3 bedroomed villa, private swimming pool and amazing mountain & beach views

Modern villa built in traditional Cyprus yellow stone style with private swimming pool and large private lawned garden. Can sleep up to 6 people in beds, plus 1 child on the settee in the sitting room . Within a short walking distance are many restaurants, a supermarket with organic food, and the best beach in Cyprus. The villa also has best views of the 5-fingers mount. All rooms are air conditioned and all their windows and doors have mesh fly-screens. Unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TV.

Villa Michelangelo is fully furnished, has been newly decorated and has new kitchen units and appliances. All bedrooms have new wooden floors while turkish rags adorn the remaining floor space in the living room and corridors. Walls and ceilings are decorted with traditional paintings and traditional Cypriot artifacts.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in private car park. The swimming pool by the side of a lawned garden faces the Alagadi turtle beach to the south, the 5-fingers mount to the north, and is totally private.

The villa is professionally cleaned after departure of each guest. A paid professional cleaning service during stay can also be arranged upon request. 50 kWh (£10) / day electricity is included inthe rent. Thereafter 21 pence / kWh is chargeable to guest on meter reading.

With a spectacular backdrop of the five-fingers mount itself to the south, Villa Michelangelo is up on a hilltop, overlooking the Alagadi Turtle Beach to the south, famous for being home to the Careta Careta turtles. Renowned as being one of the best sandy beaches in Cyprus, the 3 km stretch of the PUBLIC (no charge) Alagadi Beach is less than 200 meters or 5 minutes' walk away. 3 km to the west is the 5-star Elexus Hotel, where you can have all day fun in a luxury environment with lovely beaches, pier decks, many swimming pools and a aqua park. 6 km west is Acapulco Hotel with its famous long sandy beach. 6 km to the east, or 6 minutes drive away, is the Korineum Golf resort. The lawned beach of Korineum Hotel is also a little known gem with all the quality expected from the management of a Golf course and is open to outside guests.
Further east beckons the nature reserve of Karpaz ("panhandle") peninsula.

There is a large grocery store (Tarsan) around 500 meters away from the villa, where fresh products are from their own organic farm (but has no alcohol). There is another small grocery shop 2 km to the west, next to Elexus Hotel, with full range of alcoholic beverages. Tarsan provides a home delivery service centrally (and may pop to the liquor store on the way for you too!).

There are 4 restaurants within Alagadi village, serving various kebabs and fresh fish daily. Kyrenia town center is 16 km away, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way.
