Cottage confortable sur terre battue

Mon chalet offre un accueil spacieux et chaleureux à mes invités avec une cuisine complète, une grande salle de bain spa et un havre de paix paisible pour prendre un café le matin ou un barbecue en soirée. Mon chalet est accueillant pour les voyageurs destinés à envelopper les visiteurs de confort. Situé à 5 km du ferry Cape May - Lewes, de la baie, de l'océan et de la ville historique de Lewes. Il se trouve à une minute à l'est de la route 1, à proximité des magasins Tanger et du système de bus public à utiliser pour diminuer la frustration de la chasse aux places de stationnement. L'espace Cottage entier Accès invité Toutes les autres choses à noter Beaucoup d'excellents restaurants à proximité. Taxi d'eau dans le canal de Lewes à proximité. Parc d'État et pêche Pas que vous en ayez besoin ... mais grand hôpital à 5 minutes du chalet

Anniversary weekend

We loved our time at the cottage this weekend. It is well stocked, beautifully decorated with personal as well as stylish touches, and super comfortable for hanging out in between activities. We hope to visit again soon.

Great place

Patti greeted me at the front door as we drove in. Very nice place to stay. After fighting the US 1 traffic this was a perfect place to wind down. It's space, well furnished, and the water and snacks came in handy. I'd certainly stay here again if ever back to this part of the country.

A Delightful Stay

Patti's home is warm and inviting. It was a wonderful visit and a place that you would definitely want to return to again. Had the pleasure of meeting Patti and she is as warm and lovely as her home. A Must Stay!!!!

Perfect Stay

Cozy Cottage was wonderful. Location great, close to downtown, beach, & bike trails. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming. The back yard space was very nice to relax in the morning. The host was very thoughtful and the personal touches made it that much more enjoyable. We hope to come back.

Cottage on Clay....Perfect!

This was a mother/daughter weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The cottage was perfect in every way and the location was ideal. Patti was a perfect host as well. 100% will look to stay there in the future.

Golf & Beach Getaway

This Cozy Cottage fit our needs perfectly! We love breakfast on the patio, an outdoor shower after the beach and kicking back in a comfy living room after a wonderful dinner out at a local restaurant. This unique, whimsical cottage offered delight in every room with a decor that is fun, thoughtful and artistic. The location was perfect for heading off to local golf courses, beaches, shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again.

Best place ever

I have stayed in almost 20 VRBO rentals. This one was by far the best. It had all the comforts of home! The thing that puts Cozy Cottage on top was the cleanliness. It was spotless.

Bringing Mom to the Beach

I live in the area with roommates and wanted some where special for my mom and I to stay for the weekend. She lives in TX and doesn’t get to spend much time on the East Coast and I wanted her to really get the feel of beautiful Lewes and beach life here. She had a wonderful time and wasn’t ready to leave. Patti made everything so perfect and welcoming. Thank you so much again and we will definitely recommend staying here to any of our friends visiting from out of state.

Perfect in Every Way

This cottage is elegant, comfortable and cozy. Every detail ( and more) was thought of and provided for, which made it feel like our home. Great Stay

My husband and I loved this little cottage. It was absolutely perfect for our quick mid-week trip to Lewes. The location was excellent. Despite the fact that there is a bit of traffic on Clay street, we were still able to ride our bikes directly to the Junction & Breakwater trail and the Lewes Georgetown trail. The cottage was perfect for two people. Everything was very neat and clean and Patti thought of everything we might need to make our stay convenient. I enjoyed all of Patti's decorative touches. This was a great VRBO stay and I hope we have the opportunity to stay again.

Plenty of R&R

This is our second stay at the Oozy Cottage. Every visit gets better. This home is amazingly clean and has everything that you might need to cook and feel at home. Adorable cottage

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Patti’s. Check in super easy, place is way better in person. Has everything you need. Location is central to everything. We had hurricane while there and it was even great on a rain day. Patti gave immediate response for those “first day questions”. Bed comfy, soaking tub nice too. Cape Henlopen beaches a short drive- highly recommend. Plan on staying when in Lewes. Also, if you do like to cook a few of your meals, kitchen is well stocked. Grocery stores close by. Beach weekend

Inviting space

The Cozy Cottage is a colorful and creative option with a nice, large living room and a patio on two sides that offers both sun and shade. We had some stormy weather so we really appreciated having somewhere that had a comfortable, home-away-from-home feeling. The decor runs from the traditional (black & white tile floors, large framed mirrors) to the whimsical (an aquarium vibe in the sizable bathroom). Patti has added many a decorative flourish, with art from Montauk to Chincoteague. It's conveniently located near the historic heart of Lewes, Cape Henlopen St. Park, the Coastal Highway and Rehoboth. We had a very pleasant stay!

Wonderful Stay at the Cozy, Cottage on Clay

Job well done Patti! We had a fantastic stay. The cottage is very spacious and clean, super comfortable, bright, charming, has amenities galore, and is a short drive or nice bike ride to everything Lewes and the surrounding DE beaches have to offer.
