Great for families. Plenty of room for my 3 small grandchildren and their parents. Steps from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and plenty of shells to collect. Great property location. I would come again.

Great place, great location. It was very quiet and peaceful. Some of the pots and pans available for use could be replaced, but otherwise very nice!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Host communication was excellent, condo exactly as described, and the pictures were spot on. So convenient to just walk out to the beach and was very quiet for our stay. Would love to return.

Thanksgiving trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this south seas condo over Thanksgiving for the second year in a row! It is so nice to be so close to the beach and the space was clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

Great weekend trip

This property was perfect for a short weekend trip. Right on the beach, next to a pool, and a short walk from old town Captiva. The kitchen was really well appointed and the screened in porch was especially nice.

Great Weekend Getaway for 4 adults and 4 tweens

This was our first time to the island and the condo was the highlight of our trip. The outdoor patio and walking distance to the beach was just what we needed. The loft was perfect for the 4 boys ages 11 thru 14 and the 2 bedrooms on on the main floor were perfect for the parents. The accommodations reminded us of a ski chalet but on the beach.

Wonderful stay!

My husband, son (19 months) and myself had the most amazing time at this home. It is perfect for children with the beach and pools being steps away and the home itself is in great condition. Very clean - looks exactly as listed in all the photos! We will definitely be back :)

Great restaurants, we love this area, only suggestion was having six beach chairs for six guests but we made it work!! Thanks for having us it was awesome !!!
