Beautiful property overlooking a slice of paradise. The pool was large and the property had tons of space for guests to enjoy moments together or alone.

Excellent experience!

The property is amazing, very well located, about 20 minutes from Ibiza Downtown. Very convenient for a group of friends stay. It was the perfect location and site for celebrating my 45 birthday with friends from all over the world!

Our stay was great. You are in a remote location, so we highly recommend you rent a car. The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably, and each room has its bathroom. You will get your exercise in, because the house sits on a hill, so there are a lot of steps. We hired a personal chef for some days, so the kitchen was fully equipped. The maintenance guy was very responsive if we had any issues or questions. You will need to bring your pool towels. And the room under the pool is fabulous, but you won’t have wifi down there. Great pool and beautiful view…it’s about 3-6 ft.

Incredible place, incredible views.

We decided the villa probably had the best view in Ibiza. The sunset was absolutely beautiful every night. Communication with the owner and property manager was fantastic. Extremely comfortable and luxurious. We will definitely be back!

A perfect place for holidays

These villa is really a perfect House to enjoy the holidays , if you want yo be with your family snd for your Pen, we loved so much our holidays. The staff is really a great host traying to make the stat perfect and feel you confortable . The House is full renovated and perfect , stay in casa del mar was a dream. A magical house not to forget

We just left these magical villa. We moved out stay. The staff was very supported, the decoration amazing , all was very clean and the best pool with best views we had. We felt like better than in a 5 start hotel! Been in a Clift surround a pine forest is unique. Quite, best service and suport and all villa perfect with all details, we did not wanted to go party much :-)

We loved our stay in these villa. Unforgettable

The whole family fell in love with this house, has an energy and views impossible to improve. We really enjoyed the stay this week although it was not summer the weather was incredible in autumn. We have loved it. My children bathed in the sea and the island was very pretty. We loved it! We will return without a doubt, we will not be able to forget this holiday or this house that has made us enjoy some unique moments.

Perfect place

We loved the welcome to the villa with the amaixing sunset in the pool ! amazing, what a wonderful house, 10 out of 10, we have enjoyed the best holidays in Ibiza. we usually come every year and this is the best of the villas we have found. what we loved the most was the wonderful pool that joined the sea and the sunset, the house was spotless, clean and full of details and luxury, we were very comfortable, and we loved it, the rooms were very spacious, and we felt very comfortable. Antonio took great care of us, and was very attentive to everything we needed. We walked down to the beach of El Alcantilado and we loved it. the tranquility and beauty of the views will make us always remember these magical days, the house does not lack any detail

pantry items - there are none was no hot water for 2 days, nor covers on the seats, was a bit strange. sofa is stained. had a nice time none the less, but its expensive, and would have expected a little more for the $$

Before you where arriving to ibiza, you where askign us to priovide salt, pepper, oil, soap and many other amenities that we never offer in the house. If you need we make the shoping for you we can offer the service if you tell us in advanced as i told you by whats app. As well you where complainig of the price asking you paid, op high session, 5 bedroom top villa for the week 7.000 euros, We belive it is a very good price for these house. You ask us to give you extra items like beach towers or other that we never offer or list in our listing. We are sorry that price and not offering extra amenities made you to create these review . but we respect. Apologizes for not having the hot waterfor one morning in one of the batrooms, becose the electricity when off, Just after you mention us we solved these situation swiching up the plug. Spectacular ocean view sanctuary

Large house that is surrounded by beautiful nature and is very peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to one of the most private breath taking hikes and snorkeling on the island. As well as many other hiking trails and swimming spots just outside. Also close to organic super markets and restaurants. The largest room downstairs AC was not working properly during our stay and several other rooms smelled like mold when it was running. Owner sent cleaners two hours prior to our agreed check out time. Better communication around check out would have been appreciated. Over all a wonderful experience.

Good location and beautiful view but the house is in need of renovation

The house is very large, has a good location and the view of the sea is really beautiful. The description here on the website was correct. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were helped quickly and efficiently with problems (power outage and leaking water pipe in the kitchen). However, it must unfortunately be mentioned that the house is in need of renovation: the mirrors and fixtures in the bathrooms are outdated and partially broken. The house needs a new coat of paint and the terrace and pool need a basic cleaning. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell from the drains. This smell has unfortunately accompanied us throughout the vacation sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker. The cell phone service is not good and the Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms.

Amazing villa, stunning views, but it needs some love

I think we were the first people to rent the place after the winter because it smelled really damp when we arrived, this got better over the week as we aired it out. We rented it for work with colleagues so internet was important, it was stable at best and none of our phones had connection at the location so we needed every bit of WiFi that we could use. There was no WiFi anywhere outside of the main living room, in the garden, in the bedrooms or around the pool you are completely without internet. Lot of small things were broken or a bit dirty, toilet seats, showers that maintained hot water for only a few minutes, a bedroom that we didn't use because of a bad smell. Most things could be solved in a day of maintenance work and you'd have an amazing villa with even better views over the Mediterranean with beautiful sunsets every night.

Incredible the beauty of this Villa. Best Summer !

Enjoy !!! It was perfectly clean, with wiffi and incredible pool with the best view. The photos on the website are lovely, but honestly, they don't even come close to capturing the beauty of this Villa. Only 15 minutes form the clubs and beach ! The buttler for the property was incredibly helpful before our visit helping pre-stock the house with all the food and drinks we needed for our stay, we had massage and private yoga classes at the villa. The villa is The layout was ideal for our group of fun Irish ladies; for the ones who wanted to be close to all the fun, there were rooms right off the main living areas, and for those who wanted peace and quiet, there were one rooms in the lower floor (but still with their own terraces and views) that were lovely. Once there, Carlos, the manager was wonderful and great help to all our questions and needs. I would recommend this property to anyone (because it's amazing!). We had a wonderful dinner at magic restaurant La Luna en el Orto restaurant one night just 5 minutes form the villa, but our favorite night by far was the one we had catered at the villa. The sunset from the terrace is breathtaking the best of ibiza.

Beautiful view but not luxury

The view from the property is absolutely stunning and it is in a quiet area. The pool was lovely but the house itself was disappointing. The furniture and fittings were tired and whilst the kitchen was new I do not consider Ikea luxurious. Furthermore there was a smell in the bedrooms and bathrooms that was not pleasant. The electricity and wi-fi failed one day but to be fair a workman arrived quickly to repair it and showed us what to do when it happened again. Arrival was easy but the person who let us into the property did not speak english and unfortunately we do not speak Spanish which was not ideal. There was no information at the property apart from appliance manuals. A guestbook with local points of interest would have been a nice touch and just a few essentials eg bin bags, dishcloth. We have been staying in holiday villas around the world for fifteen years and this was definitely not luxurious. There are steps up to the property that elderly people may struggle with. A car is advisable but the local area lovely.

Dear Susan, I am sorry to hear these coment as we never hear form you any need of anyting during your stay. My staff is 24 hours next to the house to help with anything, i am happy you recived the suport form them, but we never hear anything about the smell form anyone or form you during the stay. I would love to hear form you as i am all time availabel , i do speak english and i respond inmediatly and you got my pone and whats App. I like the idea about the hadbook, and i will preapre for next year! The kitchen is new, it cost 14.000 euros to renew these year, and i feel sorry you do not belive is aceptable. All best Carlos

The house is amazing. Very spacious and comfortable, the view is incredible, and the pool is fantastic. The only negative point is that there are the bare minimum in terms of essentials: one towel per person and no pool or beach towels. There were no staples of any kind in the kitchen, even though the house is only rented out. We had to buy everything from salt and pepper, condiments, to extra toilet paper and paper towels. Every other house I have rented has supplies left from previous guests, and given the isolated nature of the house the owners should leave all these things. We left laundry detergent, oil and vinegar, etc…. And it is sad to think that whoever comes in after us has to go to the hassle and expense of restocking. I must say that when I asked Antonio for pool towels he dropped some off but there should be plenty in a house that size (and cost). Luckily I had read some previous reviews so I know what to expect but it is still a negative mark. Also, the wifi only works inside the house, so anyone wanting wifi at the pool or the downstairs bedroom has to go upstairs. As we were relying on WhatsApp to make and receive calls this was inconvenient, there is no cell service either. All in all I would definitely recommend the house, just be aware of the limitations and plan accordingly.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Upon arrival at 6 p.m., my friends and I found the house in horrific condition— a bug infestation, blood stains on the couch, debris in the yard, no linens on the beds, dirty dishes, and a filthy floor. We documented these problems and have footage of both the maintenance worker and cleaners confirming that these issues were not new.  Also begging us not to document the problems in fear of getting in trouble by "the boss”. Antonio's response to our request for a one-night refund and proper cleaning was dismissive. After 14 hours of travel, we were forced to leave and the house was not properly prepared until 9 p.m. The bug infestation persisted no matter how many times we cleaned, we also had no water on in the house to wash or bathe until 10 a.m. the next day and such severe electrical issues that we could not use any of the appliances in the kitchen to prepare food. Moreover, the infinity pool was in a poor state, lacking sufficient water and with broken tiles.  Eventually we were forced to find a new home to stay and had to front the costs in the hopes of a full refund from Vrbo. I am concerned about how this property was approved on the VRBO platform. We are still waiting for refund and compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. Antonio was completely dishonest, extremely condescending, manipulative, evasive and unwilling to help the situation.Make sure to read all past reviews. You will see these are not new complaints..

Serena , I am very sorry to see these falses report. We treat to give you all our support from the first second but your only intention from the beginning was to cancel asking last Second with full Refound for the rental of the house becouse you ad an accident and broke your leg. As you know cancellation was not refundable but in any case graying to help you we did Refound you almost 70% of the stay traying to help you find another villa with not stairs and closer to ibiza . We wanted the best for you and we did support you from the first second but Lying and saying things that are not true does not give you the right to discredit a house that has nothing to do with what you say and where so many families have enjoyed magical and wonderful stays. With all respect doing false reviews and treating the people the way you do is not correct , treats like you did and act like you did is not honest , but belive is your way . send you all best for future stays

Beware: house in bad shape, not as high end as advertised - but with a view

Unfortunately the house and accommodations were not at all to the standards of paying a house for this cost. 1. Communications with Carlos or Antonio were very slow 2. It took 45 minutes to get into the house - Antonio not answering, we did not have the phone number of Teresa and or no indication of what to do upon arrival 3. Be ready when you get in, there is nothing. No salt, pepper, olive oil or coffee. A bare minimum of toilet paper and a very small shower gel per bathroom 4. There are no pool or beach towels. Luckily enough, after asking, they were able to provide us with a few pool towels for the group 5. The water of the pool is not in great shape, they had to come a few times to clean and put in some chlorine 6. You can clearly see that the house is not being taken care of. Mold on the floor outside, mold inside the house, the walls are not clean, there is dirt and even dry blood. There are wholes in the wall. Spot lights on the ceiling are pretty much holes 7. There is no sound system 8. There is no outside BBQ. Understanding that apparently we can not use BBQ outside in case of fires. But what about an electric or propane BBQ? 9. The kitchen, is quite small but functional. However, missing some serving platers. 10. They could also install a potable water fountain instead of having to purchaser water 11. You have to park your car outside, because their gate is broken. No issues in parking a car outside but it simply shows the lack of care they put into the house. 12. Decoration: the bare minimum *Positive: 1. Beautiful and breath taking view 2. Access (walking of course) - to isolated beach creaks 3. Teresa, the house keeper, is very nice and does her best to accommodate us with the limited supplies she has. Overall, we would not recommend this place at the price that it is listed.

The comunication with you was inmediate, we respond just 5 maximum minutes after geting your whats apps, only one day it took me 2 hours to came back to you becouse i was flying. As the listing and house descriptions, salt, oil, peper, wine or any other food, cleaning materials or beach towers where not provided in the villa, you have to buy as all people renting the villa. We are happy to take in conisderation to offer amenities for next year but when you book it was not offered. We explane it before you arrive about it. In any case we complementary give you some of our own towers as you know to make you the best stay. We are not an hotel, we are a rental villa for holidays. We did offer and give you tthe 1st 2 sets of toiler payper as well. Mineral water is not provided as well, all clients has to buy for their private use. We are sorry, we do nto have any fountain to drink the water, We apologizes, but we rent our villa as we offer online, none of your complianes where listed in our villa. We are sorry you penalize us in the review for not giving you all extra services we do not offer and you wanted to have it for free. I am really sorry! but we will take it in consideration to offer with an extra fee for people who request. By other hand we are happy to hear you enjoy the stay besides all these coments. Good News and Bad News

Let's start with the bad news: -I texted Carlos well in advance to let him know our arrival. When we got there, the place was locked and no one was around. Internet is also non-existent, so we had to drive to where we could connect and text him. He responded 2 hours later. -When we got there, the pool was so murky, we couldn't see the bottom. When I mentioned it, I was told the pool person would be there the next day. They didn't show up until I texted Carlos and the pool didn't clear up until 2 days later. -Attention to details is lacking: there are weeds and trash in the planters, a dead tree in the front, and the many palm trees need trimming. -The kitchen is serviceable, but the fridge has no ice, no ice maker and not even ice trays to make your own ice. -An amenity listed included blow dryers, there are none. When I texted Carlos about them, he didn't reply about them. We ended up buying our own. -We rented the property for 6 nights and were each given one clean bath towel and one clean hand towel. Some luxury. Also, the only paper product in the house was toilet paper. No paper towels and no napkins. Again, when I texted Carlos about this, it was ignored. -The sofa in the living was once white but is now gray with dirt and the ceiling fan is not only inoperable but the finish is flaking off of it. -Note that our family's consensus score was 3 stars, but the ones in our group who have used siimilar rentals the most gave this one 2 stars. -The sad thing is that this could easily be a 5 star property if someone paid more attention to it and gave it a freshening up with a little more elbow grease and not a lot of money. Now, the good news: -The location is stunningly, jaw-dropping, beautiful. A short walk takes you to a wonderful beach or to a rocky cove. -The rooms are mostly good sized and although the bathrooms are a bit dated, they are clean and function well (although note that one of the 5 bedrooms is really small and just faces an interior wall). -Maria Teresa, the person to call when we needed something, was wonderful. I have no doubt that if she had the proper resources from the owner, this property could be truly awesome.

Dear Brian , Sorry for late respond but we where very bussy these weeks and could not find to respond you properly . I am so sorry you write these review after getting so much suport to you. Before you came to ibiza you where asking us to arrange the dinner and shopping for your group , I am sorry we could not arrange becouse I told you in advance we need minimum 2 weeks to book these service . Creating complains about the house after letting you came to the villa with complementary arrival and supporting all your request is not correct but I respect . Arrival time is after 18.00 hours , you came before that time and my staff was in the villa next to yours waiting for your arrival at 18.00 hours . Anyway we where happy to let you came to the villa before the time to make you best stay. The pool was a bit cloudy on your arrival becouse the clients left same morning but in lees that a day was perfect clean . Sorry about these !! You mention we did not offer shampoo , napkins , cooking pauper towers . We do not offer food or cleaning materials for the house and we do not offer anywhere. Maybe you got in another houses but we do not offer sorry !! I never ignore it! I send my staff after getting your news to give you complementary pauper and other staff that should be buy from you . Anyway I take positive these content and we will integrate for next session as complementary staff to make great stay . I am so happy you enjoyed the stay and your group loved the days in the house . I agree with you ! These villa is magic and very spetial with the best sunset and view of the island .
