Dans notre appartement Casa DoMoDo Lanzarote, vous trouverez une combinaison parfaite de plage, de tranquillité et d’environnement confortable. Situé juste à côté de la route principale de la plage, il vous suffit de traverser la route pour vous rendre à la plage la plus populaire de la ville.

De nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars, supermarchés et de nombreuses autres installations touristiques sont facilement accessibles à pied.

L'appartement appartient à un petit complexe bien entretenu et très calme (28 apt.) Avec piscine. Quelques marches séparent le complexe de la route principale de la plage.

Puerto del Carmen est un endroit idéal pour explorer toute l'île en raison de son emplacement. Avec la voiture de location extrêmement bon marché, vous êtes en max. 30 minutes à tous les endroits de l'île.

Great Location & Apartment

Lovely apartment and ideally located between the quieter old town and the bars & restaurants of the new town. Short taxi from airport so car not really needed and right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds to hire. Great host, plenty of information in the apartment for things to do and recommended places to eat.

Lovely apartment, minutes from shops, bar and beach.Some confusion over paying for the 2nd bedroom to be made up. You have to specify that youre not a couple sharing 1 room

Dear Karen, thank you so much for the 5 stars, we really appreciate that. Regarding the bedrooms, we think it is international standard to offer different prices for the use of 1 or 2 bedrooms. So a couple, that uses one bedroom and a double bed, pays less. Using 2 bedrooms involves more towels, bed linen, and cleaning time, so we charge a little extra. Therefore, in our published prices is stated "price for 2 people includes 1 bedroom".

Fantastic

Christian is an amazing host great communication, we arrived very late but Christian was still at the apartment ready to meet us in arrival. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay, close to the supermarket and being at at the end of the strip your close to the beach and resists. The pool is ok for a communal pool it is looking atad tired but the kids enjoyed it.everywdistance..

we have a verry nice stay, at a top location. everything is nearby. for a parkingspace you have to be patient en lucky. but 1 street behind the appartment is easyer. whith the stairs you will be quickly by your appartment the appartment was clean and tidy. there are enough cleaning products even detergent.

11 Days in Feb/March 2020

Location: Excellent location at the Old Town end of the Avenida de la Playas, a short walk from Playa Blanca and Playa Chica. Supermarket, restaurants and bars very close. Apartment: Spacious and clean. Lots of hot water. Well appointed kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The balcony is equipped with table and reclining chairs and has an umbrella so you can eat lunch in the shade. Catches the sun all day if you're lazy and don't want to leave the apartment. WiFi: Fast and reliable. Pool Area: Nice new reclining sunbeds, very relaxing. Host/Management: Christian was very friendly and easy to deal with. Was extremely helpful to us in a matter not linked to the apartment. Big THANK YOU. Would I stay there again.......... in a heart beat.

Appartement agréable bien situé

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Il est vraiment très près de la plage à pied. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité. La résidence n'a pas de parking, c'est le seul petit inconvénient avec une voiture. Pour notre séjour en mars, il n'y a pas eu de difficulté pour se garer.

As the apartment is on the main beach road parking right in front of the complex is sometimes diffcult, especially when the weather is good. But you can find a free parking space normally in less then 5 minutes walking distance all year round. We have a map in the apartment showing possible streets for parking.

Super Wohnung, Top Lage

Sauber und ordentlich, alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Von Sonnenschirm auch to go bis Backofen, Mikrowelle und was ich toll fand Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir etwas mehr an Kochgeschirr wünschen aber es hat alles funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder , wenn wir dürfen.

Great location

Apartment was easy to find and Christian met us with the keys to run through everything. The location was great, so near to the beach and strip and a short walk to the harbour. The bus stop was also close, we went to the market at Playa Blanca for under 3 Euros each. Clean and tidy place with everything that our family of 4 needed. We booked a tour of the Island, with the excursion office just below the apartment, which was great value. Very enjoyable stay at Christian's place. The only comment I would make as others have said, the communal pool area could do with some more sunbeds and perhaps brollies.

Regarding the pool area: as this is communal we are waiting for the owner community to start the reform of th eppol section. It is allready decided and will be done very soon. Sofortiges Urlaubsfeeling! Top Wohnung, Top Lage

Wir haben uns hier direkt zu Hause gefühlt! Supernette Vermieter, Christian und Idalina sind total hilfsbereit und hatten 1A Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Appartment liegt supernah am Strand, man kann das Meer sogar vom Balkon sehen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, dessen Preise für die Lage akzeptabel sind (Weiter weg gibt es günstigere Supermärkte bis hin zu Lidl). Vom ganzen Trubel der Amüsiermeile bekommt man oben auf seinem Balkon nichts mit, auch das Schlafzimmer ist super ruhig. Wenn man jedoch will, hat man nach 2 Minuten zu Fuß die Auswahl von X Bars, Cafés, Restaurants oder Geschäften. Wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, die Haltestelle ist direkt unterhalb des Apartments. Das Apartment selbst ist supersauber und man merkt direkt, dass sich jemand gut darum kümmert. Es ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und alle Geräte funktionieren, auch das Bad ist super. Das Apartment liegt eingebettet in eine schöne Anlage, die einen direkten Ausgang zur Strandstraße hat (und einen Ausgang in Richtung der Sackgasse, wo man mit seinem Mietwagen parken kann). In der Anlage befindet sich auch ein Swimmingpool, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben weil das Meer so nah ist..

Best location

I have been to Puerto del Carmen many times in the past few years but this was the ideal location. Very close to restaurants and bars with entertainment but you hear very little noise from them during the night. The old town, water sports and the beach are all within a few minutes walking distance. The flat itself is furnished and decorated to a good standard. During our stay we were the only people using the pool and the sun beds. I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious , clean, good facilities in a central location

Stayed for 1 week in November. Weather warm & sunny most of the time. Apartment opposite main beach in Pourto del Carmen. Lots to do day & night ! Good bars many with live bands. Great location for sea front walks for many miles and nice & flat for cycling.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Christian and Idalina are the perfect hosts. They have taken care of every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests. My husband and I really appreciated their hospitality and look forward to renting their property in the future. We have traveled to Europe several times, but this was our first trip to the Canary Islands. HOSTS Christian was very responsive to my emails. Even with a time difference (USA & Canary Islands), I received most of his replies the same day. After we arrived, he was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. I really appreciated that Christian was very accommodating when our arrival time changed. When we met at the apartment, he was friendly without being intrusive. Although he had other plans that evening, he never rushed when explaining apartment features or neighborhood layout. We really liked that Idalina had painted the artwork in the apartment. It was a unique, personal touch. APARTMENT - Every room including the patio was very clean and well-maintained. - Kitchen had a small, hotel-sized fridge. Most rentals in the US do not provide dry condiments, coffee, or tea bags (much less a tea set). We were pleased to see these offered. It was also great to not have to buy dish detergent or paper towels as they were provided. - Patio had a drying rack for beach clothes. The street was very quiet at night, so we could enjoy sitting outside. - Bathroom had bright light fixtures and secondary makeup mirror. The sink had a spacious counter for all our toiletries. Hosts also provided a blow dryer and laundry basket. Shower was large and had good water pressure. I was really surprised to receive a full-size bath towel. Most towels that I've seen in Europe are quite small. - Bedroom linens looked new and clean. The bed had mosquito netting. We never saw any, so it may have been decorative. - The welcome binder provided extremely helpful information about the property and area. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations since it included destinations outside of Puerto del Carmen. - As others have mentioned, the location is ideal -- within walking distance to beach, Old Town, bars, grocery stores, etc. Airport was 10-15 minutes away. Apartment complex is accessible by stairs. No elevators available. - Apartment does not have a garage, but Christian showed us a great location for parking that was maybe 200 feet from the property.

Enjoyed our stay at Christians lovely apartment well situated and central to shops,resturants and beech also very secure.Christain was very kind and waited for us due to our mini bus driver not being very sure of the adress thanks again Christian.We would hope to come back some time.
