Wonderful location

We had a great time at the villa. The location is set in the hills of catalkoy with lovely views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. We would highly recommend saying at the villa as a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Lovely villa in great location

We had a lovely holiday in the Azure villa. The high up location gave a lovely breeze on hot days and the view was gorgeous.

A very beautifully kept property, lovely building lots of seating areas. Pool is amazing, big and luxurious. Car rental Def required, this was sorted out by the host s manager sally. Very straightforward, got delivered to the door. can walk to Eminem restaurant in 15 mins, otherwise need a car. best beach alagadi 2. free parking and can rent umbrella s i believe. dea so so warm in august like s hot tub. Overall a very clean and organised property. lots of light in the house. Felt like home. Would definitely book again and i never say this. Highly recommend.

FABULOUS

A great villa very well kept and equipped with everything one needs. Stayed for 1 month with family and this is something we do each year. Lovely pool and seating areas fab view of both sea and mountains. Resturants and supermarkets are a few minutes drive away.

Villa is excellent, cant be faulted really, very clean and comfortable. Pool is excellent well maintained, cleaned and serviced twice a week early in the morning.Villa is very well looked after by Sally the property manager who is always on hand to offer help and advice. A hire car is essential for this villa as it is up on a hill side and walking up in the heat of summer is not really an option especially if your elderly. Arriving after dark and finding your way up to the villa in your hire car is lets say a bit of a challenge. I would advise people who know they are going to arrive after dark to use a taxi service from the airport to the villa and have the hire car delivered to you the following morning.Lastly the villa does have a children's fun fare in the field front of it. It closes fairly early around 10 pm most nights and is not generally noisy, but on Saturday nights it can be a bit annoying.All in all though we had a great time at the villa Azure and would return again.

We have just returned from our 7th visit to Northern Cyprus and our 1st stay at Villa Azure, WOW what an amazing villa. The views are outstanding! We had the most incredible stay in what can only be described as a “home from home”. The villa was immaculate and had absolutely everything you can think of and much more.. already looking at booking again for next year. Sally who manages the villa on behalf of Sue and Geoff is simply fabulous, wonderfully full of knowledge and so cheery and helpful, even arranging our transfers and car hire ⭐️! Sue was fantastic throughout the booking process. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your villa.. look forward to many stays on the future.

We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at Villa Azure and can honestly say it was everything we hoped for—and more. From the moment we arrived, we could feel that this place had been created with care and love. Susan and Geoff have truly thought of everything to make it the perfect home-away-from-home.The villa itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so well-equipped—we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Whether it was cooking meals in the kitchen, enjoying coffee in the peaceful morning sun, or lounging by the pool in the afternoon, everything we needed was right there at our fingertips.Every detail has been considered to make family life easy and relaxing—plenty of space, comfy beds, thoughtful touches throughout, and areas for both fun and quiet moments. The outdoor areas were a real highlight for us, offering plenty for us to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the sun set on the roof area. A special thank you to our lovely host Sally, who was absolutely fabulous—friendly, responsive, and always just a message away if we needed anything. It really made such a difference knowing she was there to help, even though everything ran so smoothly we barely needed to ask.Villa Azure is the kind of place you immediately feel at home in, and one you’ll want to return to again and again.

Fantastic Holiday from start to finish

We have hired properties in N Cyprus before, but this time the experience was above and beyond the rest. From the first correspondence with Susan everything worked seamlessly without any issues and Sally took care of the practical things while we were there with on time transfers too and from the villa and car hire as well The villa is immaculate with a great layout that was important for us. The pool is fantastic and a great size and situated nicely on the villa grounds. You will need a car but its only a short hop to local restaurants and supermarkets. There is a small amusement park for younger kids just down the road, we used it a lot as it was a perfect (and inexpensive) activity to do when out of the hot midday sunshine. I cannot recommend this villa enough, it was perfect and together with the excellent correspondence I had with Susan/Sally contributed to a fabulous time in lovely N Cyprus.

A great week away at the start of the season...

The villa is great and has everything that you need. Situated in a quiet location between the mountains and the sea. Close enough to shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you don't have to drive for miles. It was really clean and there was a very welcome welcome pack in the fridge. Even though we were the first family in this year it was all working and well equipped. The pool is ideal as is the rest of the outdoor area. The bedrooms are light and airy and have plenty of room and storage. We didn't use the kitchen much as it is so cheap to eat out and the local restaurants are really good. When we did use the kitchen there was more than enough in there for our needs. The roof terrace is a must at the end of the day for a G & T or a glass of wine to watch the sun set. With the mountains to the left and the sea to the right it is a great location. Overall a really nice week away. Great villa in a great location.

beautiful villa

Villa Azure is in a lovely peaceful position. The views are stunning from all angles, the sea to the front of the villa and beautiful mountains behind. Waking up in the morning with the view across to the sea is a real treat. Breakfast on the lower terrace each morning with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice is a wonderful way to start the day. The pergola on a hot afternoon is a delight because it catches the breeze and on a warm mediteranean evening with the pretty turkish lantern lit it is a lovely way to finish the day. We had a truly wonderful holiday and did not want for a thing in the house. Very well equipped with everything you might need. The pool was very much used and appreciated.....a good depth for diving in to cool off. Sally was very helpful with any queries we had. What more to say apart from a fab place to relax and escape the rest of the world. June/July 2014

Home from home with sunshine and great views

I would suggest you consider this a home from home,this villa has all you could possibly need and is equipped far beyond that of a normal holiday villa,if you like to cook you will not find your self wanting for anything and every pot pan and utensil are like new,there a lots of different dishes etc for serving the food and even fly nets for when you are eating alfresco and eating alfresco is a must, you sit at the front of the villa with uninterrupted views to the sea and if you can take your eye away from this just turn 180 degrees for stunning views of the mountains,this is just one of the reasons that I have already booked to go back again next year. Susan and Geoff the owners were very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Sally the manager at the villa really goes the extra mile to make sure your stay goes without a hitch,Sally also arranged our transfers and car hire at reasonable rates with the car waiting for us at the villa on arrival The villas mobile wifi and mobile phone will save you a fortune on roaming charges To say more about the villa would be just to repeat all the good things that have been said before so let me just say this is a very comfortable very clean and well maintained villa and that you can believe all the previous good comments.

The perfect villa

We absolutely loved this villa. It is in the perfect location. Bright and sunny with amazing views of mountains and the sea especially from the roof terrace. I loved sitting there early in the morning and just taking in the surroundings in the quiet of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook should you want to and a short drive away are two very well stocked supermarkets. I actually enjoyed cooking with the view down towards Kyrenia through the kitchen window. There are plenty of good restaurants though close by that we also enjoyed. The breeze coming through the patio doors was lovely and the pool looked so inviting but although the weather was perfect for sitting outside the pool water was too cold to swim in but I can't wait to return in the future to enjoy it. There are several sitting areas to enjoy around the villa, I loved the pergola area for relaxing but my favorite is the bbq area with lovely views down to the sea and a lovely space to sit even if not doing a bbq. The ensuite bedroom had lovely views and the bed very comfortable. Sally, a lovely lady who is the villa manager popped in to introduce herself and to see if we needed anything. In the fields down below the villa is a small young children's playground which is a wonderful asset for those with little ones. We didn't hear any noise coming from it even when operating. I thoroughly recommend this villa and thank Susan and Geoff for letting us stay in their lovely home.

4th time at this villa and it never disappoints

First let me admit that this a copy and paste from my previous stay at the villa but as the villa has been kept to the same high standard it seemed the right thing to do,each year something new is added to make your stay even better and this years adition of unlimited broadband @50mbps is faster than the 36 I get at home with sky fibre, So if you like to watch BBC news whilst getting ready for the evening meal or the children playing their favourite online game, Apple TV etc this is more than fast enough. And with the mobile WiFi you can even stay connected even at the beach I would suggest you consider this a home from home,this villa has all you could possibly need and is equipped far beyond that of a normal holiday villa,if you like to cook you will not find your self wanting for anything and every pot pan and utensil are like new,there a lots of different dishes etc for serving the food and even fly nets for when you are eating alfresco and eating alfresco is a must, you sit at the front of the villa with uninterrupted views to the sea and if you can take your eye away from this just turn 180 degrees for stunning views of the mountains,this is just one of the reasons that I have already booked to go back again next year and 2020 Susan and Geoff the owners were very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Sally the manager at the villa really goes the extra mile to make sure your stay goes without a hitch,Sally also arranged our transfers and car hire at reasonable rates with the car waiting for us at the villa on arrival The villas mobile wifi and mobile phone will save you a fortune on roaming charges To say more about the villa would be just to repeat all the good things that have been said before so let me just say this is a very comfortable very clean and well maintained villa and that you can believe all the previous good comments. 18 out 18 five star reviews can't be wrong

Gorgeous villa with stunning views

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to a well lit eternal area, easy access and a much appreciated welcome pack. The next day we realised what a lovely, comfortable and well appointed villa it was. The taxi pick up and our hire car were organised efficiently by the redoubtable Sally. Everything you will read about her in the reviews is spot on. She arrived next day and sorted out a couple of queries we had and was always available after that if we needed her. The outside of Azure is the star with the superb views and many comfortable sitting areas . We loved the roof terrace for sundowners with stunning view of the mountains and sea. You do need a car as there are no shops and only one restaurant within walking distance. For those of us in our mid 70's who do not like driving at night it was a bit of a challenge but we managed to see and do everything we wanted during the day. We did find a taxi from Kyrenia which we used on a couple of occasions as the taxi recommended was busy with airport runs. Northern Cyprus is unbelievably inexpensive. Most meals with a drink for the 2 of us were the equivalent of £25. Car parking and entry to various sites was around 50p to £1.00, currency is Turkish lira and we were getting a good exchange rate from sterling. There was some building work going on in the fields below the villa, which is for contruction of a childrens fun fair. This could possibly impact the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, however it was suggested that it is for the community so it may not be a commercial venture. We had glorious weather for mid October and a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa .

Très belle villa en république chypriote Turc.(du Nord de l’île)

Susan Davidson loue une très belle villa , située à 10/15mn en voiture de Girne, surtout demander à l’agence les modalités pour le passage des frontières sud/nord/sud, surtout pour les réglementations sanitaire. Les 2 douanes ne sont pas souples du tout. Alors aussi prendre tout les renseignements possibles. La villa est très bien équipée et assez spacieuse.

Es war ein wunderschönes Haus alles war so wie in der online Anzeige. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Toller Service im Kühlschrank war sogar Bier, Wein und Wasser sowie das erste Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen mit Eiern weiter so

Great house It was a beautiful house; everything was just as advertised online. I would book the house again anytime. wunderschöner urlaub

Wir hatten elf wundervolle Tage in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. die Lage ist traumhaft. Blick auf die Berge und das Meer, was braucht man mehr. Den Abend ließen wir meistens auf der Dachterrasse ausklingen. Aber auch den morgentlichen Kaffee genossen wir oft dort oben. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Strände, alles nicht sehr weit weg. Die Kommunikation mit Susan hat wunderbar geklappt und Sally hat sich auch liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem, ein toller Urlaub. jederzeit wieder.

A very comfortable property extremely well equipped. Outside space was fantastic.

Had a great holiday in an extremely comfortable property. Sally is fantastic as a liaison and will help with anything. Only one negative for me was the the pool was extremely cold in April I would definitely return to villa Azure

Rundum perfekt!

Wir waren nun das 6. Mal in Nordzypern und haben in dieser Villa die ideale Bleibe gefunden. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung ist ideal, der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe, die Dachterasse ist das Highlight. Zudem war die Betreuung von Susan unkompliziert und herzlich! Auch die Lage war für uns ein Pluspunkt (Nähe zu Girne, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, nicht zu weit im Berg, aber auch nicht zu nah an der Hauptverkehrsstraße). Wir können dieses Haus also wirklich empfehlen und auch für unsere kleine Tochter (2 Jahre) konnten wir ein Babybett und einen Babystuhl dazubuchen! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder

This is a lovely villa, well equipped and laced out. It is in a peaceful spot, yet there are restaurants/bars that you can walk to. Nice swimming pool but, as we stayed in November, we didn’t use it.

Just perfect!

This has been our second stay at villa azure and will not be the last. It really is the most relaxing, peaceful villa we have ever stayed in. Fully furnished with everything you need to make you feel at home. Lots of small, personal touches which set it aside from the rest. Situated just 10 minutes drive from kyrenia harbour, the location is perfect with easy access to local restaurant s, shops and bars. A car is advisable to make the most of the local areas. The outside areas of the villa are just a delight. The pool is wonderful and a great size , plenty of seating areas for eating or just relaxing and a great bbq area. Sally manages the villa for the owners and is also on hand to help, answer questions and make arrangements for transfers, hire cars etc if needed. Lovely to have someone with such wonderful local knowledge of the area. We are a family of 3, two adults and 10 year old daughter and the villa had everything we all needed to make our stay perfect. Thanks to susan and Geoff for sharing their wonderful villa.

We chose this location for the outstanding views from the villa of the sea and mountains. It has a quiet location. Situated between 2 lovely villages, Catalkoy and Ozankoy but only 4 miles from the town centre of Kyrenia.
