The apartment is arranged over two levels and offers plenty of room to relax.

We loved our stay. The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, very well equipped and extremely clean. It's location is ideally situated between the Old Town Harbour and The Strip.All communication with Roy was brilliant and always help and the welcome pack, with his personal message was unexpected and appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a month and was just perfect.

Ideal location between the old and new town. Close to all amenities and beach. Apartment was great...all you need for a months stay..and beautiful views from the lounge balcony. Amazing welcome pack was an added bonus.

This is our second year staying in Club del Mar, and it felt like home. Once again, a very generous arrival package was left with a card from the owner, Roy, which is such a lovely touch. I couldn't recommend this property high enough and I have no doubt that we will be back again 😎

Stayed for 4 weeks did not want to come home. Roy is lovely x Extra special welcome pack. Gardens and pool so well looked after don't know the guys name but spotless. Apartment spacious and really lovely. Big kiss for you Roy

Fabulous apartment couldn’t fault the hosts Washing Machine wasn’t working properly but the hosts Roy & John told us to leave our washing inside the front door they washed it hung it up to dry in our apartment also they left a welcome pack omg so much wine milk bread butter tea coffee biscuits so much what lovely thoughtful hosts

Home from home, (without a doubt )

We were always in touch with Roy ,from first booking the apartment till we arrived , this fantastic man and his partner go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday, we have been going to Lanzarote at this time of year for the last 30 years, and we have stayed in some beautiful places, but Roy,s apartment stands out from them all, as you get that personal touch which makes a huge difference. All in all this was a fantastic place to stay with an all round feel good factor and we can’t thank Roy and his partner enough, AMAZING, thanks again

Excellent Accommodation

Fantastic duplex with everything that you need provided for you i.e. toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets etc. Roy and Jon were fantastic hosts and sorted out any slight problem immediately. WiFi stopped working and I messaged Roy. WiFi was fixed within one hour. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys as they made our stay a pleasant one.

Fantastic property very central for old town and strip lots of great restaurants within walking distance Apartment was fab very spacious loved the two terraces and very quiet poolRoy as a host 5 star’s lovely welcome pack and nothing was too much bother the pack said hair straighteners were in apt so I didn’t pack mine. Couldn’t find them in apt sent message and Roy replied very quickly and delivered new pair to apartment within a day Would highly recommend staying here and will not hesitate to book again

Fabulous apartment

We all had a wonderful stay in this immaculate apartment. Roy our host was very accommodating. Lovely welcome pack you had everything you need for our holiday. Extra bonus was we had Netflix and live sports. Location is excellent only a short walk to bars, restaurants and old town. Pool was a nice area but it was cold. Will have to take the plunge. Included was beach towels. Roy also let my daughter and her boyfriend have the apartment for the extra day as they had later flights than my husband and I. He didn't charge either. I fully recommend staying here you will have a great holiday

Wohnen fast wie zuhause, aber mit Palmen und Pool

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit war. Der Gemeinschaftspool hatte eine gute Größe und war gepflegt. Empfindliche Menschen könnte die zeitweise auftretende Geräuschkulisse der gegenüberliegenden Sportanlage stören, Tennis, Fitness Studio, Padel, Pool. Uns hat es nicht beeinträchtigt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Wohnung nicht klimatisiert ist und es sich bei 36 Grad nachts nicht recht abkühlte. Bei niedrigeren Temperaturen würden wir sofort wieder kommen!

Perfecte lokatie en appartement

Prachtig appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Waaronder wasmachine en vaatwasser. Zeer ruim appartement. Goed gelegen tussen de boulevard en de oude stad/haven. Perfect dat Roy al wat boodschapjes had gehaald. Ieder had een badlaken voor het zwembad of strand + grote en kleine handdoek voor de douche. We misten alleen een extra asbakje beneden.

Just Perfect!

From the get go and the photos on the site, we were looking forward to our stay and we were not disappointed. Our host, Roy, was excellent to stay in touch and left us a very generous welcome package on arrival of all the essentials for the fridge...thank you so much. The property is excellent...clean, very well furnished, shower and pool towels supplied, all the essential appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, loads of space and an ideal location between the old and new town, shops and restaurants only 1min walk. Very quiet pool area which suited us and facilities well maintained everyday. All in all we couldn't rate this property high enough. Looking forward to visiting again 😊
