Villa moderne de luxe, spacieux salon ouvert sur deux niveaux, grande terrasse extérieure couverte, piscine à débordement. La villa est orientée plein sud et le salon et la cuisine ont des baies vitrées s'ouvrant sur la terrasse extérieure, parfait pour la vie intérieure / extérieure. La villa est climatisée dans toutes les pièces, accès wifi. 2 des chambres et deux salles de bains sont au rez-de-chaussée et deux autres chambres et salle de bains au premier étage avec accès à une terrasse donnant sur la Méditerranée.
La villa se situe dans une domaine privée à 800 m à pied de la plage de la Nartelle, la plus belle plage de Sainte Maxime. Pour animer vos soirées la plage propose nombreux restaurants et bars à ambience . Aussi activités nautiques...la location de scooters de mer, école de voile, cours de natation etc...

Perfect Vacation

We had a perfect vacation in Sian‘s house. Everything looks like on the pictures, so esp. amazing pool and view. Sian is a great host, there were even some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival.

Loved the villa

We had a great time. If you like walking, as we do, this is a great property. Lovely short walk to the beach and nice restaurants there. Shops and Saint Maxime centre are further away and Ubers not easy to arrange if you don't want to drive.

A Fabulous Week in August

A beautiful house in a great location! It was very well equipped, had large fridge/freezers etc. and met all our needs, so catering was easy. It was great having the pool near to the house so you could keep an eye on the children. Although there were so many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area, the house was also a lovely place just to be and to enjoy the wonderful view! Thank you to our hosts for a fabulous week.

5 Star Stay!

My family and I stayed in Sian & Thierry’s lovely villa for 2 weeks at the end of June. The villa is wonderful – well furnished and well equipped and with a stunning sea view both from the pool, terrace and lounge and also from the upstairs terrace, which is perfect for a peaceful glass of wine. There is a gas barbecue and good-sized dining table on the covered terrace. The swimming pool is excellent – it’s a good size and very well heated and there is plenty of seating. The villa is genuinely a 10 minute walk to the beach. The restaurants at La Nartelle are good, although with typical Cote d’Azur prices (i.e. expensive!). Our personal favourite for dinner was La Reine Jeanne (recommended by Sian) – family run, very friendly and with great food. For a drink, we really enjoyed Le Petit WYC. Very chilled, very friendly and with great cocktails. We also hired out Thierry’s boat for a day, which was a lot of fun! Overall, a fabulous holiday and Sian and Thierry are perfect hosts. Very highly recommended!

Auch wir sind sehr begeistert von dem Haus! Als Familie hatten wir einen wundevollen Urlaub. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wir waren oft baden. Zum Strand mit seinen Restaurants ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch. Vielen lieben Dank an Sian.

Stunning Villa

Sainte Maxime This was a perfect location to spend a holiday in the South of France. The villa is stunning: it has the most amazing sea and mountain views. It is beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms, super comfortable beds and a large comfy sofa. The villa is extremely well equipped. It was immaculately clean with a lovely warm pool and a well positioned outdoor eating area. We witnessed amazing sunrises and sunsets. The location is just perfect. The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Sainte Maxime, but just a 5 minute drive or 3 mile walk to the centre of Sainte Maxime. The beach is just 800 metres from the villa with a bar/restaurant on the beach. Sian is the perfect host: she is welcoming and very quick to respond to my questions regarding the booking. Sian was at the Villa to greet us on our arrival and gave us lots of ideas for good restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much Sian and Thierry. We absolutely loved our week’s holiday in your beautiful villa. We hope to return soon. ♥️🇫🇷

L'accueil était parfait ,les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et ils répondent toujours rapidement aux SMS. La maison est très propre ,très confortable et la déco sobre et soignée . La vue est magnifique ;et la piscine à débordement sans vis a vis est très agréable ; il y avait même des petites attentions à notre arrivée; Merci aux propriétaires pour cette semaine

Wundervolle Villa, traumhafter Ausblick und rund um perfekte Gastgeber

Wundervoll.alles hat gepasst, alles war stimmig, super bemühte freundliche Gastgeberin bereits in der Kommunikation vorab!! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, Sauberkeit und Service einfach 5/5 Sternen! Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Wir sind so nett empfangen worden, es wurde uns sogar etwas zur Verpflegung für den nächsten Tag in den Kühlschrank gestellt! Einfach nur herzlich und authentisch! Die Villa ist so wie abgebildet einfach ein Traum!! Optisch 5/5, liebevoll ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, alles passt einfach zusammen! Internet und Klimatisierung wie beschrieben, ausreichend Handtücher und Haken ;) poolservice! Sogar eine Eismaschine! Was will man mehr? Ich würde diese Villa in der Lage, mit diesen Extrass jederzeit wieder buchen ! Saint Maxime ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort, toller strandabschnitt, tolle gruene umgebung, viele nette kleine Restaurants in der hübschen Altstadt. Ein Katzensprung nach st. Tropez, welches deutlich teurer ist von den Unterhaltungskosten! Vielen Dank an Sian!

Wir wurden herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen, die Eigentümer (Sian und Ehemann) waren ausgesprochen symphatisch. Das Haus ist modern und mit Charme eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. In der Nacht ist es ruhig, so dass man wunderbar schlafen kann. Wir haben den schönen und grossen Pool von morgens bis abends genossen. Es war einfach super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

The perfect house for a great family holiday

We had the best holiday in Sian's beautiful house. It's like staying at the nicest hotel - only completely private and with all the facilities that make the holiday relaxing. For example, we really enjoyed the fact that the kitchen is super new and inviting, so you want to cook yourself and enjoy meals on the house's fantastic terrace. The pool, the view, the rooms and the whole standard make it a house we would love to come back to. In addition, Sian is a very welcoming, helpful and informative host.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir sind total begeistert von Sian’s Haus. Sie hat ein Auge für‘s Detail, ist sehr professionell und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Strand nur 15 Min zu Fuss erreichbar! Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Das schönste Ferienhaus aller Zeiten

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen: das Haus ist das schönste Ferienhaus in dem wir je gewesen sind. Perfekte Lage, sehr (!) sauber, sehr gepflegt, absolut hochwertig ausgestattet und wirklich alles da, was man braucht - Strandtücher, ein ganz toller Grill, eine wunderschöne Terrasse, begehbare Kleiderschränke, ein großer geheizter Pool (mit wunderschöner Beleuchtung abends) und noch viel mehr. Bei uns blieben keine Wünsche offen - außer der, am besten nie wieder abzureisen ;-) Wir haben Sian als außergewöhnlich sympathische und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin erlebt, die mit tollem Geschmack und viel Stil in ihr Ferienhaus investiert hat. Auch ihre vielen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. haben es uns möglich gemacht, vom ersten Tag an einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu genießen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür - wir kommen gerne so schnell wie möglich wieder!

Qui vous reçoit ?

Vous êtes reçu par Sian & Thierry Matencio (ex Little )

I am no newcomer to the rental business and have been working in the holiday rental market in the Saint Tropez area for the last 35 years. Whilst I respect my client's privacy during their stay, I can reassure them that I am only 10 minutes away and will be around to greet them, offer advice and help where required. I have used VRBO for a few years and have been delighted with the response and have met some lovely people.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property was in desperate need of some TLC when I first saw it. I was looking for a light, spacious home close to the beach for myself and two teenage daughters. I wasn't afraid of work, it just had to have the wow factor. The moment I walked into the living room and saw the view it was 'sold'. A lot of paint a new kitchen and bathrooms and it has been transformed. It's a wonderful home for entertaining, my friends all love the shaded terrace, large enough to seat everyone for long lazy lunches and siestas....having lived in France so long we have picked up some of their habits . Our previous home was also in Sainte Maxime, I could never imagine living anywhere else but now we have moved to the La Nartelle area, this is definitely the best place to be.

If I had to say why I love this house it has to be the joy of drinking my morning coffee at 7 am looking out at an incredible red sky as the sun rises over the sea……and I think how lucky I am !
