2 BR / 2 BA Magnifique condo en front de mer dans la zone de villégiature avec 2 piscines plus une piscine pour enfants et un restaurant / bar en bord de mer sur place. 2 300 $ / semaine ou 349 $ / nuit pendant les mois d'été et 189 $ / nuit pendant la "basse" saison! Les locations au mois sont également disponibles hors saison pour 2 000 $ / mois.

Wonderful vacation

We had the best week full of sun and relaxation with our toddler this past week. The place was perfect for what we needed. The pools and on site beach access was extremely convenient! We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was as described, and we had all the basics needed during our stay. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom - it is worn out and very squeaky anytime anyone moves in the bed. Other than that, location was great, and amenities of the property like the pools was perfect.

Great location! My mom, Aunt, adult daughter, and I had plenty of room. Perfect for a low key beach getaway while it’s still chilly in NY. We walked to the pier one day and to the north beach the next. Are at the Deck and the food was great! Spent later afternoons at the pool and pool bar. Watched Netflix at night. Perfect!

Beautiful Condo & Location

My daughter & I stayed for a week at this condo. It was perfect!!! Extremely clean, spacious & well equipped. There is a balcony with a view of the ocean & pool area. The restaurant on the property is also very good & popular. So nice to sit poolside or just take a stroll down to the beach & bit to eat. Savanna is about 20 minutes away. We spend some time there so much to see and do there and Tybee island.

Perfect beach vacay

My family of 5 stayed at Rhonda’s condo and it was just amazing. She was a fantastic owner to deal with and gave me tons of info leading up to the appointment. The condo is beautiful and was the perfect fit for our crew. The views are amazing and the private pool and beach access made the stay more enjoyable. There are showers outside the pool to rinse off and having the restaurant and bar on the pool deck was great. The food was so good! Everyone we met at this condo both owners and renters were super nice and it truly was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Rhonda’s condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee!

The condo is in a great location. It has easy access to the beach and pool. It has a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio. I liked it being on the mid area of Tybee because shopping and restaurants are close, but it is still low key around the condo area. There is a good restaurant/bar next to the pool with pool and beach access. This was a nice surprise.Parking was easy, plenty of room. Condo had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, etc. Would go back.

Our first trip to Tybee Island couldnt have been any better. And this condo was perfect. The location, the layout, the VIEW, the beach, pool, poolside bar and restaurant, and the host. It was a family vacation for the memory books and we will be back again soon. Needless to say I highly recommend booking this condo... (just not when we plan to go back please. haha)

Great place

We really enjoyed this condo, and complex. Very quiet complex, 2 nice pools, easy parking, incredibly short walk to beach, restaurant on property. Rhonda was quick to respond to all questions in advance of our arrival and we didn’t have to reach out to her once we arrived as her instructions were spot on and we had no issues.Would recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Another Great Stay!

This is a SUPERB property with a SUPERB owner! The unit itself is wonderful with incredible views and amenities. The owner (Rhonda) could not possibly be more helpful or accommodating! This was our second consecutive year at this same unit and we could not be happier! We hope to return again in the future!

Relaxing oasis

Best location at the beach!

My kids and I had a great stay at this condo! Location can’t be beat. Easy access to the beach, kids loved the heated pool and I loved the beach drinks at the Deck right next door. And a quick ride to nearby North Beach and the pier. The condo was very clean, quiet, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Plenty of room and comfortable for an adult and two boys. It had everything we needed for our three-night stay. And Rhonda was very quick to respond to questions about the island. We did not have any issues with the condo during our stay.

Lovely condo, great location!

My friend and I had a long weekend at Tybee. This was a great property for us. The place was spotless, and well provisioned. We couldn't have asked for a better location, mid-island, but easy walking distance to shops and eateries north and south. Rhonda's check-in-check-out procedures were easy. The property has a lovely pool area and nicely maintained grounds. There is also a restaurant on the property, where we had lunch and enjoyed it very much. You'll have a beautiful view of the sunrise and ocean all day. We couldn't have chosen better, and I will definitely book here again.

Best View on Tybee

We loved everything about this condo. If anything, the view is undersold - it was fantastic and we watched the sunrise every morning. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. Rhonda was great to work with as we were worried about the hurricane. She responded timely everytime even though I am pretty sure she didn't have power herself.

Wonderful stay at Tybee!

This was a brief (5 night) stay at Tybee over spring Break. My wife and I along with our adult daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is perfectly positioned at the beach, near many restaurants and shops. The condo itself and the facilities (pool, bar/restaurant, beach) were amazing! In addition, Rhonda was a wonderful host who communicated clearly and promptly when asked any questions. I would highly recommend this property (and host Rhonda) to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at Tybee.

We had a wonderful week at Rhonda’s condo! The views and balcony were beautiful. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We hope to return!

I absolutely LOVE Tybee Island! It is truly my family's "happy place!" We have been going to Tybee all of our lives. I live about 15 minutes away, so I am always available if you need me in an emergency situation! We love having guests stay in our condo! Most guests become like family and visit us year after year! We would love to have you stay with us too!

Tybee Island is the "Martha Vineyard" of the South. Tybee is small, friendly and quaint. It is close-knit and full of life! Located just 12 miles from Historic Downtown Savannah and Riverstreet, it is very easy to enjoy the history and culture of Savannah while staying on Tybee. You can stay very busy or just relax and enjoy the tranquility that Tybee has to offer! We know that you will fall in love with Tybee Island just like we have!!!

Best seafood ever! Best and largest beach in the Southeast. At high tide, Tybee has over 150 yards of beach that was renovated and restored in the Fall of 2018.
