Great stay

Spent 4 weeks at this lovely home in March. Have stayed here before and knew it would be a great time. Everything was as expected and there were no disappointments. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent a week at this lovely home. Everything was as advertised and was just perfect! House is tastefully furnished and spacious. Pool area and pool are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

Loved it!

The house was great and location was tranquil. The house has everything you need and it was clean and not outdated. Very well maintained. Defenetley a place to come with the family as the kids loved it here. Not far from the beach or downtown Naples. Will defenetly be back!

Comfortable property. Wonderful neighborhood. Home is dated and needs updating. Lanai and remodeled shower are very nice. Homeowner was responsive to our questions and replaced the main tv while we were there. Nice rental.

Winter getaway

Kerstin’s house is beautiful. We were here almost a month and enjoyed it every day! The bedrooms are beautiful and the master bath amazing. You can go to the pool via the master bedroom, living room or guest room. The pool is heated and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable Kerstin was very responsive and communication awesome. Sad it’s booked next Feb but I’ll be back 2025!

Kings Way

This property was nice. It was spacious and the pool was big. It is a bit dated and it could use some basic attention if it a rental property all the time. (Light bulbs, kitchen utensils and containers, pool chairs, general cleaning..all were needing repairs) Overall, it is in a very nice neighborhood. The grocery store is very close and the beach and downtown Naples is only 3.5 miles away. There is a walking path/sidewalk in the neighborhood as well.

Close to everything

We spent a month at this very nice home. It was a great location as we could get to restaurants, the beach, the town, and more without too much driving.The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for cooking. I would have liked different couches but only because we’re tall people who love a good recliner.Sadly, the pool didn’t work for the first two weeks. A new heater was installed and we could enjoy it for the last two weeks. The owners were quick to refund our money for the pool heating. Both the owners and property manager were very easy to work with.If we’re ever in the area again,we’d stay here.

Fantastic!!

This was by far the cleanest VRBO rental I have ever stayed at! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and perfect for morning and evening walks. Our children absolutely loved the pool. The property was within 15 minutes of family we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Time when too fast

We stayed 3 fun weeks at this house. The pool is pristine and the accommodations were comfortable. So disappointed that it is already booked for next year.

Pleasant Stay

The property is very spacious and in a great location. It is close to Fifth Ave, Publix, and the beaches. We took advantage of going to Lowdermilk Beach but you need to arrive before 9:00 to get a parking space. The house manager, Jennifer, is very responsive and quick to answer and help with any questions you have. This house has many amenities; probably the most we’ve had in any house we rented. One word of caution if you are a senior is that there is no bar in the pool to get in or out. My husband and I are 71 and had no problem, but my 77 year old cousin had a difficult time and needed assistance. We paid to have the pool heated and it stayed between 84-86 so we were very satisfied. We would rent this home again.

Needs a little more updating

Owners were easy to communicate with. Close to 5th ave and beach. The pool was great , but the pool light didn’t work. All the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool need to be replaced. Very difficult to open and close. We had a nice time at the house, but I prefer to stay in Lely .

Awesome Getaway!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was just as described. The neighborhood was nice and inviting. The house had everything we needed, the pool was awesome and heated made it extra perfect. Our host let us do late check out, he was easy to communicate with.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt im schönen Haus genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben gilt es die Ausstattung gefallen: Gewürze, Poolspielzeug, Strandausrüstung sowie Brettspiele für alle Alterklassen. Gute Lage in schönem Quartier, Supermärkte, Strände und die berühmte 5th Avenue sind allesamt in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr netter uns unkomplierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Danke! :-)

Great Vacation!

Beautiful home in a great area of Naples. Close to everything! Stones throw from Publix and Starbucks, and many great restaurants. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Felt comfortable from the second we arrived. The pool is amazing... The Lanai is amazing... Just had a great time at this amazing home. Thank you Ottmar and Kerstin! We'll be back!

Great home in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious home! The newly renovated kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals. Linens are provided for all the beds as well as towels for the home and the beach. The pool is large, clean and provided hours of fun for our children. The neighborhood is lovely with sidewalks throughout for walking or jogging, and connects to other neighborhoods that go along a golf course and several small ponds/lakes. There is a Publix just 4 minutes from the house for all your groceries, and downtown Naples is just a 12 minute drive avoiding most of the traffic on 41. The owner, Kerstin, was very responsive to all communications and provided both her phone number and personal email for additional ways to get in touch if needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home in Naples.
