Notre condo a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains et est à l'étage inférieur. Le balcon étend la longueur de la copropriété et comprend 2 ensembles de tables et de chaises. Le grand espace extérieur et pelouse en font un condo idéal pour les enfants et même les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Être un condo étage 1er signifie pas d'escaliers et un accès facile à la plage, tout en ayant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Cette région a de belles plages et la piscine est à seulement quelques pas.

La chambre principale a un lit queen et salle de bain privée. Les vues sont magnifiques de la chambre avec des portes coulissantes en verre et les fenêtres sur toute la longueur de la chambre. Maître a LED TV et DVD.

En outre, il y a un autre lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux ainsi que d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le salon a également LED TV et DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Pour couronner le tout, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur l'océan de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon.

À seulement 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Jacksonville, Amelia Island a miles de sentiers de randonnée et la marche à travers les chênes de l'intérieur. Oceanfront équitation est très populaire, aussi. Il y a beaucoup de grands terrains de golf à proximité, dont un près de l'hôtel Ritz Carlton, à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage ou de la route et d'autres au développement des plantations sur l'île. La navigation de plaisance, la pêche et tous les sports nautiques peuvent être trouvés sur l'île, aussi. Chiner dans certains des magasins d'antiquités d'Amelia est populaire comme on se promener dans la zone victorienne pittoresque du centre-ville. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants là-bas et dans toute l'île, ainsi.

Un court trajet en bateau vous amène à Cumberland Island, célèbre pour ses chevaux sauvages. En outre, sur l'île Amelia est Fort Clinch et est l'un siècle Forts 19e mieux conservés en Amérique. Il y a des visites quotidiennes, des randonnées, de la pêche et d'autres activités. Il y a d'autres activités ici ou à proximité, y compris la plongée en apnée, la plongée, la chasse, golf miniature, des cinémas et des musées.

Summer trip

Stayed a week with my adult children and grandchildren. It was wonderful, Especially this location. Plenty of kids to play with and adults. Had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and well kept.

We were able to book this at the last minute, due to an issue with where we were staying and had to leave. Very pleasantly surprised, great location, loved sitting outside on the patio, very quiet and peaceful. Already rebooked for January.!!

The condo had everything you needed. We loved our morning coffee watching the sunrises from the patio. Ground level access was definitely a plus with easy access to the beach and pool. It felt like a home away from home. We would love to return!

This is a great location. We had 6 adults and 1 child. Kitchen is fully stocked. Owner very responsive. Great deck with lots of sitting options. Boardwalk to the beach. Overall great property and we plan to return

Nice property on Amelia Island

Nice property. Clean but dated. Beautiful view. Wonderful courtyard with many kind, friendly neighbors. Perfect for dog lovers. Summer Beach was peaceful, calming & safe. Disappointed in lack of response from owner.

Great Mothers Day weekend

This will now be our place to stay on visits to Amelia Island! My wife and I along with our mothers and corgi had a great time and enjoyed all of the room and sitting on the porch. I would like to make a couple of clarification comments on the photos. From the photos, I was worried that the sliding glass doors might be fogged but they were definitely not. Also, in the photo showing a view looking toward the condo, the caption says that it is the one on the left which it is but what is not mentioned is that it covers four bays and the majority of the photo (it goes all the way to the bay on the right with the frosted window that is in the master bath shower). Great place!

Great location!

We enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The location was perfect and just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the tortoises come up from the dunes everyday to feed on the grass. The only small complaint we have about the condo is that they need to replace a couple of the small appliances. The coffee maker leaked from the bottom so we had to run out and get k-pods for the keurig machine. Also we usually make smoothies for breakfast but the blender didnt fit on the base properly so we couldnt use it either. Other than that, it was perfect and we have already booked our stay to come back in September.

Great location, but beware of mold!

Location was great. Condo complex right on beach and unit in the center with nice lawn for kids and pets to play. Bonus that it’s a bottom unit - walk right out to boardwalk to beach. The twin bedroom had mold in the windows and on blinds. Back of closet door very dirty. Mold on sliding door in the kitchen area and mold on the blind in the living room. Called the owner who sent cleaners the next day but no apologies or accommodations. Cleaners did the best they could but I had to clean more. Asked owner for concession due to condition but no response. If you don't mind likeliness of huge mold issues or confirmation from owner that they have remediated, it’s a great place. Dated furnishings and inside.

Great location, needs some updates

The Sailmaker location is perfect! Away from busier public beaches, and excellent access to the beach. This unit is okay, but the listing needs updated and so does the home. Contrary to the previous review, there was no mold and the place was clean overall. I would suggest the cleaners vacuum under furniture better; there were old water bottles and even a pill under beds and the couch. The listing needs to be updated — The master is actually a king sized bed (yay!) but there is no sleeper sofa. The twin beds are LOUD if you have littles who toss and turn. Little things like busted laundry knobs and light switches would make the place more attractive, but don’t impact the actual stay. We loved the tortoises visiting each day and the lack of stairs is great for elderly pets. We had an AC outage one night, and the host got someone out that night and was very responsive. Overall, the vacation was great, but a few small investments would make this unit fantastic.

Beware - Property Has Many Issues and Mold

We stayed at this property last year and since then it has seriously deteriorated. While the location is fantastic, the property has serious issues including mold. Upon check in we were given the wrong door code which was remedied fast. At first all didn’t look too bad on the surface. Although, the screen door had duct taped spots and a gap allowing bugs in. The toilets were running off and on and all night but still we weren’t there much so we didn’t complain. The second day the property manager asked if blind installers could come in….no way! We didn’t want any strangers in the property with our things. Then on our 5th day (we were not there much nor using the two guest rooms) we couldn’t figure out why we were both having breathing trouble. Well it turns out down the baseboard of the second guest room there was brownish gooey mold and the trim was separating from the wall. Not only that but there is greenish black mold in the corners by the front door. We also noticed the curtains in the master appeared to have animal urine on them at the bottoms. As soon as we noticed the mold on the 5th day, we packed up and left immediately. I notified VRBO and the property manager to request a refund for the last two days which has not happened even after I submitted several photos. Really due to the seriousness of the mold our entire stay should have been refunded and this place should be treated so it is safe and not a health hazard. I do not recommend this property.

Perfect location and property for a family

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property, the location is wonderful, with a walk out towards the beach and the local turtles were interesting to watch on the lawns. We had a situation where a flight was delayed and the owner was extremely gracious in helping us deal with the situation. We would highly recommend staying here!

Although we have had this property for years and love staying here, we are just now listing it online to share with others. We love this condo because it has a great lawn area for the kids to play. This resort is pet friendly and we love to travel with our animal companions.
