The perfect stay on HHI

It was our first time visiting HHI and staying at Seaside Villas it was fantastic. Room was clean and it was stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. Very good location for walking to shop, eat, or spend the day on the beach. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation!

Seaside Villas Condo

This Seaside Condo was beautiful and comfortable. We have stayed in many different condos at Seaside Villas and this was by far one of our favorite. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation at Hilton Head!

Enjoyed our stay!! Proximity to everything is a great advantage. Accommodations were very small and okay for only a short time. Starting to show some wear and will need an update soon. It was a good low budget option for a week long trip.

Nice place for a quick getaway!

This was our first Hilton Head experience and it definitely lived up to the hype! We LOVED it! Seaside Villas is a great location but the particular villa we stayed in was tiny. It worked out great for the long weekend, but I could stay there for a week. Somewhat clean, had really dirty stove eyes and a not so clean couch. Beds were okay and the fan in the master was SUPER squeaky! Overall, I rate as good and would stay again.

Great location, Villa very small for family and needs updates

The Villa has quick access to the beach and is easy to locate. It is in a nice less crowded area but still very close and walkable for the Coligny park area. All of these are bonuses and make the locale the shining star of the Villa. However, inside is extremely cramped and could no way be comfortable for more than two people. The kitchen “table” could barely hold a meal for two people. The bunk beds are made for kids under age 4 and the top has no rail. Compared to all other places we’ve stayed in HH, this had barely any amenities and nothing for welcome or ease of stay. Overall the place needs updates and should be listed for two to four people at maximum.

Furniture uncomfortable and needs updating. Sofa bed terrible. Air conditioning does not cool bedroom. Pretty miserable back there. Had to keep blinds and curtains closed at all times to keep living room area semi cool. Unit needs better air conditioning.

my stay for the 3rd time in hilton head 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: vacation time is great but this property was not. there was trash left in the kitchen it took two days to get the stink out of the villa. the air condition would would not reach the bedroom we put a box fan in the hallway but it was still to hot to sleep had to sleep on a broken down sofa. there was dead roachs throughout the villa especially around the hot water heater I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay in 238. I've stayed with vacation time 4 years now and its been great but I was very disappointed with this villa.

Within an hour they had given us another unit on the same floor 238. SS 238 is really nice unit- nicely decorated and well equipped. My only issue, and its a silly one, is that I couldn’t see as much of the ocean due to the lovely big palm tree by the balcony 😝. 238 is right by the elevator and steps for easy access. We love dealing with VTHHI and Sea Side is a perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a good location and in generally good condition. Seaside Villas are close to the beach and within walking distance of eateries and shopping. The units at Seaside Villas are small. This was not a problem for us because we were only 2 adults but if we had any extra people it would have been cramped. The kitchen was well supplied, bed was comfortable and seating was adequate. The management company (VTHHI) was very responsive to our issues. First, there was a major issue with the unit we originally reserved and they quickly accommodated us by moving us to this unit. Second, when the sink stopped up, they had someone there in less than 15 minutes to clear it. I would likely go to a newer facility for my next visit but for the more budget conscious this is a great choice. As an aside, the facility was described as having access to an indoor pool and fitness center. These have been closed since the pandemic started and the website had not been updated. We were disappointed to not have these available. I suggest being careful to look into details when booking a unit at Seaside Villas. Some of them have moved the air conditioner to the balcony which takes up 1/3 of the space and would be noisy to sit near. Also, in the unit we saw where this was the case, one of the closets was occupied by the furnace leaving very little closet space for renters. This is not typically obvious in the pictures provided.
