Tybee est connue pour ses dunes de sable protégées. Premier étage avec un lit king size. Salon avec un lit queen et un est un canapé-lit simple. Nouvelles rénovations! Café sur votre terrasse le matin pour le lever du soleil. Libations le soir. Emplacement merveilleux pour l'entrée de la piscine. Le plan d'étage permet une cuisine entièrement équipée. Comprend également laveuse et teinturier avec draps. Vous pouvez marcher sur la plage jusqu'à l'embarcadère ou en voiture. Petit déjeuner au coin de la rue, de nombreux restaurants à proximité et un sur place. 3 piscines dont une chauffée pour l'hiver. zones commerçantes, Centre des sciences marines, location de voiturettes de golf, visites des dauphins à quelques minutes (5). Magnifique terrain de jeu de l'autre côté de la rue avec bibliothèque publique. Bar-B-que dans la rue aussi. Apportez votre café et vos écuries. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

This condo was everything it was advertised to be and perfect for the 2 of us The balcony provides great ocean views and the condo had everything we needed. The management company was so easy to work with. Condo was clean. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved the ocean views and the proximity to parking, the pools, The Deck, and beach access was super convenient! Doreen was super helpful and every time we saw her, she checked in to see how everything was going! We’re already talking about returning with our family next year!

Our condo was nice with an oceanfront view! Ceiling in bedroom needs some cleaning but other than that the unit was great! We rented direct through Beachside and the management staff was great! I would definitely stay at Beachside again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Tybee Island. Lots of good local restaurants, we enjoyed dinners at Sundae Cafe, Sting Ray, Sea Wolf. BeachSide Resorts staff was very friendly and informative. Patio view was nice. Pool areas was nice. The condo we stayed in was 313 Ocean Song, needs some TLC, patio furniture needs to be repainted(paint peeling of wood) patio screen is ripped, bathroom shower ceiling had mold. The bedroom window is right outside of office and parking garage as well as the walkway to get to the pool(it was loud at times). I would recommend the resort and suggest a higher floor.

disappointment for the high cost

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is laid out nicely and has a lot of potential, but to charge as much as it cost you get a filthy place. All the hodge-podge of dishes were filthy and we had to wash them before using anything, the floors and rugs haven't been cleaned in a long time. The back sliding door doesn't have a lock on it at all for our security, instead they opted for a broom stick (and this is on the first floor). The toilet paper was like something used 30 years ago, 1 ply and felt more like paper, no kleenex in the condo and again, the paper towels were the cheapest that could be purchased. I like the beach house theme in beach condos, but this was way over the top, too much of a good thing, the place was cluttered with decorations and pillows, so darn many pillows everywhere. They gave us exactly 2 towels for a 4 night stay. The shower was a great size however, the floor has a major crack in it. Water pressure in the shower is something like in a comedy movie, it was virtually non existent. The place really has potential, but we would have been much happier in a much less cheaper hotel. We have stayed at many condo's similar to this one that were clean and had decent toilet paper and decorated nicely, and well maintained, this one, to our surprise was a great disappointment!!! Whoever manages this place is saving a ton of money by not fixing things that are in desperate need for repair....I mean, get a LOCK for the sliding door at LEAST for your tenants safety there on the first floor and hire people who actually clean the condo!

Reviewer Comments: The location was great with easy access to several hiking trails and access to scenic views of Fort Pulaski and more than one lighthouse. We went to Savannah for great dining experiences. The rental was acceptable overall, but lacked ANY closet space. The dresser draws were overflowing with pillows and Knick knacks. Kitchen was disappointing. Also, the bedroom windows were right next to the garage and patio, which were quite noisy at times, especially when luggage carts were in use or the garage truck made its pickup.

My only suggestion is remove some dishes and glassware for food storage. Add more pots and pans for cooking. The coffee pot needed replaced. I would return to this same condo!!
