Seaview 305 "Beautiful Oceanfront Condo" avec tout le confort de la maison

Vue sur la mer 305 ... PARADIS… Sur une magnifique plage privée de sable blanc dans l'ouest du golfe du Mexique, c'est tout simplement une escapade fabuleuse!

Notre unité de coin en bord de mer au 3ème étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain vous accueillera dès que vous franchirez la porte. Nous continuons d'apporter de nombreuses améliorations chaque année à notre spacieuse unité de 1525 pieds carrés en peignant toutes les pièces avec des couleurs relaxantes et en ajoutant de belles décorations. Un nouveau tapis a été installé dans les chambres et le couloir et un beau plancher de carreaux de céramique complète le mobilier du salon.

La grande chambre principale a un nouveau matelas king et des sommiers à ressorts. Un téléviseur à écran plat de 39 pouces a été installé pour que vous puissiez regarder la télévision depuis votre lit. En outre, il y a une salle de bain en suite magnifiquement améliorée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un lit double, les deux avec des matelas à plateau-coussin nouvellement achetés. Une télévision à écran plat de 39 pouces a également été installée dans cette salle. Vous trouverez beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans les deux chambres.

Vous allez adorer le plan ouvert des espaces de vie, salle à manger et cuisine. La cuisine a été complètement rénovée avec tous les nouveaux planchers et armoires. Deux canapés en cuir pleine grandeur (dont un avec un grand canapé-lit), un fauteuil à bascule inclinable et un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 55 pouces remplissent le salon. Des sièges pour six sont disponibles à la table à manger, ainsi que quatre tabourets de bar pour le petit-déjeuner face à la cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous pouvez profiter de la vue sur l'océan dans ces zones.

Une laveuse et sécheuse dans la suite, draps, service téléphonique et Internet sans fil gratuit est fourni.

Vous pouvez regarder et écouter les vagues déferler sur le sable blanc depuis notre balcon. Une table de patio et des sièges pour six, ainsi qu'une chaise longue et une table d'appoint sont parfaites pour se détendre et regarder les dauphins jouer dans l'océan ou pour admirer l'un des majestueux couchers de soleil de Madeira Beach.

Une grande piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi et un grill extérieur couvert sont à votre disposition. Seaview dispose d'un personnel de gestion et d'entretien sur place 7 jours par semaine. Ce bureau est situé dans le hall d'entrée afin que vous puissiez vous enregistrer facilement. Notre parking couvert attribué est idéalement situé près de l'entrée du hall et de l'ascenseur.

Il existe de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants à proximité, y compris le pittoresque village de Johns Pass proposant des boutiques, des restaurants et des locations de sports nautiques. Madeira Beach est à trente minutes des jardins Busch et à 90 minutes de Disney World, Sea World et Universal Studios.

Great Stay as always

We had another amazing vacation in Madeira Beach and the Seaview is always our go to for accommodations. Great atmosphere and close to our favorite restaurants and must see and do’s.

Great Spring Break trip

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids during their Spring Break. The condo is much larger than I thought from the pictures, very comfortable, and had a great balcony overlooking the water. The beach was only steps away, and the pool (heated) was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo

Wonderful condo with direct beach access and pool. Great living room and two wonderful sleeping rooms, no reason to complain anything. Will be our favorite location for our next trips to Tampa Bay

First Couple Vacay

Tim & Sharon’s beautiful paradise was wonderful! It was so spacious for only two people, but even so, my boyfriend & I believed our son would’ve loved the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The sectional couches in the living room were so comfortable. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this space for anyone!

Absolutely wonderful stay

We had an amazing 2 week. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels laundry detergent,dishwasher pod and so Much more. There was so much seating which we used all the time. It was very clean and tidy.we love the pool area and easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again soon.

Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was more spacious than we were expecting and the view of the ocean; excellant. Loved our time at the pool and our long walks on the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hardly used our car!

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were incredible. We would sit and watch the dolphins daily. Location is great for shopping,dining and you could walk to alot of the places.

Wonderful place to relax and have fun

My husband and I had a great time staying at Seaview. The views from the balcony were great. Most mornings we saw dolphins swimming past in the Gulf. The unit is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is huge and well stocked, and the living room has a lot of great seating choices. We are already talking about when we will be able to return.

Beautiful Condo, great to deal with.

We had a wonderful time spending a week in this beautiful condo. It was a little disappointing that they had no salt, pepper, Kleenex, actually no spices of any kind. The sectional was huge and very nice, but you could not lay down on it which was a bummer. We would stay here again in the future.

Better than we expected.

Sometimes the pictures show the property to be better than reality with disappointment upon arrival. This was not the case for this property. It was the best one that we have stayed with five years of using VRBO. It was very large and nice. The price was very cost effective.

Seaview 305

The condo was very nice, roomy and in a great location! Several restaurants either across the street or a very short walk. The property owners were very responsive when we ran into an issue right after checking in. It was resolved quickly and handled very well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups and cookware. As other reviews suggested, bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan to do any cooking. If we make it back to the Tampa area again, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available.

Great week and Condo

We had a great vacation at Seaview 305 the week of 4-27 thru 5-4. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for four adults. The pictures of the living room look crowded with couches on 2 walls but because of the condo size there is plenty of room. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants walkable. The location to the beach was down the elevator through the garage and you were on the beach. You had to be on the beach to see the sunset but well worth it. Dealing with Connie the property manager was flawless. She was great from first rental discussions till the day we left. Last time we were in Maderia Beach we stayed just down the beach and the bedrooms on the street side were very noisy with cars going up and down. At this condo we did not notice the car noises. About the only minor flaw was the TV remotes and how to get the TV's on. 2 TV remotes for each TV and you only need the Spectrum one. there should be written instructions for this. We will be back next year for sure. Thank you Tim and Sharon and especially Connie.

Excellent Condo for Vacationing in Clearwater Beach Area

I had the wonderful experience of renting this unit during the last week of May, 2014. This two-bedroom unit had been recently updated and was in immaculate condition. a VERY large Entertaining / Kitchen area was wonderful. 3 Flat Screen TVs were wonderful, but rarely used. Our favorite spot was the balcony for early morning coffee and late night beverages. We could watch Dolphins frolicking in the ocean in the early mornings and late evenings. The onsite pool was so convenient as it was shaded in the mornings and was in bright sunlight in the afternoons. It was very nice to return through the private beach gate into the pool area. The condo is DIRECTLY on the beach and is about 50 yerds from the surf. Most days we spent floating around on rafts in the water. I hightly recommend this unit as it is VERY roomy (approx 1500sqft). It is also centrally located so that trips to see Winter the Dolphin (Dolphin Tale Movie), Rays Games, and the hotspots of St. Petersburg (Happy Hour) are within a 30 minute drive. The unit is also conveniently located near the Winn-Dixie where beer, liquor and other necessities can easily be purchased. Some favorite local restaurants are: SNAPPERS (St. Pete Beach), and the most wonderful Sweet Sage Restaurant (North Redington Shores - approx 1.5 miles from the condo). Sweet Sage had a wonderful garden patio for breakfast and brunch only. The Eggs Benedict were the best I have ever had. Dogs are welcome on the Patio and they provide a doggie menu and water bowls. It also had a lovely boutique.

Great place to come to make memories with family and friends! Well stocked unit with everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. Plenty of seating in the large living room and great kitchen.Great proximity to groceries, restaurants, shops, mini golf etc.

Sharon and I began coming to Madeira Beach about 15 yrs. ago. We loved the area and loved the Seaview condo because of its friendly staff and people. Our dream was always to buy a beachfront property and someday retire to Florida.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We searched for a few years to find the right place but we never found a building that we loved like Seaview. We were here in 2013 and found this unit for sale and decided it was time for us to buy. It has been a great experience for us and we hope that everyone will enjoy it as much as we do.

Seaview 305 provides all of the comforts of home. We provide beach chairs and towels. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the items you need to enjoy your stay. Undercover parking with only steps to the elevator is a great convenience of Seaview 305. Just bring your luggage and we take care of the rest.
