3 chambres 2 salles de bain, propriété surélevée au 1er étage face à l'océan avec de nombreux équipements améliorés, y compris des appareils en acier inoxydable, des planchers de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit, une cheminée en pierre et 2 terrasses pour capturer les vues spectaculaires de l'avant et de l'arrière de la maison! Ce magnifique condo est le deuxième de la plage mais recule vers les dunes à l'arrière de la maison, avec une vue imprenable magnifique depuis le salon et le pont arrière!

Incredible location. So close to the beach and lovely view from the balconies. All the amenities we needed and then some. Owner provided helpful info and was quick to respond to communication. Look forward to going back!

Family shore vacation

Charlie’s place is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and the location is exceptional for my wife, son and daughter: Our host Charlie was incredibly responsive and his biggest concern was that we had a fun vacation.We will be back annually to make more wonderful memories!

We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The property was very clean with many amenities. Charles was very accommodating. The sound of the ocean and the ocean breezes were great!

Thank you for your review. Our house is a little slice of heaven. Although remodeled, it is not a new build so the rooms are on the smaller side, as you can see in the pictures. but what's great is you're steps to the beach and you're able to look at the water and listen to the waves. Its not the perfect fit for every group, but its perfect for many. Thanks for staying with us this season.

The house is very nice, there is an updated living room and kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Great if you have kids when you need yo walk back and forth from the beach to house. Owner is very accommodating.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time and were very comfortable. The house is great. So close - we would sometimes leave our chairs and umbrellas at the house. We walked the beach every sunrise and watched the sunset two blocks away on the bay. Charlie was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had - super nice, communicative and accommodating. Reserve with confidence!

Perfect location and experience

A little slice of heaven. The location and beach were beautiful. The property was cozy, relaxing and a perfect size. The views of the dunes and shoreline from both front and back decks were great. Charles was extremely informative and very attentive to reaching out to confirm we were ready for our trip. As someone with an insane work schedule and the lack of ability to slow down and focus on things like preparing for a trip, his outreach to ensure we had what we needed made me feel much more at ease. We look forward to hopefully booking again in next season!

Great house and location

We had 4 adults and 2 children (6yo & 8yo). The living room/dining/kitchen area was spacious enough for all of us to be hanging out and you cannot beat the location. We were 2 seconds from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and a little market for last minute needs. I loved this house.

Nice comfortable stay, close to beach

This property was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable , good WiFi, nice living space, and the washer/dryer was a real plus. Kitchen had everything you need. Front porch (accessed through bedroom ) was very comfortable. Off-street parking for two cars. The Townsend Inlet end of Sea Isle is quiet, especially off-season - we drove over the bridge to Avalon and Stone Harbor ( only 15 minutes) for some meals. Best feature? The house is so close to the ocean!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Charlie's place. It's only a house away from the beach which made it fantastic for hauling baby stuff back and forth. The place was clean and Charlie is very welcoming. We are looking forward to staying here again next summer!!

Lovely home and location!

Excellent weekend gateway

We spent the weekend in Sea Isles City to get away from work and computers. This was a great location - almost on the beach and could not be better. It was a wonderful home away from home for two of us. The property was very clean and provided necessities we needed to relax and enjoy the weekend. The owner of the property Charlie was great and was there for anything we needed. He checked in with us to make sure we had a good stay. Double thumbs on this one!

Noisy Upstairs Neighbors Ruined Vacation; Owners Completely Unsympathetic

My wife and I rented this apartment from September 26 to October 2, 2020 but left midway through our vacation. Our goal was to find a quiet off-season rental near the beach to relax on the beach (weather permitting) or binge-watch TV (if not). The apartment was nice, mostly matching the description with the only nitpick being “ocean views” that were a bit distant. The problem we experienced was the noise from the upstairs owners. The clomping around was so loud that I was awakened early in the morning and I’ll sleep through anything. At times, we thought that the upstairs neighbors were doing it on purpose to discourage renters. We tried to ignore it for a few days but ultimately decided that a peaceful vacation at home was preferable. It was only after we left and managed to get the owner on the phone that we were informed that the older upstairs neighbor had broken her leg or hip and was on crutches. If we had known this, we would have rescheduled our vacation, even a day before. Afterward, the true nature of the owner, Charlie, became apparent. Before and during the trip, the owner was responsive to questions and texts, but this stopped immediately when we texted our decision to depart on Tuesday morning. After 24 hours of radio silence, we followed up with a call and reached Charlie who informed us of the broken leg. We agreed that it was an unfortunate situation and we asked for a refund for the unused portion of our trip as a compromise. Again, no response. We called again on Monday and left a voicemail. Finally, we received an email explaining that there would be no refund. According to Charlie, the noise wasn’t that bad and we were only leaving because of weather (actually pretty good-you can check). We emailed back expressing our disappointment that they knew about the noise and neglected to tell us, again asking for some money back. That was a week ago with no further response. The apartment was perfectly acceptable for our needs if not for the noise. It was clean, comfortable, and probably a nice rental under normal circumstances. We cannot recommend anybody stay here because if something goes wrong, Charlie will leave you in the lurch. Buyer beware.

I want to start by saying that over the last 7 years ,that we owned this property, we have received 100% 5 star reviews from our guests. We have earned premier ranking status and were actually the highest ranking property in Townsend Inlet. We have had great experiences with our guests and get so many compliments and repeat guests. First I would like to address the views being distant. We are the second house from the beach so the views only get closer if you are the first house. The views are pretty great and this comment doesn't make any sense. In regards to the owners upstairs, they are a lovely family of three. I have never had a complaint in my 7 years and they are friends of ours. They have no problem with me renting as they rented in the past as well. They would never purposefully make noise to disturb anyone. I do want everyone to be aware that you will hear footsteps and if you are sensitive to that then this might not be the best house for you. The guest abruptly informed that he left so there wasn't much for me to do for him as he made up his mind already. This has never happened to us before. I do believe there were other reasons that were either personal, work or the weather. The forecast was calling for rain for 2 out of 3 days and also the departure day. The weather ended up being not that bad so I think they made a mistake leaving. When considering this property for your vacation please look at the 100% of the 5 star reviews from every other guest and read their comments about our property and about the guest experience we work so hard to provide. Perfect location

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 week old infant the first weekend of October. The property suited our needs perfectly. The location can't be beat...you are literally steps from the beach on a quiet street. The home also had nice decks/sitting space both in the front and back, which we enjoyed. The owner was also responsive and flexible which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

This property is one of a kind and is geared towards renters who want a quiet perfectly located beach vacation. The property is only steps to the beach and within blocks of everything you will need from groceries to restaurants and ice cream etc. Just a short hop over the bridge and you can experience the great towns and restaurants of Avalon and Stone harbor without the high rents that come along with staying in those towns.
