Itâs ran like a hotel but the location is great! Itâs on the beach and close to every thing. My biggest complaint is that it needs utensils besides 4 spoons.
Exactly as the pictures show. Great location, easy parking and best of all - about 100 steps to the ocean. We had a great time; well stocked, clean and had great amenities. Would stay again.
Property was just what we were expecting. Nice condo on the beach in a great location. Clean and beds were comfortable. Hot tub and pool were clean and heated to good temperatures. Will be back!
Shout out to Mandy who accommodated all of my requests! The stay was a much needed perfect relaxation spot for me and my sisters. We will definitely be back!!
We stayed here with our 6 and 2 year old. We loved the stay and location. Great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Sea Dog Brewery and Carinos Italian Cuisine. The beach was private and not crowded. The pools were small but itâs nice to have access to both properties and amenities. We canât wait to come back!
The ONLY complaint is that the elevator was broken for all of our stay and it was very inconvenient.
This is a nice property right on the beach. Our parking spot for our unit, 501W, was convenient and easy access and near the elevator. We had to check in across the street which wasn't expected but it is a short walk across the street with a crossing/pedestrian lights so that made it easier. Our room was nice with big balcony and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again. Mandy the host/property manager was very responsive to questions and Shaun at checkin was very pleasant. Thank you!
The location of this property is very convenient, with beautiful views and access to the beach. Overall, the property has been updated, but somethings were done cheaply. For example, the entertainment center had silver decorative tape around it and it was all peeling, the refrigerator was rusted and furniture worn. The floor had just been mopped and to walk w/o slipping, I shuffled on the bath mat. It was absolutely filthy when I turned it over! Again, the floor was just mopped. The unit was not ready for check in at 4pm.
Condo was nice but if youâre going to offer a pet-friendly room, you shouldnât have carpeting, you should have tiling. Both bedrooms were carpeted and covered with pet stainsâvery gross. Treasure Island is a very busy area and the infrastructure hasnât kept up. Didnât feel comfortable taking a walk down the street because of traffic closeness (actually saw a biker get hit by a car). Access to beach from condo was great, but dogs arenât allowed on the beach there so we had to find pet-friendly parks. Area is nice if you like the high-tourist scene and all that offers.
The property was central to everything we wanted to see and do. There are so many amazing restaurants in the area that are just a short drive away, a grocery store close enough to walk to and we watched the beautiful sunsets every evening either from our balcony or the 7th floor deck for a panoramic view of the bay and the gulf. The property was clean and provided us everything we needed for our 10 day stay!
Great stay but condo wasnât really cleaned, bathroom showers, and the rug under the dining room table wasnât vacuumed well when we first arrived.
However, the rest of the stay was good. We did book again for a another business week.
Nice, newer propery, good location. You'll need to bring some basics.
Helpful front desk staff, great location (only a 5 minute drive to John's Pass and a five minute walk to Publix which also has a liquor store). There is a patio door off the living room as well as the master bedroom which was lovely. While there is a full size fridge, stove, and microwave, many of the basics needed for cooking are missing (e.g., kettle, tea pot, potato peeler, decent cooking utensils, salt & pepper, casserole dishes, tea towels, and scrubbers just to menion a few). The coffee maker is tiny (two decent size cups only). We bought our own coffee press and coffee. I don't think they supply coffee other than a starter package. The comfort of the beds is acceptable short term but they are not high quality mattresses. The balconies are a good size but there is very limited patio furniture (only two small chairs and a tiny table as in the photo on Home Away). Beach accessories are NOT available unless you wish to rent them on the beach. It is $30 for a full day cabana rental (available from 9 am to 5 pm) which consistes of two lounge chairs with cusions and a table between with a good cover that you can adjust. Bring your own beach towels. The pool area has good (free) lounge chairs but it is quite a distance from the beach (estimate 400+ feet). There are 3 good size televisions in each 2 bedroom suite and a well functioning A/C unit. The washer/dryer is a smaller, stackable unit. Bring your own laundry detergent. This property includes a gulf side building and a bay side building on opposite sides of the street. There is a wonderful roof top deck but there isn't any shade up there!
Friendly desk clerk at check in, who returned my phone to me after I left it and on the counter. Thank you for bringing it to me!!
Unit is clean and updated, although smaller than it looks in the pictures. Gulf front is nice, but you hear the street traffic a lot. A positive though is a great location near St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. All in all a good stay, and great staff.
