Had a great time at this location. We enjoyed the pool and grill, played cards at the pool while the kids swam. Met new friends and the location was plenty close to all the things we wanted to do. Also, there was plenty of room!

Father's Day Get Away

The family came down to the area to float the river and had an awesome time. Location of the condo was perfect for everything. The river, stores, restaurants, everything we needed was nearby. The site is quiet and relaxing.

The only thing I will say my group and I did not like about this particular room was that both the upstairs and downstairs shower drains were clogged so when taking a shower you are standing in nearly ankle high dirty water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in TBarM, which is a nice community with a great place to walk and lots of tennis courts and pickleball courts. The unit we were in was a little dated but clean, with only a sink plumbing issue to speak of. The people at River City Resorts were great to work with though - including going out of their way helping us when we left something behind at the unit!

Our float trip

The condo was nice and just like the pictures, the only complaint our group had about the place was there really needs to be ceiling fans because you can't put the thermostat below 72 or the unit will freeze up, so it was pretty hot and uncomfortable, the beds were also very uncomfortable and noisy, you barely move they squek and crack loudly. We woke up with back pain both days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was fine. Clean, however a lot of maintenance issues. Paint peeling off bathtub (a lot). Very very hot upstairs in loft, broken mini blinds upstairs and the downstairs blinds only go one way and don’t work well. Patio screen was broken. Just seemed like a lot was overlooked. Quite a few wasp nests, very dirty patio furniture, spiderwebs inside and out. Floors were swept but not clean. The location is great, pools are good... lots of wasps at the pool. I will definitely rent through this rental company, but choose a different unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the front entryway with dirt and debris on our arrival. I found the dirt devil vacumm and vacummed up as much as i could but the suctions was poor. This whole unit needs repair. The bed linens and towels were clean. The upstairs bath/shower was so slow to drain, we all had to take showers downstairs. The enamel on the upstairs bath was eroding and there was need for patch work in the walls in the bathroom. The curtains upstairs in the bedroom where barely hanging on to a bamboo rod. All of the mini blinds were hard to raise and took much efffort to lower and realign. The kitchen sink faucet fixture was loose as well as the door to the refrigerator. The disposal shook the entire kitchen counter. There was debris on the bottom of the open cabinets to left of the kitchen sink counter

Thank you for your review as any feedback allows us to enhance our services. We do a walkthru prior to the guest's arrival and would have swept the dirt from around the doorway. Unfortunately, the grounds maintenance must have come after us and blew the patio, thus sending debris back into the unit. We will have maintenance address the bottom seal to attempt the decrease of debris blown into the unit. We will forward your concerns to the owner of the condo.

Property is old and in need of repair

The property is in need of updates and repairs. The bathroom door didn’t close. The AC vents are molded and need to be cleaned. The bathroom showers don’t drain well. The converted bedroom with no real AC was too warm. The property is in a good location and is charging a good price but it needs to be maintained better.

Nice but pricey

Iron was dirty ruined a shirt, coffee maker didn’t work but it was replaced. I have stayed at a beach condo for a week where property was more updated and paid the same price for a week long stay.
