The A/C guideline is intended to protect the unit from freezing up in the subtropical climate, but we understand your frustration and will review the wording on that signage to ensure it is informative rather than off-putting. Our maintenance team has also inspected and repaired the bedroom fan so it is working properly. Regarding the community courts, we apologize for the confusion; the HOA recently converted several tennis courts to pickleball, and we have since updated our listing description to accurately reflect the current court setup.  Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother visit in the future.
