Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and I'm pleased that you liked the flat. I agree completely about the steps, Nerja is a very hilly place which adds to it's charm and beauty. We do make it clear on the website that the steps are not suitable for everyone and would certainly advise anyone who is unable to manage the steps to try and find a location that is more accessible.

Thanks for the review Lynne, I am aware it isn't convenient about the key collection / drop off but unfortunately our agents won't let us do a more local hotel collection (which they used to...) but glad to hear you had a lovely time in Nerja anyway and hope you will return sometime!

Hi Mary, thanks for the review, the bins are next to the pink/orange hotel just for anyone else's future reference! Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the steps as the apartment is on the side of a mountain but it helps burn off some paella / ice cream calories :) Glad you enjoyed your stay, thanks, Helen

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. To respond to your comments: 1. We do make it very clear that there are a lot of stairs to the apartment as Nerja is very hilly and the apartment is set in the hillside 2. I am sorry about the parking but that very much depends on other occupants within the area and out of our control sadly. 3. It would have been helpful to advise of the missing kitchen equipment - it was filled when we were last there and we could have replaced anything necessary. We do our best and hope that this experience has not put you off from visiting Nerja again. [Translated into French using Google]: Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous n'étiez pas satisfait de votre séjour. Pour répondre à vos commentaires : 1. Nous indiquons très clairement qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers menant à l'appartement car Nerja est très vallonnée et l'appartement est situé à flanc de colline. 2. Je suis désolé pour le parking, mais cela dépend beaucoup des autres occupants de la zone et malheureusement hors de notre contrôle. 3. Il aurait été utile d'informer de l'équipement de cuisine manquant - il était rempli lors de notre dernière visite et nous aurions pu remplacer tout ce qui était nécessaire. Nous faisons de notre mieux et espérons que cette expérience ne vous empêchera pas de visiter à nouveau Nerja.
