Vous cherchez une belle villa avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan? Ne cherchez pas plus loin !!! Cette villa a été entièrement rénové et propose une chambre séparée avec un nouveau lit queen size, une cuisine complète, salon et salle à manger sont combinés. Vous trouverez la commodité de l'Internet sans fil. literie supplémentaires pour cette villa comprend deux lits superposés dans le couloir qui sont idéales pour les petits enfants et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a un balcon situé à côté du salon qui offre une vue GREAT Oceanside. Cette villa, contrairement à la plupart des autres à Seaside, a chauffage central et de l'air au lieu d'une unité à simple paroi. Vous trouverez Seaside Villa est situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Mer est une propriété en bord de mer qui est situé à environ 70 yards de l'océan. Les aménagements comprendront une piscine sur place et l'accès gratuit au Club du joueur pour l'utilisation de leur piscine intérieure chauffée, ainsi que leur centre de remise en forme.

We had to pull it away from the wall so we could squeeze in to the other side of the bed. There wasn’t a tv in the bedroom either. We got used to all of it. So no big deal.

Howver, the the sleeper soda was dirty/filthy on one side and the mattress is worn to and needs replacing. So does the 2 bunk bed mattresses. I called about the bathtub filling up with water while showering, they said maintenance would come to fix, never did, so we had to shower in sand all weekend. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves after I purchased mattress topper so we could have a peaceful nights sleep. If furniture and bedding is tended to- this will be a location that can’t be resisted and I would rent each month I visit Hilton Head, SC beaches.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your comments and want you to know that the sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress is being replaced tomorrow, along with the master bedroom bedding, a new bedroom closet, coffee table, bedroom lamp and bunk mattresses and coverlets are on order. The tub is being fixed as well. This villa does have a phenomenal view and now it will be perfect on the inside as well. Hope you will return. We'll update the pictures on our website as soon as everything has been completed. Thank you again.

Great location but needs a few details addressed.

Overall my family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach plus a lovely view of the ocean. You’re close to everything which was awesome. While the overall unit was clean, the comforter/pillow shams in the bedroom are VERY worn and even stained. The comforter has a whole as another review mentioned. The blue pillow shams had large yellowish stains so those were immediately set aside. We couldn’t find a ladder for the top bunk?? Clearly we couldn’t let our 7 year old sleep up there without being able to get down if needed. Kiddos and wet tile is a bad combo and there were no rugs. I ended up buying a cheap rug from Target for the bathroom to avoid slips getting out of the bath. Same for the little patio. I would recommend it but definitely think some upgrades to bedding are a must, especially for the price paid. I’ll add that Stephanie at the rental management company was great! We were running late and she made sure we had all we needed to pick up the keys after hours.

The staff at Vacation Time are very patient and helpful.

Lovely view with a few minor issues

In this particular unit, the shower drain was very slow to drain, so we had to shower in several inches of water. The bed is comfortable but very loud and squeaky. We could not make one arm movement without waking to the noise. The internal hallway allows for echoing of people talking and walking- it’s very loud even after the 10pm quiet period. We were also somewhat disappointed by the pool. It is very small for such a large complex, so we never could find room for us. Other than those minor annoyances, the check-in/out process was easy, the view is gorgeous, the place was clean and comfortable. I am not sure we would return, but we were pleased with our vacation. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: Nice view, good location, however, upon arrival had to borrow a vacuum from a relative because of the amount of sand on the floor, and glass slivers which cut my foot (you can't get either up with a broom that they provide), bleached the dirty brown shower liner, borrowed two lamps for LR (only has an overhead light), had to clean kitchen countertop and removed food from oven rack. Under bed, under couch, behind TV was filthy. Maybe a teenager on spring break wouldn't mind, but as a responsible adult none of this set well. Wouldn't want to bring a young family in there. Fridge is so noisy you can't even nap on the couch (which has seen better days). The owners could offer a nicer environment, but it's easier just to collect the rent and not worry if the unit is under par. There's always another unsuspecting person to rent to.

Beautiful place

Loved this place ❤ just a minute walk from the beach, and about 10 minutes from all the restaurants and stores in Coligny Plaza. Place was very clean. The bunk beds are small, so small kids would fit great, my 15 year old was not comfortable there and slept in the sofa. Was not able to get into the wifi, but was so tired at the end of the day that we didn't mind. Will definitely try to book again.

Location and View, WOW!

Can't beat the location of this condo, and the view is breathtaking. However, it did not feel clean. In fact, the top bunk bed had bed bugs or something that kept biting my daughter so she ended up sleeping next to me. The condo is very small, and was very crowed with just 3 of us in it.

Place location was excellent and the view was wonderful. The place was smaller than expected. The couch could have been cleaner..had stains. Maybe a sofa cover might help that can be laundered. Bed comforter was torn.
