Crochet, vin et fond: 4 BR / 3. 5 BA House et piscine privée

Hook, Wine & Sinker est une toute nouvelle maison sur pilotis, prête en novembre 2019. Cette belle maison sera aménagée pour accueillir une grande famille, plusieurs couples ou petites familles.

Les chambres sont équipées de matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, l'espace de vie principal est conçu pour accueillir tout votre équipage avec une immense table à manger et de nombreux sièges. La maison est sur pilotis et le porche est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la brise et regarder le coucher du soleil.

La PISCINE PRIVÉE est un endroit formidable pour toute la famille. Son ombragé et venteux avec une terrasse dans la piscine et les jeux de jardin pour rendre vos vacances incroyables! Il y a un espace entre nous et les voisins et une grande clôture pour plus d'intimité.

La plage est à 3 km. Ferry est à 2 miles. Restaurants et magasins sont moins d'un mile. Vous serez au milieu de tout ce que vous voulez faire.

Note des propriétaires: Notre maison est en construction. Dès qu'il sera fini, nous le meublerons et le décorerons à merveille. Les images montrent l'état d'avancement et nous continuerons à nous mettre à jour au fur et à mesure. Les couchages et le mobilier ont déjà été achetés et sont assurés d’être prêts avant vos vacances. Nous avons une grande famille et beaucoup d'enfants (5 moins de 10 ans !!) il sera donc conçu pour être parfait pour votre famille aussi. Nous croyons que ce qui fait une bonne location de vacances est d’avoir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, des lits confortables et de nombreuses places assises. Nous prévoyons d'en faire le lieu de vacances idéal !!! Nous voulons que vous reveniez à notre maison encore et encore.

Amazing place with great location

My family and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to everyone. The house is new, very clean, the pool is great, and one of my most favorite things was the electric golf cart with the Bluetooth speaker on it. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Everything was clean, well organized, beautifully decorated, and the added bonus of the golf cart was amazing. Host was quick to respond to any questions and super accommodating. Family getaway

It was wonderful house! Beautifully decorated and furnished! The heated pool was wonderful since it was raining most of our stay. The golf cart was a huge bonus as well!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best kid friendly house from infants to teens..

Pool was great when needing a break from the beach. Golf cart was awesome. House was easy to cook and clean up was breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the Water, Sun and Sand

Hook, Wine, & Sinker is a great place to get away and enjoy all that Port A has to offer. Convenient location with all the comforts of home. Loved our time at the beach and pool! The owners were quick to respond to our questions and the house was just as advertised.

Winter retreat

We had a couple day retreat for my wife, daughter and five of our grandchildren. The accommodations were well provided and great. The kids made memories on the beach, pool and golf cart. The only way it could have been better was if we had stayed for a week.

LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

Our time at Hook, Wine & Sinker was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and set up perfectly for a great stay. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room to congregate and also to spend a little alone time. Everything was perfect, from the pool, golf cart, house and weather. We will be back. We LOVE this house! Perfect Getaway!!!!

This is our second year to stay at Hook, Wine & Sinker. We absolutely love it! It is perfect for our needs. The owner is awesome to communicate with and we've never had a problem. Love having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the living room and kitchen are great gathering places. The pool! The Pool! The Pool! Awesome!!! Thank you, Christiana and Joseph !

The Perfect Getaway!!!

From the time we made our reservations Christiana has been in touch with us & answered all of our questions. When we arrived, we couldn’t believe what a great house this is! It is perfect for what we need. We spent time at the beach and then came back to the house and swam in the pool. The decor was cheerful & the house was very comfortable! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we reserved it for next year before we left! Thank you, Christiana, for such a great vacation getaway!!

Light-Filled Living

We loved all the natural light in the kitchen/living area. Having 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was a plus, affording us all more privacy. The heated pool and the new golf cart were especially nice! Christiana and Joe’s home had nice finishes and was tastefully decorated. They anticipate the needs of their guests, especially those with young children. I have stayed in several vacation homes and I have never experienced one that was this well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, baby equipment, etc.

Prefect stay!

Everything in the house was as advertised and better. Was the second cleanest house I've ever rented. Everything was in good working order, kids loved the pool. Having the golf cart provided and not having to deal with renting one,, made getting around town and to the beach hassle free. Overall a really great experience renting this home. The only negatives that I can recall, there were to many TV remotes and some didn't have batteries, and the organization of kitchen utensils was nonexistent (but that may have just been my preferences on organization). Will definitely stay at this location again!

Best Beach House!

We booked a 2 night stay with 11 adults and this place was absolutely perfect! Everyone said this was the nicest beach house they’d ever stayed in and it was inexpensive. The house was extremely clean and the location was perfect! We were a 2min drive to the beach and tucked behind a shopping strip for any last minute grocery runs. The house came with an electric 6 seater golf cart that was so nice and a pool! The pool looks small in the pictures but honestly fit all 11 of us no problem! The house had everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked with any utensils and small appliances you may need-we needed a slow cooker and there was an insta pot provided we also needed a blender which there was a ninja, there were beach towels provided, pool floats and toys, outdoor shower head to rinse off, I can’t say it enough, this place was amazing! Christiana was extremely accommodating and so easy to get a hold of! If you’re thinking of booking, DO IT!!!

Wow Ana, I'm ecstatic you had an amazing time at the Hook, Wine, and Sinker {my husband thought the name up and he really loves this :) }. Port A is such a wonderful place, and Our family has worked really hard to provide our guests everything we like to have while we are on the Island. It really puts a smile on my face to know we hit a home run with you and your group, because that's a big part of why we like hosting in the first place. You were a pleasure to host and we will sincerely be happy to do so again!

Awesome family home

We had sooo much fun! This house is perfect for little kids with gates, games, even a baby gate and monitor! The golf cart and all the games made our stay even better. We enjoyed the pool and the teens loved having tvs in every room. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay

Great stay, even in the winter. Didn't have nice weather but didn't stop us from enjoying the property. Even though it was cold outside we utilized the heated pool 2-3 times a day, which was clutch for the kids. Easy to get to the beach with the golf cart access. Thanks again. Will stay again next time we are in Port A!

We live in Round Rock, TX, have 5 kids, one dog, a cat, and a mom. My husband is an ICU nurse and I stay home with the kids. This is our first beach house and we are so excited about it!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We LOVE this house. Having a pool all to yourself is fantastic and we love cruising the beach in the golf cart. The neighborhood makes us happy with its beautiful colors and proximity to town and the beach. It was hard to find a house big enough to fit our family so when we found this one we jumped on it! The place is perfect!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Since it wasn't completely built when we bought it we started immediately modifying it to be our dream home with beautiful white marble and white and navy cabinets, a private pool with a tall fence around it so you really feel private, a nice big play area under the house (cuz thats where the cool breeze is!) with games and seating and everything you could want to make your stay amazing, thats why we love the Hook, Wine, and Sinker!
