Large 3 bedroom villa with en-suite to main bedroom. Communal bathroom upstairs with extra bathroom downstairs. Large Kitchen dining room with separate living room. Balcony from master bedroom overlooking the pool. Balcony on upper floor with access from landing and bedroom 2. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge freezer. The utility room has a washing machine. This villa has all the ingredients required for a wonderful summer break. Private 10m x 5m pool. The new Korineum golf and country club newly opened is just 15 mins drive, with it's 18 hole championship course, spectacular club house and academy, boasting driving range practice chipping/putting area, and a 3 hole practice area comprising par3/4/5. The harbour town of Kyrenia is only 5 mins drive with it's abundance of restaurants and bars all set in this wonderful romantic surrounding. There are many beaches to choose from the nearest being 5 mins away.

Airports: Although Ercan airport in the north appears the most obvious choice, possibly the best route is to fly into Larnaca in the south, this is due to there being many more airlines flying there so more price competition. The transfer time from Larnaca is approx 1hr 10mins, and from Ercan 40 mins. Flights into Ercan may be directed via Turkey, another good reason to fly direct to Larnaca.

Local info: North Cyprus is the Turkish area of Cyprus. The currency here is Turkish Lira although they will accept Sterling everywhere. They drive on the left as we do and the majority of bars restaurants shops will speak English. This part of the world is unspoilt as yet and is an ideal holiday destination for families and couples. The wonderful Bellapais Abbey sits in the mountainside overlooking the resort, there are a few restaurants here which afford a stunning view down to the ocean below.

Transfers & Car hire: The transfer time from Larnaca in the south is approx 1hr 10mins, from Ercan in the north approx 40mins. We can arrange transfers for you from either airport. If flying to Larnaca you have to cross the border so you will need to have transfers arranged, this is not a problem, we can have someone waiting for you on arrival. Approximate costs for transfers are £140 return from Larnaca for a standard saloon or a 7 seater, £80 from Ercan if renting a car.

Car hire rates are very reasonable, we can arrange this for you and have a car waiting for you on arrival at the villa, approximate car hire rate £25 per day.

Spacious property

Property was easily accessible from the Main Street very spacious the swimming pool was the highlight for us. The property manager was supportive and helpful The only things that were disappointing was the property car hire agency their service was poor and very unreliable. I recommend you arrange your own car hire There is no smart TV at the Property so for sports lovers and trying to relax with a Netflix movie was limited we used our laptops and the WiFi was limited in the main bedroom. The property offers a collection of dvd movie library option…. A manual on the use of appliances location of switches would be useful as all appliances were switched off on arrival. Otherwise the property was a good property

Amazing Villa, brilliant location. Photos don’t do it justice

Everything was amazing with the property, and the pictures online do not do the villa justice. Such a fantastic pool and bbq was great too. The host was great and very efficient in helping with hiring a car and transfers to and from the airport. So many things around the villa to visit, shops, bars, casinos, it is a lovely area with the beach very close to the villa. 10 min from Kyrenia centre and weather was unbelievable. Will definitely return to the same villa in the future.

Amazing host

Trevor was so very helpful nothing is too much trouble .we have stayed in many villas in various places and he was definitely the best host we have experienced . I think I asked him too many questions; he was very patient with us. He helped arrange our transfers to and from pathos and our hire car. At the end of our holiday he arranged for us to spend time in a local hotel before we travelled home. The villa pool is large clean and very warm. The area around is large and clean. The beds are comfortable and the seating outside is lovely. We used the b b q which worked out well. Be prepared for occasional power cuts, there are candles in the house. There is an Indian restaurant within walking distance which was great. If you like to spend time with other English people( ex pats) go up to the village where there are a few bars and restaurants.We absolutely loved Bellapais, the restaurants there are very authentic and the views lovely. Our favourite place during the day was a beach club called shayna. Reasonably priced. Another nice thing to do is visit the Etel winery. Great wines again not expensive. Thank you Trevor for allowing us to stay in your house and being so helpful.

Fab family holiday

Fantastic swimming pool! Great location with car hire as so close to everything. Villa had everything we needed and highly recommend. Some great local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxis found us hard to find but cheap to use when they do locate you. Host was lovely and really helpful with making sure our stay was straightforward.

Family trip for a wedding

Lovely modern and spacious property with a nice pool and gardens in a quiet neighbourhood between Kyrenia and Bellapais Abbey. Close to everything we needed including shops and restaurants within walking distance but would recommend a car. The whole process from airport transfers to car hire was very professional and well organised by Trevor the host. He was extremely helpful and even arranged a camp-bed for my elderly mother so she could stay on the ground floor. Highly recommend Trevor and this property. A great base to explore the north of the island.

This villa is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly want. As for the pool, it is stunning. We had a great week here, mostly spent in the amazing pool! A car is definitely needed but that was easily arranged via the owner, as were transfers.

Its all about the pool

My wife and i stayed at the villa for three weeks...last week in may and first two week's in june. The villa was spotless on arrival and is well equipped with everything you could posdibly need , however you do have to hunt around for things as there are cupboards and swiches everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the aircon was a welcome addition on the hot nights. The villa is situated in a residential area away from the main town and was very peaceful, the town centre is only a ten minute drive or a 30 min walk away. I arranged the transfers and car hire through Trevor which made life simple and i couldn’t fault either service. As in the title, the villa is dominated by the pool (which i believe was recently upgraded) The pool was excellent and was maintained faultlessly, it really is a superb space to chill out.

Such an amazingly beautiful villa. Would recommend without hesitation.We went as a family of 3 adults 1 teen and 1 child. Was amazing. So relaxed in such a peaceful location. Close to the main town, but not too close. Trevor was so helpful and everything went so smooth on arrival and departure. Everything you could ask for has been provided. Excellent communication with the host who really went out of the way to organise and follow up on our airport transfers. I would highly recommended a stay at Trevor’s. The bbq and covered area were an added bonus together with the superb swimming pool. Everything was perfect and accommodation worked very well for our party of eight.

Absolute first class accomodation!

We stayed at this villa for 7 days (end August/beginning of Sep 2022). It was simply faultless. We understand from the owner, Trevor, that the pool is only a few years old, it was superb! The location is great for the local shops and Ozankoy Village, and only 2 miles from the centre of Kyrenia. We would certainly recommend it, and will be re-booking again in the future! Gorgeous, peaceful villa in the sun - must book!!

Myself and my friends booked this villa for a wedding at Bellapais abbey after a couple of weeks of searching for the perfect listing and we were so so pleased with our choice. The villa is located around 7 minutes from the abbey and 10 minutes from the harbour (via car) so it was a prime spot for being nearby to local attractions but also located in a quiet residential area perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa itself was clean and the pool area was spacious with a bbq and dinner table perfect for putting together spreads. There was a market located 10 minutes away on foot where you could grab essentials (food, washing up liquid etc..). The pool was also maintained during our stay as well as the gardens. There was also a washing machine and dish washer available and air conditioning in the bedrooms for those warm nights. The bedrooms themselves were spacious and clean. The double bedroom had a balcony to enjoy the views. Overall we were so sad to be leaving and would definitely come back. Trevor is a great host who replies promptly to messages and can help to book transport from the airport and car hire if needed ( I would recommend hiring a car especially if you are here). If you book this villa you will not be disappointed!

This place is a gem!

We booked this villa from Washington DC without knowing what was awaiting us in Cyprus. We were pleasantly surprised with the superior service provided by our host, villa itself, neighborhood, impressive Rafters restaurant nearby and much more. We truly enjoyed our 11 day stay here and given the chance, we will for sure rent this villa again. To provide a bit more detail: - Impressive swimming pool - WiFI works really well even for frequent zoom meetings with the USA - Very quiet and friendly neighborhood - Superior location. Everything is within reach with a few minutes of drive. Plus, Rafters restaurant is walking distance. - Our host Trevor was always available and attentive in case we need anything If you ever need a place to stay in Kyrenia area, do not hesitate!

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay, we were between Kyrenia and the coastal resorts so access to everything. Not to far to several places to eat and within walking distance to Rafters. The villa is beautiful and the pool area is very well maintained. The owner was amazing nothing was to much trouble which made it one of the best experiences so far. The owner also has amazing neighbours. If you want a trouble free stay in peaceful and amazing surroundings this is the place to be. Thank you

Highly Recommend!!

Myself and my family have just come back from a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The villa is located within a residential area which is very peaceful and also well kept. Shops are a 5 minute walk away and a 15 minute walk to a large supermarket (Lemar). The villa is very clean and spaciously laid out, with the most beautiful pool, garden seating area and picturesque views of the mountains. You will only need to bring your clothes as the villa has everything you would need whilst away – Sunbed towels, hairdryer, DVD player. Trevor the owner has been so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with (thanks Trevor). We will be back next year – Highly Recommend!!

Don’t stay anywhere else!

With the mountains providing a breathtaking panoramic backdrop this is a very tranquil location. I’ve never been so relaxed on holiday. Villa has tons of space, plenty of wardrobes (with hangers) in every room too, lovely and clean with marble and tiled floors keeping it cool, but with big windows to let air through. Air con in each bedroom gives great respite from the heat overnight. The showers are powerful and there is always plenty of hot water. Huge kitchen/diner with a massive beer capacity fridge-very important! Without doubt, from what I have seen, this villa has the best and newest pool in the area. The newly tiled patio and pool area is superb. Outdoor lighting encourages you to use the built in BBQ well into the evening under the new pergola and comfy new patio seating and sun beds. Can’t fault this place at all and Trevor made sure everything including hire car (which you do need) and airport transfers were all seamlessly organised. Overall a fantastic holiday location with a multitude of nearby restaurants and bars, but just far enough away that they never disturb. Book this place (except when I want to come back!), you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely house, place and people

You never know what you are going to when you book somewhere like this but we were not disappointed with this villa. In fact we spent most of our time in Cyprus chilling out around the pool as is our want. It was comfortable everything was there with local supermarkets and places to visit. However, I would recommend hiring a car as although there are taxi's about you would not get the benefit of Northern Cyprus or this villa without. We booked ours through Trevor the owner who organised the lifts to and from from Ercan as well as the hire car, it was seamless, as was everything else with our booking and time in his house. If you have young children which we didn't everything was there cots/high chair all good quality. The beds were comfy with good and fresh linen and good quality towels. If you are fit enough you can walk up to Bellapais Abbey which takes about 45 minutes or drive up there in about 10 minutes, the view is superb and there is a restaurant that we ended up on numerous times called Kybele. The views from here are brilliant whilst you are eating and our first time up to the abbey we thought is was going to be expensive, but as with all the restaurants and things in general it is very competitive especially compared to UK prices at current exchange rate. We had absolutely superb fillet steaks for £12 each. Therefore we did cook a few times including a barbecue at the villa but who wants to prepare and cook meals in temperatures of 32+, although everything is there if you do. We did visit other places and the cost of the meals were about the same. We had meals in Kyrenia a couple of times and a nice to be overlooking the harbour but the food was not of the same quality. There are numerous supermarkets within minutes in a car from the villa with everything especially alcohol being considerably cheaper than UK. The other thing we noticed was how pleasant the Northern Cypriot people are and so helpful and welcoming but don't expect fluent English although most can understand you. I was a little concerned with mosquitoes before I went, all I can say was during our time at the villa (early June) was that they were less there than at home and received few more bites in Kyrenia harbour than sat out at the villa at night. Finally I would like to thank Trevor for renting his house to us, we had a fantastic holiday and the villa surpassed our expectations.

Good size, clean property in a good location but in need of modernisation.

We had a really enjoyable weeks stay at Trevors villa in Ozankoy. The villa is in a good location within a 10 minute walk of Ozankoy with its few bars and restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car to explore the coastline and the mountains. We spent a day at Acapulco Resort which for a small fee was a fun day out with its large swimming pools, waterpark and beautiful beach. The villa was very well laid out with ample room for the 5 of us. Plenty of wardrobe space in each of the 3 bedrooms. On arrival the fridge had a few essentials in it which was a nice gesture. The villa could do with a little modernisation and the same goes for the pool area. The pool is not the deepest so would suit a young family. The correspondence with Trevor before and during our stay was excellent. He arranged our transfers and car hire with no problems.

We first visited North Cyprus in summer of 2003 on holiday. The girls were looking for some gifts to bring home whilst we looked around Bellapais Abbey, I stumbled across an estate agents to pass the time. The story starts there, I saw the plot with the building plan and 12 months later we had a villa. We have rented since then, there have been quite a few changes over the years, not least the new pool and terrace installed in the spring of 2019. It's a quiet area yet close to Kyrenia (Girne) so either a leisurely 40 minute walk or a 7 minute drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You won't find many places that have the new style of pool or terracing that we can offer. It's fairly new to N. Cyprus and not many rentals can offer this. Close to the harbor town, close to the beaches, close to Bellapais Abbey. The golf course is a 20 minute drive along the coast to Korineum Golf & Country Club.
