Close to beach

The location is very close to the beach, slightly noisy being right off a main road but expected. Kitchen had a lot more utensils and appliances than I was expecting. Overall a good property.

Loved the place

The room was done early for us to check in, everything was clean, everything was explained through rext messages, email with everything i needed to know. Was over all happy with our stay

Great location and stat

This adorable bnb was perfect for me and my friends. They had it ready early so we could check in early and had extra paper towels and toilet paper which was a nice surprise. Very clean and great location to the beach!

Wonderful location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was within 7 minute drives to everywhere we needed to be for our short stay. The apartment was well kept and clean, and we had no issues whatsoever! The management team was quick in their responses to my short notice, and that was wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place

Awesome location, cute condo. Only suggestions I have are a slightly lower (1-2 degrees) air condition hard set, and buying a cheap toaster for the kitchen! Loved the shark vacuum for sand removal!

Location is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, short walk to great restaurants and places to grab a drink. The space was big enough for my group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Good Stay

stayed in similar unit a few years ago -this one was much better. the only negative things were the 1-ply toilet paper and paper towels and the tiny bath towels. but otherwise love the decor, space, location, kitchen supplies, etc. just right for us. would stay again.

Virginia Beach

The property is cute. The kitchen is stocked with many items for cooking in. It is a short walk to the beach about a block and a half. It was nice have beach chairs available for use. We had plenty of toilet paper. I know in previous reviews some said there was not TP. The only small issue we had was that we only received towels and linens for 4 when we had 5 people staying. We were offered additional towels and bedding for an additional $25. I may have missed the small print about linens for only 4...we chose to go buy a towel and sheet set from Walmart. If i had known in advance I would have brought from home. Overall a nice value in Virginia Beach close to the activity.

Great Family Stay

We came and weren’t sure exactly what was included. This place has a queen and two twin beds. It’s nice for a family of 4, but a little right after that. Super close to the beach and right around the corner from a 5 star restaurant. It’s not the prettiest from the outside, but the inside is great. In the apartment, there is dishes, silverware, appliances (including a blender), pans, towels, beach chairs - most of the things that you would need. We didn’t bring many paper supplies, which would have been nice to know ahead of time that there wouldn’t be any toilet paper. Overall, it was a great stay.

Clean place, easy beach access, on 2nd floor

I used home away for this rental. Process is generally straightforward. Short walk to beach, but you do need to travel north a block, bc beach access is not on 9th street. We had 2 cars, there is one small parking spot. The parking garage is $20/day on weekends and $10/day on weekdays. Add that into your cost if you stay here and have more than 1 car. There was no dishwasher, there was a spot for one, but it looks like it was replaced with some home made shelves, no biggie, just hand wash in the sink. However, this really bothered me: There was no air Return in the bedrooms, there was only a supply in each bedroom. So, if you sleep with the doors closed, then the bedrooms get hot because there is not an exchange of air. Take in mind, this is a 2nd floor unit. So, be prepared to sleep with the doors open or be prepared to sweat. It was clean, neat, and all I needed for my trip, with the exception of what I stated above. I will also add that you are expected to sweep the floors, leave the sheets on the bed, and put away all dishes on departure. Oh, it is also on the corner of two pretty busy streets so expect some outside noise when you are trying to sleep, it’s not too bad, but it’s there. I gave this unit a 4 star overall.

Very nice place. Only one problem

The space was very nice, and close to the beach with several good places to eat. It was a busy and a bit noisy neighborhood, which is to be expected. The only real problem is when they say they don't provide paper products they include toilet paper. We have traveled over much of the world, including 3rd world countries and have never experienced this. It is a bit of a hassle when the first thing one needs on arrival is the toilet. Other then this it is a great place for a beach vacation.

Great Place Close to Beach/Boardwalk

Our party of 4 adults loved our stay here. Beach is a short 1.5 block walk away and many, many good restaurants in walking distance. Condo is cozy and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only issue is that the complex is at the corner of two streets so we were bothered by some street noise on occasion. Anchor Reality which manages the rental was EXCELLENT to work with. Highly recommend this place!
