Ce spacieux, lumineux, entièrement meublé et équipé d'un appartement de grand standing avec WiFi est situé dans un emplacement idéal à cet effet intégré le développement haut de gamme avec jardin privé orienté vers l'arrière de l'Ouest pour superbes couchers de soleil et donnant sur les piscines et les installations récréatives. Climatisation / chauffage dans toute avec jardin privatif et terrasse accessible depuis le salon. Au Oasis Parque la grande piscine intérieure et un jacuzzi (chauffée en hiver) et des piscines extérieures, des courts de tennis et une aire de jeux pour les enfants ont un accès sécurisé et est maintenu à un niveau élevé. Alvor est une petite ville de pêche traditionnelle dans laquelle il ya beaucoup d'excellents bars et restaurants de bonne valeur avec cuisine locale et internationale. Alvor plages sont superbes avec de nombreux délicieux restaurants de poissons et Marina de Portimao et Praia da Rocha est également dans un quelques minutes en voiture. Il ya aussi de nombreux superbes terrains de golf dans quelques minutes en voiture de l'évolution.

The listing doesn’t do this place justice. Really large and really well equipped. Perfect spot for our family with young children. The indoor pool was perfect for an April stay too.

Home from Home

We had a wonderful stay in oasis parque, the apartment is lovely & clean very well equipped, with a lovely garden to sit in for breakfast. Can’t fault any aspect of it & would definitely book again. Thank you Ian & hope to return one day soon.

overall a very good property with plenty of facilities.

Best beds we have ever slept in for a rental property. very well equipped, great communication with the owner although the reception staff are a little frosty. The Bar staff and the catering on site was exceptional especially on a Thursday evening when a Band came in to the Bar but you must book a table.

Amazing house

Just returned from our stay at this beautiful house. We would like to say what a wonderful time we had. The house was perfect and the outside area, the surrounding was very beautiful and very quiet with access to amazing pools and we could not have wished for anything better. All communication with Ian was very fast and no problems at all. More than 20 years that we spend holidays in portimao, and for sure the best house and host that we had. looking forward to come back soon. Thank you.

Comfortable

Property is in Oasis Parque and backs on to the central Leisure area. This was fine except for one afternoon where they held some kind of outdoor disco which was loud. There is a small garden which was nice. The welcome pack of bread, butter, milk etc was unexpected and greatly appreciated after a late arrival. The beds were fantastic- easily the most comfortable that I have experienced in the Algarve. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the metal shutters on every window which were required to be in place whenever we were out. These were very fiddly at first and meant the apartment never got natural sunlight so was very cold throughout although three oil heaters were provided and these were great. TV never worked at any time but this didn’t bother us. Thanks

The TV signal can drop out occasionally, saying "the signal has been blocked contact admin". If notified by text or email to the owner, it can be reset remotely the same day.

The good and the bad

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 3 adults and one small child. The Good: The apartment is spacious and well located. Everything (grocery stores, gas stations, beaches, restaurants, shopping mall) all less then 15 minute drive away. There was a small welcome "basket" in the unit upon checking in, which was nice and appreciated. No issues with parking, there was always a spot available. Well stocked if you have small children (highchair, beach toys, and a new addition of a small umbrella stroller we left behind). Well stocked with extra towels and sheets. The Bad: The apartment was not well cleaned. There was long hair all over the floor, stains on the couches, some of the sheets smelled of body odor. The last thing you want to do after a 7 hour drive is clean and change laundry, so VERY disappointed on this front. When the cleaning service came through at the half way point of our vacation, I noticed she changed all the sheets, but not all the mattress covers. The mattress covers she did remove, she didn't replace with a clean one. Why?? Although the kitchen was "well stocked", it was very disorganized and many of the kitchen items are broken, dented, scratched and are due to be replaced. There wasn't a single extra roll of toilet paper or paper towel provided. Never rented a unit that doesn't have at least one extra roll especially when the one provided is already half used up. A/C worked but had a musty smell, the filter probably needs to be cleaned.

Nette, schone en zeer compleet appartement met een fijne tuin. Vriendelijk contact met de verhuurder, attent. Kinderen hebben genoten van al het aanwezige speelgoed voor op het strand. Heerlijke vakantie gehad, bedankt!

Holiday at Oasis Parque

So sorry Ian but nice though the property was, it badly let us down in a lot of ways. It was advertised as being wheelchair friendly but it was very difficult pushing a wheelchair on a path that took us past the downstairs bedrooms of the next door apartment in order to get to the pavement in order to get into the car without using the steps. The kitchen cupboards were filled with so many plates, dishes, cups etc that we had nowhere to put our groceries, except for the fridge, which was being used for bottles of wine, beer and cold drinks because on arrival the temperature was over 30 degrees for the first 4/5 days. We’ve never seen so many kids toys in an apartment before and there were boxes of them. We couldn’t find a sunshade anywhere so we had to buy one with a stand as it was so hot. We later did find one but there was no stand making it useless for us. Also, as pensioners 70+ we were not able to reach the cupboards with the plates in etc., without standing on a chair or ladder which at our age, we were loathe to do. However, the main gripe was that we were not told before booking that there was no maid service halfway through our 2 week holiday. It was halfway into our second week when we found a note in the pantry. However, there was no mention of how the bedding was to be washed and dried. We have stayed at this complex 3 times now and this is the first time we’ve been asked to change our own bedding. We have always enjoyed these apartments in the past but are seriously considering not using them again.

Very pleasant stay,

Spacious property Nice Jacuzzi and indoor pool in the country club. Very comfortable beds. The house has everything that you need. We had a problem with the process of synchronizing the TV but the owner (Mr. Ian) gave a contact of an technical assistance that resolve the problem very quickly. Kitchen well equipped but pots and pans need to be replaced. We had a very pleasant stay, will return! Thanks
