Villa confortable de style espagnol de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec piscine privée. À seulement 1 minute à pied de la plage. Situé dans un cadre paisible et calme à Marbesa. Cette villa est idéale pour ceux qui aiment l'intimité mais aiment aussi être à proximité d'une vie nocturne animée. Cette zone est proche et à moins de 2 minutes à pied des bars de plage et des restaurants. Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et le salon. Il y a une terrasse avec une table et des chaises.

Bon séjour.

Maison agréable, bien équipée, de très bons moments passés dans la piscine qui est bien entretenue l'éclairage extérieur n'est pas suffisant et le barbecue est à réparer.

Il est important de mentionner qu'une voiture est indispensable.

Le mobilier de jardin est à remplacer, le jardin devrait être entretenu. Les barbecue sont à remplacer. Les éclairages extérieurs fonctionnent 1 fois sur 4. L'air conditionner du living fait sauter les fusibles. La chasse du WC dans la chambre du haut coule. Le pisciniste est venu seulement le lundi, il manque un peu de vaisselle casseroles plats et petites cuillères. Dommage !! Bien à vous.

The location of this villa is superb, a stones throw from the beach and some lovely beachfront restaurants (highly recommend Simbads) The villa was everything we were after, the only downside was the comfort and condition of the seating area, a bit tired and needs replacing, outside lighting was temperamental too. This didn’t stop us having a great time, especially the pool which was set to the perfect temperature. Michelle’s hosting was spot on, super fast response to every question - a pleasure to deal with

We had a great Holliday!

We had a great Holliday in July with our 4 teenagers. The house was lovely, great swimming pool. We had a little problem with the pool (waterlevel was too low because of the sun, so the pump wouldn't work for a day), but because of the great communication with Michelle was the problem solved within a day! The beach is very close too the house and a great restaurant nereby. We would love to come back another time!

Fantastic holidays

The house is situated close to a small beach. Takes about 3-4 minutes to walk down there The house is really cosy and the pool bigger than we expected. Unfortunately there had been a communication mistake between owner and cleaning company, so the house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. When we contacted the owner she responded immediately. Even though the house and surroundings wasn’t cleaned it had no influence on our stay. We loved the house and the pool. We rented a car and went to the old town an the Camino del rey. We can only give the house and owner best recommendations

Fantastic Week

A great week in a comfortable villa with a well equipped kitchen. High speed internet and Netflix etc worked well. Enjoyed the pool and sun beds. Ideal location for local beach, restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with the host who was helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic week

What a great week in Marbessa. A very characterful villa with great pool and terrace, in an ideal location very near to the beach and also not far from a number of bars /restaurants / shops. Needs a bit of updating to aircon and a few other bits but nothing to detract from a great experience.

Exceeding Expectations

We have just had a fantastic week at the villa and we couldn’t fault anything about the place. Comfortable accommodation, great location, ideal for a holiday with young children - secure, good sized private swimming pool, plenty of space for eating outdoors and indoors, spacious bedrooms, thoughtful touches by the host throughout the villa. We have already booked to return!

Lovely peaceful villa

This villa was perfect for me and my daughter, who has long covid. We wanted a quite location near to the sea and restaurants and we found it with Villa mimosa. The sea and restaurants were within a couple of minutes walk, and two well stocked supermarkets within a 15 minute walk. We didn’t have transport and found it no problem. Being vegetarian we thought we would have problems. Most of the restaurants have at least one vegi option and the shops stocked a variety of options. Most of the time was spent at the lovely villa relaxing and having a walk down to the beach. One of the bedrooms had a balcony which was the perfect place to sit of an evening with a glass of wine looking out to sea. Communication with Michelle was perfect. On the odd time I had to contact her she replied immediately. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday in a lovely villa a minute from the sea, with plenty of sun.

Last minute getaway

We decided last minute to go abroad. After all its probably been 18 months of sheer hell for everybody. From the moment of booking Michele was in contact with us and seeing how we were and this remained the same during the stay too. The villa is everything we needed just to be away. Nice private pool, and in a good area close to the beach. A car is needed as its a decent walk to the shops. There are a couple of restaurants on the beach, although we didn't try them as I'm vegetarian and there are limited options. Also its easy access to the boardwalk for miles of exercise. The villa is well stocked with everything you need. In some places it might look a little tired, but each to their own, it didn't impact our stay. It has a very Spanish feel. Overall it was a fabulous experience.

The most amazing location

Wow, what an amazing time we had at your villa, so close to a beautiful beach we couldn’t believe it. The villa was very well equipped and the kids loved the pool. Lots of room in the villa too for the kids when it gets to hot! Nearby there are several restaurants and also some beach bars. We didn’t have a car but there were 2 supermarkets within a 15 min walk. I really have to say communication with the owner Michele was fantastic, all questions answered very quickly and so friendly. All in all a fantastic villa in a brilliant location. Would highly recommend.

Vacaciones relajadas

La casa es igual que en las fotos, un buen jardín y una forma piscina. La playa está realmente cerca, y nosotros que íbamos con perros encontramos otra a unos 5 minutos andando en la que podían entran. Pasamos una agradable estancia en la casa. La comunicación con la propiedad fue buena. Si volvemos a la zona, volveríamos a la casa.

Todo lo que buscábamos

El alojamiento era justo lo que buscabamos. Tal y como se ve en las fotos, a un minuto de la playa, con buenos sitios para comer a solo unos pasos. Michelle estuvo siempre atenta y disponible para ayudarnos.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. La villa es muy cómoda, la piscina privada muy buena. A 5 minutos de la playa andando, con sitios a los que ir andando para comer, cenar o tomar copas. Muy tranquilo. Recomendable sin dudarlo.

Lugnt och fint läge nära stranden. Toppen med 3 badrum. Fin pool. Vi har trivts jättebra tre generationer.

Brady bunch

The villa is a perfect size giving lots of space for everyone. We didn't have a car as it wasn't recommended but I would recommend one as family restaurants which we found eventually on foot or bus are a bit further afield, also for better supermarkets. Overall though the air con was a blessing for a good sleep and the pool area was our main communal area. Michele the owner is amazing with quick communication and answers. Downsides if any, some of the lights in the villa didn't work but probably just needed bulbs and also no lighting worked around the pool which made it dangerous and impossible to use after dark and the sunbeds could do with updating. The stairs aren't for the faint hearted and getting a big case up (luckily we only had hand luggage). These are all small niggles and don't let it stop you going as the area is lovely and the beach 2 mins walk, you can hear the sea roll in come the evening sitting on the terrace. We all had an amazing time and weren't ready to come home.

Excellent Holiday

We have just returned from a 7 night night stay in the villa. Our party consisted of four adults and two children aged 5 and 8 . The villa was very spacious and very well equipped . We all loved the pool and spent many hours in it as it was very hot during our visit . The air conditioning in the villa works very well and kept the inside lovely and cool . We found the area very nice with some lovely restaurants within walking distance . We walked on the beach to Cabopina which is a lovely place to visit . We found two well stocked supermarkets again within walking distance which were well stocked. I would recommend a stay at this villa . The owner communicated very well and was very quick to answer all questions I put to her . Overall we had a fabulous time

My husband and I live in Northern Ireland, we have two sons ages 23 and 34, one cat and one dog.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We used to own a property in La Reserva on the other side of the Caraterra. We often walked to friends who lived in Marbesa and as we walked along the roads down through Marbesa to the beach we decided Marbesa was where we wanted our holiday home to be. We viewed several villas in this area but fell in love with Villa Mimosa, the family who owned the villa before us had used it as their holiday home since their children were very small and who were now grown up. As soon as I walked into the villa I had a feeling of being at home. We love this area in Marbesa it really is the beach life with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Most of our clients comment on how comfortable the villa is to live in and they almost certainly could stay for a few months!! The pool obviously is an added bonus and many of our clients have enjoyed endless hours of fun in the pool with their children and of course the bigger children sunbathing beside the pool sipping some sangria or if the girls go for the weekend, its bubbles all the way!
