Cette fabuleuse villa cĂŽtĂ© mer offre deux vues pour le prix d'une! Profitez de la vue sur l'ocĂ©an et la piscine depuis notre villa situĂ©e au troisiĂšme Ă©tage. Cette villa, contrairement Ă  la plupart des autres villas de Seaside, dispose du chauffage central et de la climatisation au lieu d’un seul mur.

À quelques pas de l'ascenseur, l'enregistrement est facile. Profitez de la vue sur la piscine depuis la porte d'entrĂ©e. À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez que la villa est confortable et agrĂ©able. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un four micro-ondes, une cuisiniĂšre, un lave-vaisselle et un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. La table peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. Le salon offre une vue sur l'ocĂ©an, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 40 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un lecteur Blu-ray. Le canapĂ© se transforme en un lit queen. La chambre dispose d'un nouveau matelas et d'un cadre de lit queen-size, d'une nouvelle literie, d'une commode, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat / lecteur DVD et d'une salle de bains attenante. Les couchettes encastrĂ©es dans le hall sont idĂ©ales pour les petits enfants seulement.

Situé en bord de mer, le Sea Side Villas comprend un parking couvert, des barriÚres de sécurité, deux piscines, des laveuses et des sécheuses à chaque étage, une terrasse en bord de mer, une douche extérieure, des barbecues extérieurs et un accÚs direct à l'océan. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent l'accÚs gratuit au Player's Club, situé à seulement deux pùtés de maisons, pour l'utilisation de la piscine intérieure chauffée et du bain à remous.

L'emplacement idéal de Sea Side Villas offre un accÚs facile à de nombreuses activités. Coligny Plaza, des boutiques, des restaurants et une salle de cinéma sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Nice remodeled ocean front condo

Check in was fine - the key didn't work so I had to call the prop mgr and they brought the right key. The keypad didn't work so I had to wait around one day until the maintenance person could look at it. He couldn't fix it so that was kind of a waste of time. PROS - The unit was recently remodeled. It was very small, but I was expecting that. I wasn't expecting the bedroom to be the first thing you saw when you walked through the front door. Overall, the location was awesome. Right at the beach and there were plenty of businesses around (eating, shops, etc). Parking was fine, if you were lucky to get a spot under the condos. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, considering there wasn't a washer dryer in the unit. CONS - It had a harsh, chemical smell upon entering. Not sure if it was from the cleaners or something else. The sofa was a bit tired and could probably use a replacement. The bathroom was tiny. This condo is really good for one maybe two people but any more than that and I would say you would be tripping over each other. The bedroom was so small that the queen bed barely fit into it. It was just fine for what I needed and I would recommend it. Just be aware that it isn't large and you won't have a ton of space. But who stays in their ocean front condo all day anyway??

Beachfront access so nice!

Loved our stay! Near coligny square which was great for walking to lunch after a few hours at the beach. Condo was clean and just as described. Ocean view was just as pictured.

The location was excellent. The pool and the the area surrounding was nice and clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening and watch the sun rise and set. The air conditioner worked great and we were glad for that! The size of the place was much smaller than described. I could not imagine having more than two people in the space. We were tripping over each other in the "bedroom" area and the bathroom. Also the laundry area is not easy to find. We ended up just taking our dirty clothes with us to our next location and wash them there. Overall I would stay here again as long as I was with someone I don't mind being in close quarters with or was by myself.

The condo is always clean. A new white wall had replaced the mirrored wall in the bedroom. Very nice. It's great place to stay and we look forward to going back next year.

Very Basic

Safe place to stay in close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. No frills here, must bring everything you would want/need for the beach. Zero beach cart, toys, umbrellas, etc. which I haven’t encountered in the past while renting a vacation home/condo. Internet didn’t work a majority of the time and the TV takes a genius to figure out, even with the host’s instructions for use. In the future we will make sure to select a place that lists out all the extras to maximize our outdoor time while on vacation.

Getaway for one

Took a “me time “ getaway for my birthday. Great location! Office staff was friendly. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable but overall it worked for just me. My 6’4 husband couldn’t have shared the bedroom space.

It is a side unit but you can still see the ocean and feel relaxed sitting on the balcony. The unit has an AC unit and the temperature was great. The room was a little smaller than the one we stayed at previously, but it worked for our family of 5. Our kids are small, if you had bigger kids it may be too small. The stove is in need of being replaced or at least the burners replaced. Overall, I would recommend this unit. It was a pleasant stay.

Horrible bed

The bed felt like a piece of foam on a sheet of plywood. There was a dip on my husbands side. The couch cushions are worn down so much that when you sit on it, you can feel the bed in the couch. It was clean. The location is great. The couch and bed are the reason why I will not rent here again.

Me and my family loved how the pool was salt water instead of chlorine, something we haven’t experienced before. We weren’t too far of a walk to the eateries nearby which was nice because we prefer to walk instead of drive on nice days. The best part was how close to the beach we were. From the balcony you can see the beach is right there, a few minutes walk. I recommend seaside villas for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay.
