This lovely light east facing centre of village apartment on the top floor of an exclusive gated Résidence with a pool and private garage, has a fantastic sea view overlooking the coastal towns of Beaulieu, Cap D'ail, Monaco and beyond to Italy.

The flat is well furnished and the 3 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. There is also a sofa bed in the living area and pull-out beds in the mezzanine if extra accommodation is required. The open-plan kitchen overlooks the sitting room which leads out on to a lovely terrace with stunning views over the bay.

Two of the bedrooms also lead onto the terrace, which runs along the front of the apartment. Bedroom 1 is a double-bed with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a double or two singles and has a separate shower room and WC opposite. Bedroom 3 is in the mezzanine, with two single beds and an en suite WC.

As the apartment is on the top floor the ceilings are high, giving a light and airy feel. The mezzanine area is air-conditioned, as is the sitting room, and there are ceiling fans in the other rooms.

The Résidence of Ferme St Jean has a private pool, which a lovely place to swim, sit and relax or read a book. There is a private garage for your use (1 car) and a full-time 'gardien' who maintains the Résidence and is on-hand for any questions you may have. The location of the property is ideal for a leisurely stroll down to the village, shops, port, beaches and restaurants, which are all within a few minutes walking distance.

St Jean Cap Ferrat is an charming village located in an exceptional unspoiled green spot in the heart of the French Riviera. Formerly a fishing village, St Jean Cap Ferrat has kept it's authenticity throughout the years, offering tranquility, security, an abundance of beautiful scenery, walks, cafés, restaurants, boating and beaches - all you would expect from the Côte d'Azur and more!

St Jean Cap Ferrat has good bus connections, providing easy travel to places such as Nice and Monaco (perfect for the Monaco Grand Prix!), and the beautiful towns Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer are within walking distance.

This area is beautiful to explore in any season, boasting 300 days of sunshine a year, and as well stunning coastlines, skiing in the Alpes-Maritimes is just an hour and a half drive away!

Please note that the swimming pool is outdoors and is open from May 15th to October 15th.
