This recently built apartment has 1 Double bedroom on suite shower, 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom with bath ; Living room with a sofa for 2 children, fully equipped American kitchen : washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, etc; It has cable TV and wi-fi. Placed in a private complex with a very large communal pool & small communal children’s pool, and a huge garden! It is only 300 meters far from the lovely beach of Alvôr, 200 meters far from the centre of Alvôr, where you find some of the best restaurants in Algarve.

This very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is really tasteful decorated! With the facilities of the air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need! Only 2 minutes walking from the Alvor centre.
From the large varanda overlooking the pool & garden, you can enjoy your fresh meals with a very nice sea view!

Linen and towels are changed once a week.

Excellent apartment and complex, close to beach and Alvor centre. Communication with the owner was very good and she met us on arrival. The only area for improvement would be for newer, more comfortable bacony furniture.

This is a lovely spacious apartment , in a gated complex , which overlooks a great pool. The balcony area offers a nice area to relax.Very close to the harbour , the beach and the main restaurant areas.Communication with the owners was first class and we were allowed an early check in which was nice.Perfect for couples or families.Would thoroughly recommend.

Well located apartment and host was extremely kind in accommodating an early check with the lovely lady who met us.Comfortable bed, nice decor and spotlessly clean, I’d suggest more comfortable seating to enjoy the balcony longer and updating the towels which have seen better days. Otherwise spot on we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation & location

A well equipped and very smart apartment. A great location for the beach and also the centre of Alvor. Good communication with the host throughout the booking and gaining access to the property on arrival. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location close to beach and supermarket.Quiet complex well equipped kitchen and Lena the host really helpful with our stay .. Our daughter was coeliac so some of the local restaurants were ok but u need to book .Thanks Lena for a great holiday

Perfect location

Second time staying at this apartment. Communication with host was excellent and check in very easy. Property has everything you need and very comfortable. View over pool is lovely and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

Lovely Alvor

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this property. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The complex is safe, clean and very pretty with a beautiful pool. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, the river and the town and very close to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

Already booked again!

Lena and Gil were excellent hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The balcony looks over the pool with views to the sea. The complex is modern and quiet and only a short walk to the centre of all the bars and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent, book in process very easy and as the title says, we are all ready booked up again for next year. This apartment offers everything you could want for a perfect holiday.

The property was in a good location close to the centre. I feel the accommodation is looking tired.The fridge has rust on it and the washing machine settings had rubbed off. The table outside needs replacing because it was old and falling apart.There was no information in the apartment about the tv, cooker,washer or emptying bins.Where ever I have stayed before there has always been some info about where to leave keys etc at the end of the stay…there was no information at all. Also on arrival I was told I hadn’t paid my final payment for the apartment,which I had two weeks ago in the Uk. I feel this shouldn’t happen and it didn’t start the holiday off very well.The pool is nice, but this also needs some maintenance, as there was a lot of tiles missing.We enjoyed our holiday here but with a few adjustments it could be so much better.

Unit is not comfortable, only Portuguese TV for those rainy nights, sofa and chair not the most comfortable either. Lots of little things need attention. Balcony furniture is not comfortable, can't find 4 wine glasses the same, only 3 coffee cups. Knives can't cut butter, iron and ironingboard need replacing. Freezer hasn't been defrosted in forever. Couple of light bulbs need replacing, Bedroom shutter restrainers broken so they bang and rattle. All little things, but overall nice location, very clean, great facility.

Fortunatly all of our reviews can shaw how happy were our clients when they holydied in the appart. and we have lots of lovely reviews!!!!!!!!!! Yes. The sopha and the chair are new and very confortable. Everybody loves to seat there and enjoy the life in that way The TV has foreigner canals. It can not be diferent because all our clients are foreigners. If hapened any problem with the TV, why the cliente did not tell me any thing. He know s where I live in Alvor He has my mobil number and my e mail adress. I would immediatly call to NOS (TV Compagnie) asking them to come to decide the problem. He did not tell me anything. About the other complainings I would like to ask the cliente: If the quality of the appartement is so low...why he COME AGAIN? Yes. He has been there last year in the same period.
