we where there. Upon arrival at the Villa, we was unable to enter the Villa for the first 40 min due to the code being changed, had to call UK to get correct code. The spar is not really usable due to the jets being broken and the water just being blown over the top of the pool. By the end of the first week we did not have any Wi fi for a couple of days and no cable Tv for the rest of our stay. This was reported to the Villa Management, but unfortunately not acted on as one would have expected. I`m not being picky or petty minded, just being Honest. Would i use this Villa again? Most definitely, as i said it is a Fantastic Villa in a Great location......the Bed in the Master Bedroom is AAWWSome.

Thank you for your review, we always appreciate true and honest reviews as we like people to see us as true and honest renters. After some investigations we found that a huge storm was to blame for the loss of cable and wifi, which has now been fully replaced and upgraded to 5G wifi and fully interactive cable service . The key box mishap was a honest mistake, the code was changed prior to your arrival as part of a security measure, which we do from time to time, all I can do is offer my apologies for the mixup in sending you the incorrect code, measures are now in place to prevent this from happening again. We have had a full pool and spa health check and all plumbing, pumps, filtration, jets have all been tested and given the all clear, everything is in full working order . Thank you for your positive and kind words and we hope to see you in the villa again soon

Corners Cut Everywhere, Avoid

I have never left anything but a 5 star review on VRBO, but this experience doesn't deserve it. First, the property manager and host are non responsive to anything. Upon arrival the Wifi didn't exist, we called the number on the account and were told that the wifi was changed, but we weren't updated. We walked outside to find the spa TOTALLY empty. We arrived late in the evening to find the house has ZERO soaps. We were left on a plate 2 dishwasher pods and one garbage bag. We couldn't even wash our hands or shower. There were some partial bottles of soap we found under the sink. The ironing board was badly damaged, completely unusable with giant burn holes. The coffee maker was stained/damaged and likely 30 years old. There were ZERO baking sheets for making breakfast. Everything would have been fine if the host fixed items. i promptly sent photos to the host who apologized and said they would get back to me right away with fixes and the missing items. Nothing, not a single word the rest of the stay. Nothing arrived, i figure they cut their losses. The phone number for the property manager went unanswered on 4 attempted calls. The house was clean, but i would urge everyone to avoid it, the host appears to be overseas and the house is BAREBONE, everywhere they could save a few bucks they did. We arrived and spent more than $60 on toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, laundry pods, garbage bags and more.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa. It is close enough to Disney to enjoy the magic and far enough away to be able to unwind and enjoy what Florida has to offer. The villa is well kept and exactly what we were looking forward. The owner was attentive and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

We are a Florida loving family from Berkshire England, we have owned this home since 2012. We have 3 daughters ageing 22, 18 and 7 years old. We enjoy having family holidays together and get the quality time that we need as a family. We are an everyday working family, who like to become big kids when we get time to relax. We enjoy taking the kids out for day whether it be to a theme park, cinema or just a long dog walk.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had visited Florida on a few occasions before hand and have loved every time that we have gone, we had enjoyed going to the theme parks as well as the relaxing days by they pool. We enjoyed it that much that we started looking for a property in the early months of 2012. We found this house on a visit to Florida and fell in love with it, it was like walking into our home back in the UK. The location of the property is close enough for all who visit to spend them long days in the Disney Magic / Florida attractions to just wanting to relax by the pool for the day and unwind. Since we having the property we have visited a couple of times to ensure that as we remember it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Whilst staying at the property you can be the big kid that you always want to be, from jumping into the pool or playing games in the games room. Whilst entertainment outside the villa keeps the big kid inside you even more enjoying the magic that Disney has around to the thrills of Rollercoaster in Harry Potter land at Universal.
Our property is within driving distance of all local amenities that you may require whilst you are on your holiday, from supermarkets to outlet villages.
